I have bought sunglasses from you. Box was delivered on the 26th of June, but there was no sunglasses inside.
I have called your customer services straight away, and I have been advised that they will need to investigate the issue and it will take 10 days.
It's 22nd of July and I keep being told that investigation is still ongoing!
I should have received the goods that I've paid for, and for me to wait 4 weeks so you can do some investigation is beyond a joke!
I have purchased items online from other luxurious companies like Valentino, Mulberry and Louis Vuitton, and it never even crossed my mind that I would not receive my goods inside the package, how ridiculous would that be bearing the price you have to pay for it.

I have worn Bvlgari au de parfume for at least 25 years and love this scent more than any other I have ever worn. Last year I tried ordering the parfume and it was always out of stock. No one has this parfume! I then found out this perfume is not being produced any longer. What a Devastating disclosure…

No response from the customer service representative
It's been over a week after I contacted Bulgari customer service with my problem... I have tried to reach them over the phone a few times, leaving messages and voicemails... I've send email, as requested, with no prevail so far... Needless to say that this kind of customer service, for a company as renowned as Bulgari, is very disappointing to say the least.

After less than one year that we bought our rings, their color t turned to yellowish. And I brought my ring to the shop
to be polished. The shop asked service charge for that. After even less than one year how can the color change like that? Even the worker in the shop said this change isn't normal before 3 years. We pay huge amount of money considering that we buy quality. This color change for me is not acceptable and I demand polishing service free of charge. My husband is Italian and with his will trusting Bvlgari we bought our rings from Bvlgari shop. But now we have a disappointment regarding quality.

My husband bought me a bvlgari watch at dubai airport in august 2018 on his way back to the uk. The watch turned out to be too tight on my wrist. So I decided i'd exchange it the next time i'm in dubai within the sis months time bvlgari claims that their product could be exchanged or refunded. I never ever wore the watch other than to try it on. The blue seal was still on the watch as it came from the manufacturer and it's impossible to wear or use the watch with out taking off the seal. Jan 2019 we tried to exchange it at dubai airport they started talking a lot of rubbish about sending it for assessment blah blah blah. Unbelievable! A week after they send an email with an invoice of about 1900 dirhams requesting my hudband to pay for the watch to be put back in a sellable condition. Claiming there were scratches on the watch and they'll need to change the gasket and whatever else they could drum up in god's name to extort money from unsuspecting buyers.
I'm like, you've got to be kidding me!
This company has no integrity whatsoever. A watch that's less than six months old even if it were used shouldn't require such extensive repairs. Let alone that it was unworn and in its original condition. Except bvlgari is saying that their products are of such poor quality and standards then that would make sense to me.
Bvlgari is a rouge company and regardless of how prestigious they think their brand is i'm never buying their products again even if they were the last luxury company on earth. Let alone that there are so many even better luxury brands in the market like chopard, piaget philip patek cartier, rolex, movado etc.
Bvlgari has 0% rating for customer service and my advice to anyone who has money to spend on luxury items please choose wisely and avoid being scammed.
I bought the Bulgari Lucia steel and rose gold watch in 2016. By 2017 it had stopped working 4 times. The 5th time it stopped working I was charged AED 2800 to fix it. Then it stopped again and I was charged AED 1564 to change the battery. The 7th time it stopped they quoted me AED 17,526 to repair this watch. They refuse to acknowledge that they have sold me a faulty product. All my emails to them have been ignored. I will definitely never ever buy anything from this highly over rated brand. They say the same thing to everyone "You are the first person to have ever had this problem" ... exact same words to a friend of mine who had similar issues. Bulgari should just stick to jewelry and handbags and leave the watch making to actual experts.

I went in to Bvlgari in Nagoya Airport dressed casually and asked if they provide polishing for my ring. Without even taking a look at my ring or asking anything, the sales sssistant just replied no. Afterwhich, when I was seated down in front of the shop, I saw the sales assistant relating the incident to her colleagues and they were looking at me and laughing. This is very insulting as they were definitely judging their customers by the way they dress? Totally unacceptable!

