Jomashop You may find cheaper, but not better

I recently received an email from a group discussing the Seiko 5 Sports & how there was a great deal on them via their site.

I've always really liked the clean & classic lines of the Seiko products and the email peaked my interest, so I decided to look around a little bit for additional information. In doing so, once again, Jomashop came up in the search results and the every day price was fairly comparable to the reduced price mentioned in my email.

As I've purchased several watches from Jomashop it wasn't even a question as to what to do then because They offer an additional air of service and knowledge, the watches always come we'll-packed, quickly, and also come with Jomashop's additional warranty which is above and beyond the manufacture's warranty.

That being said I made the purchase (M1BR4364), received the watch, and have been totally happy ever since.

Jomashop is always highly recommended.

Jomashop Best of the online watch vendors I've used

I've purchased several watches from JomaShop - including order #M16D4845. I've never received a damaged watch or packaging. I did order a watch that I simply didn't like which I returned for a refund (NOT some kind or store credit - but a refund of my money). My favorite so far is a Porsche Design Flat Six chronograph with an ETA-Valjoux Caliber 7750 movement for around $800 ($5000+ at the Porsche dealer). That was a rare bargain but all the watches I've bought have been well discounted - often cheaper than used versions on the forums. Some watches arrived with a missing tag or warranty card but will always had a Jomashop warranty card and full factory package. If that's a big issue - OK. I'm not a collector/trader as much as a buyer/wearer so I didn't worry about the tags, plastic, packing, etc. Live customer service people who usually know their products and can answer, or will find answers to questions.

Jomashop Excellent site layout, selection, and prices

Couldn't be happier with my latest order M1C48446. I stumbled on this site after a little research and was hesitant on purchasing a watch and not knowing what quality & condition to expect. Pricing was excellent compared to retail and I was even able to find a few watches that are no longer listed on the manufacturers website or out of stock, so that was promising.

Even though I was shipping to a business, I was both surprised and pleased to see that the packaging is discreet and also packaged well. I've already told a few friends about this site and wouldn't hesitate to order again.

One small negative thing I would like to mention on what I've observed is that once a watch goes out of stock, I have yet to see it come back into stock. I've had a few watches in my wishlist that were out of stock to begin with and have never received the notification that they're back in stock so if you're set on purchasing something, don't wait. One other thing I've noticed is that my reviews of the watches themselves (which were all positive) are not posting to the site so it's really hard to gauge reviews on popularity or satisfaction.

Jomashop Great prices, great selection and first class service

I took me a while to order anything from jomashop. Nowadays you can't be too careful, right? All my friends told me about jomashop so I decided to give it a try. I don't think I can every go back to anything else! I am an avid watch collector. Jomashop has a wide variety of brands, models, and options at various price points depending upon the type of watch I happen to be looking at. Prices are unbeatable at Jomashop. I have bought watches ranging from $7,000 to a Casio which cost $59.00. Everything comes exactly as ordered, no unexpected costs or add ons to inflate the price. They package everything with care and keep me up to date on the status of my purchase from the minute I place my order to the minute it is about to be delivered. I have researched other sellers but I always come back to Jomashop. They are hands down the best source for my needs. An added bonus: They always include a discount coupon worth $20.00 off my next order of $300.00. Believe me, I have used those coupons a lot! My favorite purchase is my Tudor Black Bay GMT that I got earlier in 2018 -- the watch everyone told me "was impossible to get anywhere." Where did I get it? JOMASHOP!

Jomashop My watch experience

I always pride myself in researching and looking out for the best deals wen purchasing watches. I currently have a nice collection that I been fortunate to collect. With that said my first time hearing about Jomashop was thru a friend. Honestly I was very skeptical at first. As a watch enthusiast I always question buying a watch online without seeing it in person.

I gave it a run and purchased my first watch to give it a test. My experience and arrival came in without any issues. It arrived very well packaged and no issues with the watch. First watch was a a new watch. It looked as I would expect. Brand new with papers and plastic protectors on it.

My second purchase was a pre-owned luxury watch that definitely was a bigger purchase. At this point I have a few questions and required details on the watch. I was contacted my a technician named "Almod" he answered all my questions and went above and beyond to send me physical pictures of the watch and a video he took for me. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable in the watch. I am extremely pleased and would definitely recommend anyone to look at "Jomashop" and give it a try. It worked out for me and I am very happy with my experience.

Jomashop Excellent service

I am a bit overwhelmed at how often I am getting hit on by beautiful women, most of which almost immediately complement the great watches Ive received from JomaShop. When I go out in public, its like I immediately attract women that respect the finer points of Swiss watches. All the while, Im laughing all the way to the bank because they have no idea how much Ive saved due to JomaShops great prices and deals. I must add that its almost like JomaShop doesnt want me to become overwhelmed with all the beautiful women, because they always remind me that if Im not totally satisfied I can return or exchange my purchases (Jokes on you, JomaShop, Im not returning anything!). Things get interesting when I pair a fine watch with a pair of ray-bans, and all the women that are untrained in fine watches become captivated by what lies behind my polarized lens. If you are type of guy that wants to sit at the corner of the bar and play the slots machine, JomaShop isnt for you all your time will be consumed with taking beautiful women on dates. I have personally consulted my trusted analytic group to decipher what might happen if I wore two JomaShop watches at the same time will report back with more information on this.

