Company will take your order, charge your account and will not provide order confirmation or shipping info. Company cannot be contacted by thier customer service number or email address. You loose your money and never receive any merchandise.

I place an order Nov.22nd and still haven't received it. They keep telling me that it was shipped to the wrong address and they'll resend it. I still have no confirmation or tracking number. I have over $300 invested. Now they won't reply to my emails (over 20 emails).

I bought a ring for Christmas. It did not fit. I returned it, and have proof of receipt that they received it, JANUARY 11! Today is March 30th. I have been in contact with them more than a dozen times. They will not refund my money. They will not replace the ring. They continually tell me it will be done and shipped next week!
