I really like Victoria Emerson's bracelets, but I'm kinda annoyed by the whole "surprise" bag thing they have going on. All you end up getting are these cheap wrap bracelets that nobody really wants. It's especially frustrating when they advertise them as "all new styles" because they're definitely not, and to top it off, one of them arrived broken. So, just a heads up, if you're gonna order from them, stick to the bracelets you actually like and don't get tempted by the surprise bag like I did.

If I ever have an issue, which has happened a few times, they always respond promptly and either replace or refund my order. They always stand by their jewelry and make things right if necessary. I absolutely adore them and their jewelry!

I've been ordering from Victoria Emerson for many years. I love their brand so much, I refer them to all my friends all the time. I also buy from them to give as gifts, and they never disappoint. The quality is fabulous. Their jewelry is absolutely beautiful, and I wear it everyday for any occasion. It can be dressed up or dressed down. I really look forward to choosing a jewelry piece(s) to wear everyday.

I gotta say, my experience with Victoria Emerson has been pretty disappointing! I made an order on 6/23/22 and got a confirmation, but it's now 8/17/22 (almost a whole month later) and I still haven't received any shipping details or my product. And get this, they already took my full payment! Can you believe it? What's even more frustrating is that their website doesn't even have a phone number to call. So, I've sent them three emails, but all I got back were generic responses saying they were "super busy" and that my order was in "pre-shipment." Like, seriously? I didn't get any real information at all. Let me tell you, this will definitely be the first and last time I ever order from Victoria Emerson.

I really like your jewelry. My daughter gave me a few pieces and I really like all of them. But I'm really disappointed in your customer service. I ordered two things on 12/06 for $53.50. I didn't get a confirmation email, but my credit card got charged! I sent a few emails but got no reply. I tried leaving a message on your phone, but it just kept repeating itself. I don't even have an order number to give you because I didn't get the confirmation email! I just want a response, please!

I've been shopping at Victoria Emerson since 2014, and their stuff never lets me down. I reckon I order 'round 15-20 times a year from 'em (I'm a collector, ya know). I'm a big fan of their bracelets and get real pumped when they drop new styles. The shipping's always pretty quick (I don't splurge on express shipping), and the customer service's always been real helpful. Folks always give me props on my bracelets, so I send 'em over to Victoria Emerson's site.

I ordered from Victoria Emerson two weeks ago. Their website says they process most orders in 1 day and it takes 5-7 days to arrive after processing. It's been two weeks and my order hasn't come. I got a shipping confirmation 5 days ago, but when I checked the tracking number, it said the package wasn't received by the shipping place (***). I tried contacting customer service through ***, email, and phone, but no luck. They just gave me a generic response to "hang tight". I'm really disappointed with their customer service and I might have to stop payment with my credit card company.

It's now August 11th and I still don't have any tracking information, only a label has been created. I contacted them last week and they said the item should ship next week. But as of today, there's still no tracking available, only the label has been created. I contacted them again this week and got the same response. They hope to ship the item next week, which is a month later. This is totally unacceptable. I'm really frustrated with this company and I will never order from them again. Be careful! I've bought lots of bracelets from Victoria Emerson in the past couple years and I gotta say, their bracelets are always top-notch. My buddies always get excited for their birthdays 'cause they know I'll be sending them something from Victoria Emerson. Actually, a couple of them have dropped some hints, if you know what I mean. Now I always keep a few extra bracelets on hand just to make someone's day a little brighter. It's like pure magic, I tell ya. The folks who work there are super friendly and they always handle my questions and changes to my orders real quick and with a whole lotta care. They're a small company, but they take a lotta pride in what they do. And let me tell ya, they're always coming up with new designs that my gal pals absolutely love. Especially during this crazy pandemic, having a little wrist candy really adds some sunshine to your day.

It's now August 2nd and I've sent several emails. I only got a response to my first email, saying to give it a few more days for the tracking to update. It was a big sad. I'm not being unreasonable and I waited. But here we are, still waiting. No updates on the tracking. When I messaged them on , they told me again to wait a "few more days". I showed them proof of purchase and the notification I got when the label was created. I spent over $100 and this experience hasn't been what I expected after hearing such great things. I could understand if my order hadn't been packaged and the label hadn't been created. But it's ready and yet it's not sent to the customer?!?!? I'll also mention that some VE ambassadors, who rave about their products, promoted them and this sale I ordered from. Some of them have shared the items they received from the sale. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Another company that takes your money but takes their time shipping. Maybe they should reconsider their promotions if they can't handle the increase in orders and ship them out properly.

Carolina H My second purchase of your product is resulting very disappointing and upsetting. Apparently it has been delivered but it is not true and none of my neighbours has received it by mistake. To add up, I have emailed twice with no reply and when I try to call there is no way to leave a message (the voice messaging system does not work). This is the first time I have written a review but I do not think it is good customer service to ignore your clientele. I look forward to finally hearing back from Victoria Emerson with a solution to my issue.

Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed. I loved the watch band that I purchased but it was too large so I contacted customer service to see if there was any way to adjust it. They replied within 24 hours to say that the product is not adjustable. Sadly, this meant I needed to return the item. I have since replied back to customer service TWICE to inquire about initiating the return (as there are no directions on their website) and have not heard back since - it has been 4 days. I want my money back. This is unacceptable and extremely upsetting. Will not be purchasing from them again.

I placed an order on 10/6/23 for multiple items on a sale. I sent an email asking how soon the items would be shipped. I was told it was a big sale and people are working so hard to get thing out on time. I did get a notification that my order was shipped on 10/13/23. I have been checking the tracking number every day and it still has not been taken to usps. Tomorrow it will be 2 weeks since I placed the order. I am VERY unhappy. I sent another email today asking for a refund, so far I have not received a response.
I attempted to call and speak with a live person and the message says you can leave a message but there is no way to leave a message. DO NOT PURCHASE, its a scam!

When I check the tracking, it still shows that the packages haven't reached the Post Office. When I asked their customer service, they said it's not their problem anymore, it's ***'s fault. It's hard to believe that both packages (three if you count my family member's) were scanned wrong and can't be tracked. I've received over 15 packages in the past two weeks, not all on time because of delays, which is okay, but all the tracking numbers worked and updated me daily. It's been 10 days with no updates on these packages. They were supposed to be shipped *** First-Class mail, so I would have had them in time for Christmas. Now I have to pay extra to ship Christmas presents to multiple people because of their mistake and refusal to help. Their generic "it's out of our control" response is not okay. Based on the information I have, it's still their responsibility because I don't have confirmation that my package was actually shipped.