Jomashop I was a bit skeptical because of the low price, but it came, legit and with really fast shipping

Just as the title says, I was skeptical because of the deal I was getting. Wasn't sure if the msrp on the website was accurate so I opened up a new tab and looked up the watch I got. The manufacturer's retail price(msrp) I saw on the Jomashop website for my watch was around $350+ and i only saw it listed as such at one other place that didn't have a deal on it. Everywhere else that sold this watch had it close to Jomashop's price but about 30,40 dollars more. This was during the valentine's day sales, (extra 25% off and free shipping) on top of the supposed 80% off. This was the cheapest amongst all the other websites I searched so I was a bit skeptical because I wasn't familiar with this domain. It was reassuring however, when I saw their claim on the website which said everything was real and there was a 30 day return policy or something like that. So I went ahead and purchased the watch and lo and behold it arrives 2 days later in a very much legitimate Calvin Klein box. I was actually a bit stunned. This shop and the watch was a valentine's from me to myself lol. If you're feeling skeptical I'd say give them a chance. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to purchase something else from them as long it's within my budget

Jomashop If I can give more than 5 stars I would:-)

A person I care for saw this beautiful DIESEL wrist watch in some luxury store in one of European cities, but price was too high to afford for him. I've found the same model on Jomashop, also having amazing discount, so Instead of 250$, it was less then 140$. I got beautiful, original DIESEL wrist watch, in original package, recognizable beautiful white leather box. It was all brand new, unopened and untouched, with the instruction book, watch was protected in plastic wrap, around white cushion. Still had a tag with original 250$ price. It came within 3 days, much faster than any other shipment when I'm shopping online. I sent it to Europe and it came right on time for Valentine's day, making my friend so thrilled! He posted it on his social network as soon as he picked it up from the post office, could not hide how happy he was! Got many likes as well:-D My experience was great, with prices and delivery, and I'm so happy to find the place where I can find things and brands of highest quality, for decent price, delivered so fast! You can literally order gift to someone few days before, even if you forgot, it will be there on time. I will for sure pick up something nice for myself and shop here again. I would highly recommend.

Jomashop i have made two purchases from jomashop in the past year

i have made two purchases from jomashop in the past year. both for watches. both were excellent experiences. their price was unbeatable, placing the order was easy and secure, the delivery was on time and carefully packaged, the products were exactly as described. in both cases, i called before ordering to ask a few questions, and the attention i received over the phone was super helpful--friendly and clear. although they are not an authorized dealer for the products i purchased, they offer their own 2-year warranty, which is comparable to the manufacturer's. i recommend them.

This is the worst company I have ever ordered from. I ordered 3 perfumes and I got an email that only 2 of them shipped. I emailed asking about the 3rd because I was never told the 3rd was on backorder. When I ordered, it very clearly said it was in stock. I emailed simply asking for an ETA and got a very rude email back from customer service. When the second part of my order finally did ship, they charged me twice! The worst part is the customer service. Extremely rude and unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would.

I purchased a luxury watch from this merchant and they delivered an empty watch box to my home. They have refused to ship the item that I purchased and have refused to provide any information as to why the item was not inside of the box that was shipped to my home. When they finally responded to my many emails, the merchant stated that an investigator would visit my home to discuss my claim, but no one ever showed up. Absolute scam of a business. I will never purchase any products from Jomashop ever again.

worst customer service ever, ordered a shirt for my bday a week and a half before my bday the day before my bday and the day after scheduled delivery they told me my order was cancelled. i had a delivery date and all but i guess i had to that the L customer service was so rude and didnt care the first rep hung up in my face after telling me to hold very, very rude. they didnt even inform me until i called no sense of customer appreciation no sense of wanting to help just bad attitudes & no sense of urgency what so ever. will never order or recommend anyone to order from this site again.

Jomashop I have made one purchase from Jomashop and I am very happy

I have made one purchase from Jomashop and I am very happy. I purchased a Seiko watch. The price was better than anywhere I looked on the Internet including ***, etc., by more than 10% of the purchase price. The shipping was free because of the purchase amount and it arrived as expected in very good condition. The watch works great. It is a automatic mechanical watch and so differences in time keeping will happen. This watch is excellent. After three days, the difference is less than 10 secs. I'm very satisfied with my experience and I am looking for another great deal!

BEWARE! If I could give ZERO stars, I would do that! I ordered a pair of Costa Sunglasses for a Christmas present. My friend wore them TWICE and the lens fell out. Jomashop refused to take any responsibility for what was OBVIOUSLY a faulty item, or a fake one! Real Costa Sunglasses do NOT fall apart like that. They did offer me $15 to get them repaired...thanks for nothing. I'm out $134.

I was interested in Jomashop for their watches. I was introduced to them by my brother who would use them on several occasions and like their service and products. So I decided to give them a try. I was shopping for a nice automatic watch and review their site in the course of my shopping. They were very competitive and I ended up ordering from them. The ordering process was straightforward and I got an immediate email confirming the purchase and my future tracking information. The package was easy to track and arrived a day early. I'm very satisfied with my experience and would use them again without hesitation

Didn't tell me my purchase had no manufacturer's warranty! I bought a Seiko woman's watch from JomaShop. I had NO idea - nor was I told by the vendor - that my watch would NOT receive Seiko's warranty. I think this is sleazy vending. In my opinion, JomaShop does NOT deserve a good rating from the BBB. Buyers Beware!