They gave me a damage watch it's seems to me the battery it's dead ; I call your customer service and they can't help me other than send it to Miami to be check out ; how could this be that I spend $8, 000.00 usd on something that I cannot used: they told me if anything was to happen to my watch I could take it to any retailers store to gee look at but that's it's not the case, I'm very outraged about this, it's it unfair and uphold to me as a customer to be treated this way. We have bought beetween my wife and me 3 watches from Bvlgari now and all 3 have broken down we have fixed one before paying a lot of money mine is still broken my my just had an estimate to get it fixed from bvlgari they wanted £1908 pounds to fix which is outrageous amount the watch cost around £3000 so we are very upset with this company and will never buy a watch from them again we have spend over $10 K on all 3 watches only for all 3 to break down its a total rip off.

not changing bag

I had purchased a Bvlgari Octo (model no. BG041S) from Johnson & Co., New Delhi couple of years ago. Since the watch strap is made of leather (black colour), I have been very particular that I don't wear it in the humid tropical weather at all.
A few months ago, while I was at a dinner in a restaurant (air-conditioned, and at 21 degrees Celsius approx), the watch came off from my wrist and fell on my lap. To my surprise, I found that the strap joint, which connects the strap to the main body of the watch had come torn off.
I believe this is a manufacturing defect and not a problem of wear and tear, since I never wear the watch in humid weather. I think this calls for free-of-cost replacement by the manufacturer.
I am uploading a photo of my watch on the Bvlgari website in the hope that someone from Bvlagari will contact me.

This seems like a bait and switch operation. I was told by an employee that Bulgari does not own all its stores. I swear never to be this gullible again. This is sad because they want to be in the same class as Cartier, Van Cleef and other high end jewelers.
I agree with all the complaints. Not only are the Bulgari staff not professional, they do not understand their product and do not present it to the customer with authenticity. It is only when you get home do you realize that you may have a fake. In addition, they do nothing to assure you that you will be taken care of...as a customer who has spent over $4, 000 for a watch. I did not realize it was so easy to defraud customers. The Bulgari name is not worth the cache one thinks it has.
Yellowing 2 weeks after purchase!
I bought the B.ZERO1 1-band ring in 18kt white gold from Bulgari in Villagio, Qatar. I am DISSAPPOINTED! after two weeks yellow blotches appeared on the edges of the ring! My previous ring was a $100 white gold wedding band that lasted a whole year before yellowing! When i said this the sales ppl were like well here your buying the name and prestige of bulgari SO BULGARI HAS NO QUALITY?!?! So I wanted to exchange with the yellow gold but they have a one week policy, I wanted my $1370 back but nooo they suggest to POLISH it? Well I am waiting to go piick it up and if the spots are still visible i will not leave the store until I have my money back I guarantee you that. You need to send someone over to Qatar and teach your employees a little about customer service! SHAME ON YOU BULGARI!

I received numerous threat e-mails from this merchant. He does not like when people return anything. After he's realized that he's lost, that I've got my money back from my credit card company, he's said that he will file a claim in the small claims court knowing that he will loose, but at least I will have to take a day off. Extremely low quality product
Save the Children Ring
I wrote to Bulgari to express my disappointment over my purchase of the Save the Children ring. I purchased the ring in Dubai in November 2009 and if you had a look at it today, although I take excellent care of my things, you would think that it’s a cheap piece of fashion jewellery. It is scratched all over with all sorts of varying sizes of blemishes. I wrote that I understand that this was a product made for charity and is perhaps of a different quality standard but that, nonetheless, I am disappointed by the ring’s appearance and I no longer wear it.
The response I received is copied below exactly as I received it. It shows that Bulgari does not care about its' customers. As you will see, although they say they are sorry, they offer no solution that is of no cost to me or at least a compromise between us to get the ring back into mint condition. They do not ask where I live (Canada), only that the store I could go to is in NY. And there is no offer to cover shipping costs. Further, the message is unsigned and offers no telephone number to discuss the situation further. The person responding takes no responsibility for the bad product I ended up with. I will never ever purchase a Bulgari product again.

I couldn't disagree more! I have worn my save the children ring everyday for 6 years and absolutely love it. There is some minor scratches, similar to my favourite Tiffany piece.
