Customer Service, Website, Shipping, , overall disappointment.
First I tried to order product, and website wasn't working. I emailed, and also asked about a discount I was seeing on a pair of bands, and wanted to apply towards my purchase. Crickets for a response. Was told website was up and working again.
I placed order on December 30, and was told I'd recieve in 3-4 days. Jan 16, still not here. No responses to my inquiry, and the "Tracking" system on their website is an absolute joke.
I want my money back or the product! and I still want the 10 percent discount advertised on second ring.

I placed 2 orders on the 6th December both for the same order. I received an email to say I would get then between 16th -18th December. I never received them. I then received another email to say that I would get the one pair before Xmas but the other pair would be after. I didn't receive anything before Xmas but got the one pair just before new year. I am still waiting for the other pair. I have sent several emails and have never received a reply back. I am very disappointed and even more so at being completely ignored.

Delivery of my product
Hello, my name is martinas razvan, I placed an order on january 3 no. # [protected] for a pendant necklace, it was supposed to arrive in finglas, a week passed and I didn't receive anything, on the site it shows that one day the delivery is made, which is strange, on the site it shows me that the product is delivered.. I don't even know what to do, I sent emails every day. Please help me

I bought a necklace december 18th and paid extra for 1st class shipping, was sent a royal mail tracking code, spoke to royal mail and they have not recieved the item, its now january 10th and still not got it and no one is helping, i have sent loads of emails

I ordered a Claddagh ring in December and on 19 December 2021 I was informed a tracking number had been generated out of Delaware. On 06 January 2022 I still had no ring and no information on the tracking number was available. After going to the US Postal Service for further information there was nothing showing a shipment with that number and all I get from Glencara are automated messages. There is NO customer service, no follow through and no service. Avoid this company like the plague! If you do receive any product ordered (and that's a BIG 'if'), it may not be what you wanted...check the other complaints. I just want what I ordered but I probably won't get the ring or my money back. This company is a complete rip-off.

Earrings
On 17 December, I ordered a pair of earrings from Glencara- 14K Gold Solid Silver Emerald Celtic Dangle Earrings. Within 2 or 3 days, I got an email that they were shipped. Then on the 24th, I got an email saying "Oops they werent" but would by 30 December. It is now 4 January and I am getting no answers and nothing arrived. I have called several times and can never reach anyone. I have tried the online contact form but get no response.

Service
I placed an Order on line for a matching Pendant and set of earrings on the 8th December. The order total was just under £160.00 . I received quick confirmation of the order and assured the order would be delivered by 23/24th December 2021. On 17th December I received a further email confirming that the order would be with me by 23rd or 24th December.
On the 22nd December I sent a Message asking where my order was.
On 23rd I received an email apologising and telling me that my order was not arriving as promised and would not be available until a week after Christmas. I sent several emails and did get the Pendant on Christmas eve. Unfortunately the chain was badly knotted.
Today is 4th January 2022 and still no Earrings and still no replacement chain.
Where is the chain, where are the earrings, where is the compensation. ?

I ordered a nacklace and ear ring set in time for Christmas delivery the nacklace arrived but the chain supplied would not fit the pendent so I was told they would send another one also the ear rings did not arrive a note on the delivery docket stated they will follow and still haven't arrived yet this company seams to be a mess and is it any wonder ppl use the bigger company like Amazon and eBay when this kind of thing goes on

Order of earrings not received
Ordered earrings that have not arrived paid next day delivery needed them for Christmas present. They are not replying to my emails and can't get hold of them by phone. Earrings cost £75. Have since read this company is a fake company. How can I get my money back? Have read other reviews of the same thing. Their website looks like a reputable company but they are clearly ripping people off or sending fake items.