This is not a legit business. I bought an expensive cologne which I used for years from Jomashop. When it arrived I had bad feeling that it was not authentic. Surely enough, when I took it to the store they confirmed that this was a fake cologne. When called them to complain and get my money back not only they were RUDE they gave me a run around and asked me to provide a letter of authenticity! STAY AWAY from this site it is NOT legit!

Ordered a Nixon watch that arrived non-working. Appeared to have been returned by someone else previously; it didn’t have the plastic on it the way new watches usually do. Contacting Customer Service was slow and frustrating. They offered to pay $7 for a batter replacement which is less than half of what it costs here. Then when I decided to return they threatened to charge me shipping! Very shady, *** attitude, felt like dealing with scammers. Not trustworthy, avoid.

Originally ordered on Dec 16th 2022! This is the email I sent to Jomashop Jan 5th 2023! PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER! I've spent Over 1 thousand $ here with your company the last few months! And you're just Now letting me know that this has a 3 week back order! I just called on Monday (Jan 2nd) and was told it would ship in the next 5 days! I'm Absolutely LIVID! After ALL of this BS. on Jan. 5th they're saying my product has been shipped! Is this company being ran by 3rd grade children or what?

This was my first purchase from a dealer that was not an authorized dealer. So, I was a bit apprehensive at first. I did some research regarding jomashop prior to my purchase and was confident in the reputation and track record they seemed to have established. Any remaining fear was completely eliminated once I received the product from them. Everything was perfect. The condition of the watch was perfect. Not one problem. I checked the manufacturer website using the serial number regarding the warranty and it matched the exact date the warranty was activated by jomashop. I will do business with them in the future without hesitation.

I purchased a rather nice Omega from Jomashop and was quite happy when it arrived. One day later I was looking at another retailer and found the exact same watch for $260 cheaper with free return if not happy from Jomashop. I called to see if I could get the difference refunded to me and I was told that Jomashop doesn’t price match with itself. I was told I would have to return the watch I bought at a cost of $120, wait for it to clear for refund and then buy the watch from the other retailer. Unbelievable! At Christmas time no less. Don’t deal with Jomashop, use the other retailer instead, rock solid outfit.

As always, Jomashop just plain delivers. Relatively new to them, and have ordered twice, they have been top shelf in their ethics as well as the speed in which they get the merch out their door and in mine. I have spoken to not being concerned with authenticity as that seems to be at the forefront of the ethics but. In this days market, I can see where a lesser supplier could be enticed by cheaper junk. To *** with them. I will continue to order and be content with their product and/or service until I have an uneasy feeling about same. Really dont know how it could be more business like. Looking to build a long term relationship with Jomashop .

I have two great purchase experiences with Jomashop on high end Mens watches. Both shipped promptly, were packaged carefully, and received in perfect condition. I was not happy with the size/fit on one watch, having not seen it prior in person. Jomashop promptly and professionally handled my return request. I had anticipated some hassle, since the watch was in perfect condition, and my return was Buyers remorse, but to my pleasure, they promptly refunded my money. That return earned my repeat business, and my second Swiss watch purchase was perfect. Their pricing and service is top-notch, and I will continue to be a repeat customer. I highly recommend them.

I've purchased a few watches from Jomashop and love the savings! Each watch has come complete with "box and papers", exactly like if it was bought at a retail store or boutique. Products come exactly as advertised and packaged well. My last purchases were a Citizen ProMaster Diver's 200m watch (over 65% off retail) and it came in the scuba tank watch "box", and my Rado Diastar in its original Rado packaging, watch box, and watch carrier (over 45% off retail). And both with full warranties! You won't find that with independent *** and *** sellers.How could one not love getting a 100% original & complete item but not paying even close to 100% retail price?

I have just purchased my 15th watch from jomashop and I'm still a satisfied customer. These watches range from $175 Japanese watches to around $6000 swiss watches and jomashop has taken good care of me every time. Once I cancelled an order and once I had to exchange a watch that arrived with a defect and they took care of the issues quickly without problems. All watches were genuine and as described on their site. With this track record and the great prices I am very comfortable buying from them and will purchase again in the future. They are my go to watch store. They don't always have exactly the watch I'm looking for but I always shop them first.

So far, I have bought 3 watches from jomashop. The online shopping and purchasing experience was straightforward and easy. They have a great selection in all categories and almost always the best price. This suited me since I was looking for bargains in the $100-$200 range. Communication and delivery were on par with any other legit business. I returned one watch because I didn't like it once I saw it in person (nothing to fault the seller for). The return process and refund were straightforward. I love the watches I bought (and kept)--an orient classic quartz and a tissot t-classic everytime. I plan to buy from jomashop again when I'm ready to make a bigger watch purchase.

A friend introduced me to Jomashop.com in 2018, since that time I have purchased multiple pens, watches and personal care products from the company. I have always been 100% satisfied with the products I've purchased from Jomashop.com, not one complaint! I understand that some of the items I've purchased are excess inventory or unsold inventory that comes from other parts of the world (primarily Europe from what I can tell by reading the labels), but each product (especially the pens) are authentic and in perfect condition. I've recommended Jomashop.com to friends and family members alike. I will continue to shop the website for luxury products that are sold at an affordable price!

