I have had no problems with Jomashop
I have had no problems with Jomashop. I have ordered three watches from them in the last 3 years. I cant speak for their used watches as I purchased mine new. All came in their factory boxes with all the papers, guides and factory protective tape over crystals and metal. The selection is good, though they didnt stock all varieties of the watches I was looking at. I cant blame them for that, the inventory costs would be massive. I ordered the last one late on a Friday, 2-day shipping selected. It showed up on the following Tuesday. Many people forget, or dont realize, 2-day shipping means two business days not two calendar days. All my purchases have been quick, easy, and timely. Plus great prices to boot.
I recently purchased a ******** Khaki Field Mechanical watch from Jomashop
I recently purchased a *** Khaki Field Mechanical watch from Jomashop. Everything about the process was straightforward and met my expectations (I am a repeat customer). Product details on the Jomashop website were thorough and easy to find. The price was very competitive. The payment process was easy, with no surprises. I appreciated the ability to pre-pay the duties, and the rates appeared to be comparable with what I would have paid through other arrangements. Shipping was prompt, and updates on progress were provided. When the watch arrived, it was working well and everything was as expected. It is a good addition to my collection as an everyday watch.I was very pleased with the service I received, and would gladly do business with Jomashop again in the future.
Perfect service from user-friendly website and accurate item descriptions over unbeatable prices down to silky smooth
Perfect service from user-friendly website and accurate item descriptions over unbeatable prices down to silky smooth shipping, item tracking and delivery. To illustrate, I live in *** and almost everything I buy online from any overseas sellers takes at least 2 weeks (sometimes 2 months) to appear on my doorstep. The latest watch I bought on Joma took 6 days. And that's including weekend...! That's why Jomashop has become my starting point whenever I set out searching for a new addition to my watch collection. Many times it's the end point as well ? If you hesitate for whatever reason - don't! Go ahead and buy, cause the value is undeniable. Especially if you're patient and wait for a sale, and there's always some sale or event or promotion just around the corner. Cheers!
I have made 14 different orders from Jomashop, sometimes with more than one item in an order
I have made 14 different orders from Jomashop, sometimes with more than one item in an order. As of to date I have never had a problem with the company or overall service. My last order they did not even charge for one of the items as they had internal confusion with the shipping. The one time I received the wrong item, it was actually the upgraded version of the item I had purchased and so I paid less than I normally would have. Every time I order from them, I have had a great experience. I have never needed to return anything. I have been allowed to add on a coupon code after a purchase if I forgot just by making a quick phone call. Shopping with Jomashop is always fast, simple, and hassle free in getting great products at a great price with super fast shipping. I have no complaints! Great company!
Writing from Canada
Writing from Canada. I purchased a superb brand new Tissot Sport Watch from Jomashop last month, and am delighted with both the promptness with which it shipped & arrived Internationally, and the new watch itself. There were so many timepieces to chose from it was fun making the final selection. The watch came with original tags, box, Manufacturer's Manuals and I couldnt be more pleased with my buying experience albeit online.Prompt communication, quick & secure shipping, beautiful timepiece! When I want to upgrade to a new watch, I wouldnt hesitate to return to Jomashop to make that purchase again.Love, love the watch and have no problem in recommending Jomashop to folks whether within the *** or from an international location. Thanks Jomashop for making my purchase such a smooth and exciting one!
Disappointing Experience with JomaShop: Poor Customer Service and Misleading Advertising
I recently had an experience with JomaShop that left me feeling extremely disappointed. I had ordered four Michael Kors watches from them and tried to have them shipped to a nearby access point, as I have done with many other retailers. However, JomaShop restricted this option and when I asked why, their manager's response was that someone could steal my identity and change the address. I found this to be a bit ridiculous, as UPS's cyber security is probably much more secure than JomaShop's. They also buy insurance for their orders, so why restrict this option?
To make matters worse, I was told that I would be charged for the shipping fee from their warehouse to my house, meaning that my refund would not be in the full amount. When I spoke to their customer service representative, he was extremely rude to me. I asked to speak to his manager, hoping that he would be more understanding, but he was even worse. He kept yelling at me and telling me that it was my fault and they wouldn't refund the shipping cost. He didn't listen to what I had to say and just kept yelling. This is not how any company should treat their customers.