Product Not Received
My order [protected] did not arrived.
I received "order is shipped" on the 21st of December at 1.30am.
The "order confirmation" {revived on the 12th of december} email stated this gift would be here for Christmas and arrive on the 20th or 21st.
The company's online tracking page states the order status as Completed but it is not and does not contant a delivery tracking number.
The company have not responed to any emails to [protected]@glancare.com, fascebook messages, or through there own online contact section and the phone number +[protected] does not ring, the second number i found +[protected] just rings out.
Also the company claims top be located in ireland but the address atteched to either phone number has nothing to do with the company.
I would like a refund as soon as possible

Claddagh Ring
I ordered a claddagh ring. It arrive not anything like described. They were unapologetic and just advised they have other rings.
I have returned ring at cost of £8 and now they wsnt me to pay a custom charge from England to Ireland and this company are not refunding.
They ignore email and there appears to be no contact number. They take forever to respond to written correspondence and impossible to move a complaint forward.
I want a refund as the ring that arrived was cheap and bendable beyond belief!

Celtic Horse Pendant
I ordered this item in the summer; what I received was NOTHING at all like what was pictured on their website. I sent it back immediately.
Six months later, and I have still not received my refund, only a vague assurance that returns are logged in "batches" and they haven't logged it yet.

Purchased 2 rings for Christmas
I received a confirmation email saying that they will be here in time for Christmas. Received an email a week later saying that they won't arrive in time for Christmas . Feel I was miss led into purchasing them as if they had of informed me of this while purchasing the items I would never of bought them. Not only this but now I am left with very little time to replace these rings for my daughter for Christmas
I ordered a claddagh ring on the 4th of november 2021
I have ordered a Claddagh ring on the 4th of November 2021 and the payment for ZAR 24, 032.06 was cleared in my credit the 5th of November 2021. I was under the impression that when you give all your personal detail, and complete the detail as per their website, it defaults to a simple sale and buy agreement. However, after I noticed a delay, I have sent various e-mails and always get the same response. Some "manager" will phone me. After the 4th failure to phone me I have requested Glencara to just communicated to me in writing, for I simple do not trust people that lie to me. What bothers and perplexes me, is that not a single employee can take 5 minutes out of their schedule and just explain what is going on in writing. If there is nothing to hide, why not be transparent in your communication?
Desired outcome: Get what I paid for.... Secondly, if this is not possible, a timeous refund.
Wedding rings
I placed an order for a wedding ring set, paid additional shipping to receive the order on November 16th and was told several days later, after I reached out that my.order was In production. I asked when it would be delivered and was given a November 26 to 28th date. I did not agree and was offered stand in rings. Not the sane, which would not have served us well as we were using them for hand photos for our wedding. I turned down the offer, then was offered a 14k ring upgrade for what I assume is their inability to supply my order. I agreed, made alternate arrangements with the photographer for the 4th of December, then received an email stating that my 10k rings would be ready by the 4th of December. I did not cancel based in the upgrade otherwise I would have just canceled my order in its entirety. No one to talk to on their phone number, late replies and inconsistent information. I want a refund.

I am not interested. I inconvenienced myself to accommodate your delivery schedule after I should have received my rings on the 16th. You offered an upgrade for what I assume was your inability to delivery my originally ordered item, We accepted and now your stating that our 10k rings are available. Ordering jewelry should not require this much back and forth or the need for me to reschedule events because you can not fulfill an order. I should have received an email stating that my order would require 10 days to make and there should have been no option to pay for expedited shipping with a delivery date if these rings did not qualify. I want a full refund.

October 2019 I send for a Cross for my Husband Dennis Joseph Soures Fearns his Grand Mother arrived from Donegal to USA. Misrepresents shipping
I ordered an item from this company and was told I would receive it by 9/29-10/2. Once ordered they changed the shipping timeline to 10/14-10/16 without telling me. This was a gift for my Moms 80th so the shipping times were important. They then said print out a certificate that its coming on their web site. Well the certificate comes out looking like garbage with letters overlapping each other.
My daughter had ordered a bracelet for mother as well. They did the same thing to her - gave her a false arrival date. Now she will not have a present in time for her grandmothers bday either.
This company has many negative reviews which I should have read before doing business with them.
Desired outcome: Either overnight both items today or fully refund the purchase price for BOTH items.

Not receiving order
I was informed that my order that my order had been dispatched last week. Then I received an email saying it was not dispatched and that it would be dispatched to me on 30th August. I sent an email to customer care but so far have not had a reply. I thought it might be your policy to keep your customers up to date with an email.