This is my third purchase from a wonderful Jomashop! Two brand new Longines in the past, and now a pre owened Panerai *** with awesome bracelet! The watch came with a gorgeous wooden box and all the paperwork intact! I requested it to be shipped overnight and it came in as expected! When I opened the box, much to my very pleasant surprise, the watch that was made in *** looked brand spanking new! I now wore it for a few weeks and it keeps perfect time and is supremely comfortable on my wrist! The lume is simply great and very visible throughout the night! Not to mention a great priceVery happy with my purchase and dealing with this wonderful company! Thank you!

I purchased $1450. 98 worth of watches from your JOMASHOP regarding my Order # MXXXXXX (removed number due to privacy).

I called on May 3,2016 at 10:31 AM and worked with your customer service person (Christopher) and requested he make on swap Item# MV3600215 with item No. 3600322

I received very poor customer service from Christopher. He put me on hold at least 4 times and in total, I spent an hour on the phone with him. He didn't seem focused on my request and sounded like he was not paying attention. I was very much disappointed with his behavior to the point where I requested him to send me to another customer service rep or to forward me to his manager or the owner. He assured that he was paying attention and then later put me on hold again.

When I gave him my work address to have UPS send my items to, he was ridiculous enough to just take down the name of my work and building number and then rushed and wanted to hang up. I got very upset with him and asked him how he was suppose to know where to send me my items if I had not even given him my address. Then I gave him my address. He didn't even seem like he was paying attention.

I was very uncomfortable about this phone communication with Christopher. Therefore, I made contact with an "online" customer rep by the name of Zalman. I was told then that the swap of the items have been made and that I would receive a confirmation on my updated request within 2-3 hours. Well, today is the next day already.

So, while I am emailing you this email... I am online with another customer rep named "Izhak". He apparently has the same kind of behavior such as of Christopher. I also called from my cell phone at 3:05 PM and was on hold for a VERY long time. "Izhak" ignored me online for LONG periods of time. I will provide you with the transcription of the chat as well. He no longer responded to my requests after giving me minimal responses that did not answer my questions. I became even more frustrated.

While having my phone on speaker, I move from customer number 13 down to the first customer. Lord and behold, who do you think answered? The same rude customer rep "Izhak". He spoke to me asking me for my information. I said, "look you are the same Izhak who ignored me online. I was the one who just spoke to you." He requested for my information. I told him he has my information and all I needed to know was that if my request was completed or not. He told me to provide him with a name that went with the order and this was why he could not help me "online". I responded and said that he did not ask for my name and clearly... only asked for my purchase Item number. Then he told me that the reason my "swap" had not been done was that he needed my name online and I did not provide it. (Just so you know, if you will see on the top of the transactions... my name is listed). Either way, he said that was the reason why he could not make any changes. I told him that I didn't care about the "approval" but more so on the swapping of the watches. He got upset and got hostile with me then hung up on me.

Now I am on hold AGAIN and not to sound sarcastic but guess who answers? The original rep who never paid attention to my order in the first place (Christopher). Now, Christopher just put me on hold after I explained to him that I had been told my request to swap my watch had not taken place. Chris returns to me and then tells me to give him my phone number. I provide it for him and then ask him for closure as to what is going on. He responds, "I'm not sure why it has not been processed.

SERIOUSLY? Roee, I'm sure you're a great and successful business man. Are these the kind of reps you want representing your company? I am beyond disappointed, beyond upset, and I'm ready to cancel my order.

I hope you realize how frustrated I am at this point.

I called Jomashop at 9:06 AM and spoke to the same person (Izhak) I believe that hung up on me yesterday. He already had become hostile with me not allowing me to state my situation. After giving him my Order # M12T3016 your customer rep began to tell me that my "order had been cancelled" because they could not "varify the account as the same person ordering it". I asked how this could be when I wasted hours of my time calling and trying to figure out what was going on with my order. I told him that "I was hung on yesterday". I would not be surprised if this is the same customer rep that caused my order to be cancelled. I told him that his information is inaccurate and that I was hung up on. Your customer rep continued to be rude and told me no matter what I wanted, my order was cancelled. I told him I didn't cancel it. He kept telling me it was because they could not verify the person because the "person they spoke with was not the same person that made the order. Then I told him I wanted to talk to "Roee" or their manager. This rep refused to allow me to talk to the manager and kept telling me that I "wanted to push my agenda even when my order has been cancelled". He asked me why I wanted to talk to the manager still. I told him at this point I didn't care about the order and that I could afford the order and pay out of my own account but that I wanted to talk to the manager about Jomashop's poor customer service! He then continued to cut me off telling me that he wasn't going to let me talk to the manager because the order has been cancelled and all that he thinks I'm going to talk to the manager is about my order and that he knows I am just going to "push my agenda" and doesn't see why I should talk to the manager because there is no order left. I told him I no longer cared about the order and that I have already emailed the manager yesterday with the online transcripts of what happened as well as explained how I was treated. Therefore, I wanted to speak to the manager about the poor customer service. Then he put me on hold and later came back to tell me that "Roee said you should call him in an hour". I told him I will call "Roee in an hour after the rude rep gave me your extension (2875) An hour is from at 10:16 AM Central Chicago time.

I am just disgusted at the behavior of all these customer reps. I have spend hours on the phone and online trying to get my order corrected. I would like to speak to you and if needed, fille a complaint to the owner - if you are not the owner.