I also found that the reviews about JomaShop not responding to emails and intentionally delaying the cancellation process were true. It took them over two weeks to give me a return approval and their false advertisement about "FREE" shipping is misleading. If you return an item, they won't refund you the full amount and you will have to pay for the shipping both ways. Additionally, their watches don't come with a manufacturing warranty and their own warranty service is just an illusion.
Overall, I would not recommend JomaShop to anyone. Their customer service is terrible and they don't seem to care about their customers. Save yourself the headache and shop at other retailers that can offer comparable prices, such as Amazon, worldofwatches.com, or Ashford.com. Don't be fooled by JomaShop's false advertising and poor customer service.
Poor Customer Service and Quality: My Experience with JomaShop
I bought an Omega Seamaster watch from JomaShop in January 2017, but in February, the watch stopped working. I contacted customer service and spoke with a supervisor who was very rude to me. I was disappointed that such an expensive watch made in Switzerland would fail in just weeks of my ownership. I suggested that the watch may be a lemon and needs to be replaced, but the supervisor said that this is normal for many Swiss watches. I felt uncomfortable and disrespected by the way he spoke to me. There were no apologies or recognition of my issue, just rudeness and unprofessional conduct. I was shocked by how this so-called customer service manager conducted himself towards me. He did not have basic knowledge in watch mechanics and professional decorum when dialoguing with customers.
I was informed that it could take up to 8 weeks to repair the watch. However, after 8 weeks, I did not receive any updates. I called JomaShop and was put on hold and then told that it could take a few more weeks. I informed them that we were now at week 9 and it was supposed to be no longer than 8 weeks for the repair. Finally, I was informed that the watch had been repaired and provided with a tracking number. However, when the watch arrived, it did not work. It had the same issue I experienced nearly 3 months back. I called JomaShop and was told to wear the watch for 6 hours after winding it. This step failed my common sense test, but I decided not to engage further in the discussion. This step did not accomplish anything other than delay repair. I called the next day to report an update and was informed that a technician would contact me in 48 hours. However, the technician never called me.
I placed another call to JomaShop and was told that they would send out an email to me with a return label so I wouldn't incur another mailing charge. However, I waited a week and never received the email with the prepaid return label as promised. Needless to say, JomaShop has lost a customer, and yes, my watch is being repaired elsewhere. My recommendation to all future/prospective buyers is to do your due diligence before considering JomaShop. My experience hopefully will serve as a warning for all of you, and if I could leave one recommendation, it would be to avoid JomaShop.
Incomplete and Suspect Orders from JomaShop: Missing Manuals and Items, No Response from Customer Service
I recently placed two orders, 17T2330 and 17T2261, on 12/21 from JomaShop. Unfortunately, both orders arrived incomplete and in disarray. The original manuals were missing, and the items appeared used and not authentic. The plastic tape on them appeared to be a suranwrap type of plastic, not the original plastic covering used on original Rado watches. To make matters worse, the watch tag was removed on one item, and the manuals were missing on both orders.
I've been trying to contact Jomashop since late December, but I have not received any response. I was promised a call or email back from an on or around 12/26, but I have not received anything back. I've made additional calls, but I was put on hold for well over ten minutes before the call dropped. When I called back, I was put on hold again for a lengthy time before someone in sales picked up and said they were closed. I've also sent emails, but a few reps stated that the manuals were sent, and I have not received anything to date.
Recently, I received an email from an almost two months since my initial call to *, but it was too little and too late as I need a refund for the items. She stated that the manuals were sent and had tried to reach me by phone, but I have not received any calls from her or anyone at Jomashop.com to date. I called today, 2/19, and spoke with a manager, but she requested photos of items even though it is past the 30-day return time frame. As I attempted to explain to her, the orders are incomplete first of all. Second, the items are boxed and ready to return. I believe photos are irrelevant at this point as orders are incomplete and past the return time frame, which is not my fault as I've been in contact with Jomashop since late December, and I've stated I need to return prior as they are incomplete, suspect they are fake/used.
I received two additional emails today with information to return, but there was no prepaid return label. Their live chat rep refused to send any label without photos of items. Again, I do not believe there is any point as it is past the return time frame, and they can simply deny the refund even with photos. They seem to miss the point that the orders are incomplete without manuals and simply do not care.