Jomashop I bought a Breitling Super Avenger watch in two different colors

I bought a Breitling Super Avenger watch in two different colors. When I received it, I immediately noticed that something was off. The box and papers were missing, and when I opened the watch pouch, the watch itself didn't look right. I compared it to my other watches of the same model and the exact watch on a website called ***, and there were clear differences, especially in the font and size of the day display. I contacted the seller and sent them pictures clearly showing the discrepancies. However, they responded by saying that it was my responsibility to prove the authenticity, despite their claim of guaranteeing 100% satisfaction and authenticity. The first representative I spoke to mentioned that they sourced and shipped the watch from a third party, so they couldn't verify its authenticity. When I received an email denying my claim, I called to speak to a manager. It was difficult to communicate with them, and they even seemed to provoke me. During our conversation, I emphasized that the burden of proof and the quality of the watch should be on them, but they were trying to shift the blame onto me. They promised to send me a return label, but all I received was an RMA form. I had to pay $80 for shipping, and if they determine that the watch is authentic (which I'm sure they will), I'll be charged an $800 restocking fee. Instead of simply refunding my money for a product that is of questionable authenticity, they made me out to be the bad person. This whole situation will end up costing me $1,000, even though it could have been resolved easily if they were truly a business that wanted to do the right thing.

Jomashop LaRive River of Love and LaRive Taste of Kiss.

I have purchased six LaRive perfumes from Jomashop. Four were great( also two other brands that were good). But two of the LaRive were oxidized. They had a burnt metallic smell. Now I'm kinda knew with buying perfumes. I've been hearing that when your perfume first comes and it doesn't smell right, it needs "maceration". So when I opened them I assumed that was the issue. Surely a company like Jomashop would know better than to sell bad products. They're professionals. I waited 2 months. Then my auntie told me, "Girl, you can wait 2 lifetimes and nothing will help. Baby they have oxidized". To add insult to injury, they won't let me leave an honest review. In total I've made 8 purchases with them. My complaint is over the 2 cheapest ones I bought.

Claimed loss: $22 at the most.

Desired outcome: Its just $22. Its wrong to block reviews. I want my reviews up, an apology and I'd like them to properly store their fragrances. Just bc someone doesn't have a lot to spend, they should be respected too.

Jomashop Authentic Luxury Watches at Jomashop: My Experience and Review

I gotta say, I've had a pretty good experience with Jomashop. I've ordered a total of 4 watches from them, including 2 Omegas, 1 Citizen, and most recently a Tag Heuer (order # M2AF3244). Now, I ain't no watch expert, but I consider those luxury brands and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with my purchases. These are authentic timepieces, and you can't even tell that you didn't get them from a fancy retail shop. Only you and your wallet know the truth.

The shipping has been pretty good too. Each order was shipped out in a timely manner and arrived safely and securely. Each watch came in its own original box with all the papers and whatnot. The only issue I had was with FedEx on my latest purchase. Jomashop did their part by requesting that FedEx only release the item with a direct customer signature, but FedEx failed to honor that request and just left my watch on the front porch. That's not cool, man. These are expensive items that shouldn't be left out in the open like that. I called FedEx to complain about it, but I just wanted to give y'all a heads up. Keep an eye out for the FedEx driver if you're expecting a delivery from Jomashop. You don't want some porch pirate taking your stuff.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with Jomashop. I haven't had to make any warranty claims yet, but I'm feeling pretty confident that they'll take care of me if I do. The only thing that's got me a little worried is the customer service. I've been trying to get an answer about my account and it seems like I've been ghosted. That's not cool, man. Service after the sale is important, and Jomashop needs to step up their game in that department. But hey, I'm still gonna shop at Jomashop and recommend them to my family and friends. Jomashop JomaShop's Terrible Customer Service Experience - A Warning to All Watch Buyers

I had a really bad experience with JomaShop's customer service. Let me tell you, if you ever have any issues with your purchase, don't bother calling them. I bought a Breitling Navitimer for over $4000, but decided to exchange it for a Breitling Super Ocean Heritage II. When I returned the Navitimer, instead of getting an exchange, they refunded me the amount I paid minus a $300 restocking fee. I called customer service to explain that I wanted an exchange, but the representative was extremely rude and insisted that it was a refund. When I asked to speak to a manager, he said there was no one available and hung up on me. I couldn't believe it! I spent so much money on a watch and this is how they treat me?

I would never buy from JomaShop again, especially after the way they treated me. If you do decide to order from them, just pray that you don't have any issues with your watch. And make sure you use a credit card like AMEX to protect yourself from these scam artists. I contacted my credit card company and they charged me for the exchange, but I told them not to send it because I didn't want to deal with JomaShop's terrible customer service. If I had any future issues with the watch, I knew it would be a pain to deal with them.

I learned my lesson and will never do business with JomaShop again. I recommend going to an authorized dealer or a jeweler that sells watches with manufacturer's warranty and papers. The resale value is higher and they can give you prices as low as JomaShop. Just be careful and read other reviews on their customer service before you trust them with your money. I did buy an Omega Speedmaster from them in the past and didn't have any issues, but I wouldn't send my watch to them for warranty work.

In conclusion, JomaShop's customer service is terrible and I would never recommend them to anyone. If you want to buy a watch, go to an authorized dealer or a jeweler that sells watches with manufacturer's warranty and papers. Jomashop My Disappointing Experience with Jomashop: Defective Watch and Terrible Customer Service

Hey guys, I just wanted to share my experience with Jomashop. I was super excited to get my hands on a new Tissot watch at a decent price. The shipping was really quick and convenient, I received the watch after just 3 days. When I opened the box, the watch looked beautiful, but I had a suspicion that it might have been used. There were no plastics or nylons, but it still looked pretty new, so I thought maybe it was just an open box and it was still justified the price.

However, the problem started just 2 days later when I realized that the watch was losing time. I read the instructions and set it to the correct time a few times, but with no success. I decided to call Jomashop and they said that it is possible that the battery is weak and gave me 2 options: Send the watch back to change the battery or change it by myself and they will pay for it. The problem with the first option was that they wanted to charge me for the shipping if the battery wasn't the problem because the watch is already "used" (a 5-day-old watch!).

I took the second option: change the battery by myself. It was faster and they pay for it anyway. When I went to a watch shop, the employee that changed the battery told me that the battery inside was an Energizer battery and not an original Renata battery that comes with these watches. At this point, I suspected more that the watch wasn't new as claimed on their website, but I was so tired from this horrible experience with Jomashop and all I wanted was a correctly working watch.

I went to sleep... and guess what?! The day after I woke up and the watch was still losing time. Now I am sure that the watch was not only used, but also a defective one! I was so disappointed and frustrated with Jomashop. I would advise you not to throw away your money and not to buy from Jomashop. There are many better alternatives out there!

P.S: The customer service rep was so rude on the phone and they tried to blame me for the problem. It was the worst customer service I have ever had!

Jomashop JomaShop Review: Poor Customer Service and Delayed Shipping

I recently made a purchase from JomaShop for a Wolf watch winder on December 11, 2013. I was promised overnight shipping, but unfortunately, I did not receive any updates on my order by the weekend. I decided to give their customer service a call, but I was put on hold for a whopping 45 minutes! Finally, when I was able to speak to a representative, I was told that my order was packaged and ready for shipping. I was also promised a confirmation email later that evening. However, when I woke up the following morning, I still did not receive any email from them.

Feeling frustrated, I decided to send an email to their customer service. I received a response later that day, saying that my order was shipping and that I should receive a confirmation by the following morning. But once again, I did not receive any email from them. I decided to call their customer service again, but this time, I was put on hold for 50 minutes! When I finally spoke to a representative, he told me that my item was ready for shipping and that he did not understand why I did not receive any confirmation email. After 15 minutes of waiting, he came back with no answer. When I asked him what that meant, he simply told me that if I was unhappy, I could cancel my order.

Feeling frustrated and disappointed, I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor told me that there was a high demand for the item and that their quality control was behind. He also mentioned that they did not have the item as it came in damaged and had to be sent back for replacement. When I asked him why customers were not notified, he simply said that there was no time. I told him that my order was over a week old at this point and that they needed to fill the order. He assured me that they would send out an update by the end of the day. However, I did not receive any email from them.

Finally, on Friday afternoon at 4:02 pm, I received an email from a manager stating that my item would be shipped on Monday, December 23, 2013, and that I would receive it on Tuesday, December 24, 2013. However, the package did not arrive on time. Every other package that I ordered from many other companies, even as close as 2 days before the holiday, arrived except for the one that I ordered 2 weeks prior from JomaShop.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with JomaShop's company and customer service. It was frustrating to be put on hold for such a long time and to not receive any updates on my order. The fact that they did not notify customers about the delay was unacceptable. I would not recommend JomaShop to anyone and I will not be making any future purchases from them.

Jomashop Request for Replacement Watch Due to Courier Negligence and Theft

I told you to make sure that my watch package wasn't left unattended on my doorstep by your courier, but that's exactly what happened. To make matters worse, my beautiful Raymond Weil watch was stolen. When I reached out to you about this issue, you didn't seem to care at all.

I was really excited to receive my new watch, but unfortunately, I never got the chance to wear it. It's not like it was the most expensive watch in the world, but I was really looking forward to having it. It's disappointing that you don't seem to care that it was stolen from my doorstep.

If you were a reputable business, you would send me a replacement Raymond Weil traditional watch. I understand that it wasn't the most expensive watch, but it's the principle of the matter. You didn't ensure that I had to sign for the watch as I requested, and instead, the courier left the watch package unattended on my doorstep, which led to it being stolen.

Jomashop Terrible Customer Service and Dishonest Business Practices - Stay Away from this Company

I made an order for two fancy Cartier watches on March 22, 2021, and it's been a whole year since then. The order status has been "Pending Shipment" for the entire time, and I've called the company about 3-4 times and chatted with them online once. Every time I contacted them, they gave me the same answer: they don't know when the status would be updated because they are still working with their manufacturers.

I know there are delays, especially with Covid, but it's been a year! I reached out to them again today, and they gave me the same answer. But this time, I asked them to help me escalate my order since it's been almost one year. So they did, and the "solution" that the manager came up with was "since the order is now too old, we will have to cancel it, and you will have to place a new order." Both watches are still available to order on their website, but both have gone up in price for a total of $1,480 more than what I originally paid for.

This was obviously their mistake, but they forcefully canceled my order (I never asked for it to be canceled) and kept telling me to place the order again because the order is now "too old." Since both watches were never out of stock and still available for purchase, it's obvious they just don't want to honor the original prices. This was blatantly their mistake, but they shamelessly want me to pay for it.

Customer service was completely useless and kept repeating the same thing - that their manager already signed off on the solution, so that's final. This is obviously NOT a solution, but I guess their business is run based on lies and deceit.

I went back and forth with the rep for 10 minutes before she finally agreed to let me speak with a manager but comes back to say the manager has (conveniently) already left for the day. This company is EXTREMELY DISHONEST - stay away at all costs. They couldn't care less about their customers and will not own up to their mistakes but instead, they will force their customers to take the hit for their own incompetence.

Jomashop Buyer Beware: My Experience Purchasing a Rolex from JomaShop

I gotta say, I had some issues with JomaShop that really brought down my opinion of them. But I will say, their customer service was pretty good. They were always quick to respond and they even agreed to take back my watch even though it was past the 30 day return period.

So, I decided to take a chance and buy a Rolex from JomaShop, even though they're not an authorized dealer. I mean, they had good reviews on a bunch of different sites and the watch I wanted was available, so I figured why not?

At first, I was really happy with my purchase. I wore the watch for a few weeks and everything seemed fine. But then, I started to notice some things that didn't seem quite right. I mean, I'm no expert, but even I could tell that the font on the word "chronograph" was incomplete and the hour markers were misaligned. And I couldn't even check the end links because I didn't have the right tools.

I started to get worried that maybe my watch wasn't 100% authentic, even though the JomaShop representative had assured me that it was. So, I did some research and asked around on some forums, and sure enough, other people were noticing the same issues with their watches.

I contacted JomaShop and they told me that they had sent my watch in for repairs, which would take 8 weeks. I was pretty disappointed, to say the least. I had spent over $20,000 on this watch and now I wasn't even sure if it was authentic.

I really hope that JomaShop can fix my watch and make it right, but for now, I'm pretty disappointed with my purchase. I would definitely caution anyone against buying expensive watches from them unless you have someone who can authenticate it for you. It's a hard lesson learned, that's for sure.

Jomashop Disappointed with Ray Ban and Jomashop's Customer Service - A Warning to Others

I recently bought a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses from Jomashop and they arrived on time, which was great. However, my experience with these shades was not so great. After only two weeks of owning them, they fell off my head from a measly three feet off the ground and one of the lenses broke. I was surprised because I've always paid a premium for Ray Bans, thinking they were designed better and could withstand a small fall.

I tried to contact Jomashop several times, but I could never get anyone on the phone. I even reached out to Ray Ban directly, but they were no help either. They forwarded me to their customer service company, Luxxotica, who simply didn't respond. I've spent over three hours on hold waiting for someone to answer my call, but no one ever did. I also completed their formal online process for customer service inquiries, but no one has responded to me yet, even after three weeks.

Finally, I was able to get someone on the phone at JomaShop to explain the situation, but the customer service agent was short and unsympathetic. I felt like he was making fun of me and the situation, even though I was respectful throughout the conversation. All I wanted was a replacement lens for my glasses, and I was willing to pay for it if neither company was willing to stand behind their products. However, I simply couldn't get anyone to work with me to assist.

Even if Jomashop could have helped me connect with someone at Ray Ban, that would have been enough, but neither party seemed to care. So now, I have a brand new pair of Ray Bans that I can't wear, and I've only had them for about a month. I had no idea that a reputable brand like Ray Ban would be so disconnected from their customers, but I guess it makes sense that the companies they do business with would be equally disconnected.

It's disappointing that once a company has your money, they don't seem to care about you anymore. I've been patient and tenacious in my attempts to get someone to work with me, and I'm not looking for a handout. I just want a replacement lens for my glasses. This experience has left me feeling duped, and I won't be shopping at Jomashop or Ray Ban ever again. I promise you that I'm not the type of person who writes negative reviews, but I had to share my experience.

I ordered a watch from them and when it arrived, the clasp was broken. I mean, come on, that's just unacceptable. I sent them pictures of the damage and they told me to get some quotes to fix it. I thought that was a bit odd, but I went ahead and got some quotes. The cheapest one was $105 USD, which I thought was reasonable considering the clasp was physically broken and needed to be replaced.

But JomaShop didn't agree. They said anything over $20 was too much and they wanted me to send the watch back to them so they could do a $20 superglue fix. Are you kidding me? I paid good money for a brand new watch and now I have to deal with this? And to top it off, they wouldn't even cover the complete cost of postage. I mean, seriously?

I decided to just get the watch fixed myself because I didn't want to deal with them anymore. But that's not all. I also ordered sunglasses from them and they sent me the wrong ones. I mean, how hard is it to get an order right? And their solution was to keep the ones they sent me or pay for postage to get the correct ones sent out. I mean, come on, that's just ridiculous.

I really hope JomaShop improves their service because this kind of behavior is just not acceptable in 2021. I would rather pay a little more for good service than deal with these crooks any longer.

Jomashop JomaShop Review: Terrible Customer Service and Overcharging Issues

I am extremely disappointed with JomaShop. I would give them 0 stars if I could. They have never charged me correctly when they ship my orders. In most cases, they charge me on the order date and then ship 1-5 days later. The problem is that they never indicate how much they charge for shipping, which makes it really difficult for me to keep track of my expenses. A few months ago, I was told that if there were multiple shipments for an order (and I happened to use a discount code for the order), they would charge the original price without the discount first and apply all the discounts at the last shipment. This makes it hard for me to identify if the charges on my statement match the shipments, especially if I place more than a few orders in a month.

Recently, I discovered that I was charged $150 more than I should have been last month. I tried to contact them by sending a message via their website system, but no one ever got back to me. Then I tried online chat with customer service twice. One just ended our conversation without any notice, and another one suggested I call and ended my chat without notice again. Both took me a long time for nothing. So I called, and a customer service representative named Eugene asked for my credit card statement, and he said he would take care of it from there. I sent the statement right away, but it has been a week, and I have not received a reply.

I also reached out to their CEO, Mr. Osher Karnowsky, and he did reply to my email twice. He indicated that they only charge when they ship, but after I showed him the "truth" on my statement and asked for the details for each charge for the past month, he disappeared and did not reply anymore. There were 33 charges on my credit card while I only got 31 shipments, which doesn't make sense. And there are a few charges on my credit card that do not even make any sense. For example, there were $79 and $29 charges, and I have never purchased any product (with or without a discount) for that price. I even listed all the transaction IDs for each charge and hoped they could look into it, but they did not care. They just disappeared! What terrible service! I have spent $3000-$4000 per month and shopped with them for at least a year. I thought I was a valuable customer, but apparently, I am not enough for them to verify if there is any mistake on charges. No more JomaShop for me, and I have Amex taking care of it now. I wonder how they got such good reviews.

Jomashop Refund refusal

I purchased an item on 29th March 23. The item was reported to have been delivered on 7th April 23. I was away from home during that period and returned on 11th April 23 but found no package at my property. I contacted Jomashop numerous timers but received no response for almost a week. When they eventually responded I was told to contact the courier to locate its whereabouts. I contacted the courier who confirmed that the parcel was not delivered correctly. It was incorrectly left outside when there was no permission or instruction given to do so.
The courier confirmed that they accept liability but the claim will have to come from the Jomashop and cannot be initiated by me.

I contacted Jomashop to inform them of this and they initiated the claim process. On 12 May 23 Jomashop confirmed that the claim was approved however they are only offering store credit. I contested this as I believe it is completely unacceptable to be offered store credit when they have been reimbursed for the loss. In addition, the item is no longer in stock and there is no mention on their site nor has anybody mentioned to me prior to now that store credit will be issued instead of a refund.

Desired outcome: Wish to be offered a full refund

Jomashop Junghans max bill damen quartz white dial ladies watch

We purchased the watch for my wife's birthday. After one week in the summer, the watch started to show signs of condensation under the quartz face. This did not go away. The watch became wet but not submerged, and then failed to work again. The watch was advertised at 30M/100ft Water-Resistant, therefore should have continued to operate

We sent this back to Jomashop who will not refund us our money nor repair the watch nor offer any exceptions or offers to replace with another watch.
The watch failed to operate and the advertising was extremely deceptive. You would think a retailer as such would stand by their manufacturers but they simply said 'can't help, here's your watch back.'

Great customer service and product after paying $400!
Will not do business with this company ever again!

Jomashop Watches

I ordered a tudor pelages from them, close to 5k. It's defective as in it does not work. Won't return it because I took a link out so it would fit. returned it within 30 days, will not give refund or replacement - sent it out for repairs

8-12 weeks estimate. Have contacted BBB and Attny Gen.

Ordered on 10/03.2022, was not working properly shortly thereafter. Contacted tech support with no help at all. After corresponding with them they will not give me any refund on an almost 5K watch that is defective, nor exchange it for a working model. Repairs ?

They must be kidding.

Jomashop Ordering Ladies Watch

For over 2 months I have been trying to purchase a watch for my wife’s birthday (which has now passed). The order is accepted, the money goes from my account and then there is a delay before the order is cancelled without any reason. (I did successfully purchase a gents watch a few weeks prior to this with the same payment details).

Eventually the money is returned to my account and I order again. The watch did not state out of stock (as many others did) and so I order again, the money is taken and I wait before the order is then cancelled. Apparently the watch is not in stock and they have no idea when it will be back in stock…, therefore why does it not state out of stock and why do they still let you order and the money is blocked from my account?

I explained this in the many messages to Jomashop but the staff do not read all of the message and cancel the order when I have not requested them to do this!

The discounted price I tried to purchase for is now no longer applicable and so by them cancelling the order without me requesting them to do so has delayed the process and cost me more money!

I then tried to purchase a more expensive watch (that was apparently in stock) by requesting them to invoice me for the additional amount; however, they cancelled the previous order so I have to pay the full amount…the problem is the cancelled order money still isn’t showing in my account and so I do it have the funds to pay for the more expensive watch.

This has been an ongoing situation where I think I have tried to order 5 times now over several months.

This is really frustrating me that it is this complicated to buy a watch and has ruined my wife’s birthday and we are still no nearer to resolving this matter with their staff seemingly unwilling or unable to help resolve the matter.

Desired outcome: A managers discount on the now only available watch FC-281WH3ER2B is appropriate

Jomashop Tudor black bay bronze automatic men's watch

Jomashop's warranty doesn't compare to a reputable watch dealer!

Everyone who buys from Jomashop should be aware that you are not getting a normal manufacturer's warranty on your product. You are trading warranty coverage for the pricing. I'm done with Jomashop. I will only use them to get reputable watch dealers to match their price.

I am a repeat customer (3 expensive watches). On the last watch, Tudor Black Bay Bronze Automatic Men's Watch, the leather band broke within 2 months under normal use. They would not stand behind their sale, and correct/replace the defective band.

Desired outcome: Jomashop should repair or replace the band, and if not, accept the watch back for a refund!