Most recently, as of today, 2/26, I received a message on trustpilot.com from a Roe Adler to call him. As requested, I called him, but unfortunately, we were unable to reach a resolution. It appears he merely wanted to discuss my reasons for making such a review and could not provide the resolution I am looking for, which he plainly stated. He seemed to insist that I just went ahead and made negative reviews without trying to resolve the matter first, which is not true. Long story short, the call was a waste of time. If you post a review, he will leave his number but won't be able to offer you a resolution. It appears this is done so as to save face.
Terrible Experience with JomaShop's Customer Service and Payment Process
I recently had a terrible experience shopping on JomaShop's website. I purchased a gift for my husband on July 9th and paid via PayPal on my phone. However, when I received the confirmation email, I noticed that the shipping address had changed to my old billing address on PayPal. I immediately contacted their customer service department to change the address, but they were unhelpful and told me that the package had already been shipped.
I was frustrated and upset because I had emailed them right after I made the order to change the address. I work in the e-commerce industry, so I know that the USPS would not pick up the package if it was still in the warehouse. However, the customer service agents did not seem to care and blamed me for providing the wrong address.
To make matters worse, the package is still in the warehouse after 48 hours, and the customer service agents keep lying to me and saying that it has shipped. I am worried that the package will be lost, and I will have to go through the hassle of contacting USPS to change the receiver's address or interrupt the shipment.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with JomaShop's customer service and their website's payment process. I would advise anyone shopping on their website to be cautious when using PayPal and to double-check their shipping address before completing the order.
Terrible Experience with JomaShop: Dishonesty, Lack of Communication, and Aggressiveness
I recently had a terrible experience with JomaShop and I would not recommend them to anyone. I sent in my pre-owned Rolex Cellini for repair while it was still under warranty. I had only owned the watch for a month before it stopped working. When I took it to a local Rolex dealership, they found that there were many issues with it, including a rusted screw and glue on the inside. They also indicated that it had not been repaired by a certified Rolex shop.
I sent the watch back to JomaShop in October and for four months, I had no updates except for the response "It's still in the service center" when I called. In January, I was told it was targeted to be fixed on Jan 14th. However, when I called on Jan 18th, I was told it was still "in repair". Out of curiosity, I checked the JomaShop website and saw my exact same watch, same serial number, and everything on sale. When I called back, I was assured it was not my watch. However, when I checked back on the site, they had conveniently removed the photo of the serial number. I took a picture of it before that happened, thankfully.
I reported JomaShop to the Better Business Bureau and about a week later, they offered to send me another Cellini watch as a replacement. I agreed, but the next day I received a call taking that back because the watch on sale was indeed my exact same watch. I was shocked and appalled. The service person was not apologetic at all and just offered a full refund as if it was a favor to me. When I finally got a manager on the phone after waiting 20 minutes, I received even worse treatment. There was arguing back and forth between me and the manager. The only apology they gave was telling me the watch was still "in repair". But there was no apology for putting my watch on sale while I still owned it. Apparently, they felt they had the right to do it. All I was offered was to get my watch back as-is or get a refund. Although I loved the watch for the ONE month I had it, there was no way I would do business with this shop again. I chose the refund, which at least came quickly.
I believe that JomaShop found the repair too costly to make a profit and decided to try and sell this beautiful but deeply flawed watch to someone else who might decide to keep it. While I understand their reasoning, I would have appreciated honesty and communication from them. Instead, I received lying, aggressiveness, and a lack of communication. I will never do business with this shop again, even if it was the last watch shop in the world.
Disappointing Experience with JomaShop: Delayed Shipping, Wrong Watch, and Poor Customer Service
Me and my buddies from the frat house decided to get our groom-to-be brother a Ball Hydrocarbon chronograph from JomaShop. We were all excited to see his reaction when he opens the gift, especially since we ordered the silver dial with navy sub dials to match his love for the New York Yankees. We ordered the watch on a Sunday and received the tracking number the next day with an expected delivery date of Tuesday. We were all pumped up to receive the watch on time since we were in the same state as the seller. However, the watch was not picked up on Monday or Tuesday and was only shipped on Wednesday, arriving on Thursday. I called on Wednesday to ask why it wasn't picked up yet, but the guy on the other end of the line hung up on me. I guess he was having a bad day, but it was still unprofessional.
The watch finally arrived on Thursday, but it was the wrong one. The sub dials were black instead of navy. I immediately sent an email with photos to explain the mistake, but I didn't hear back from them on Friday morning. I called customer service and spoke to a young lady who asked me to email her the photos and confirmed that the website showed blue sub dials, not black. She said she would give the photos to her boss and get back to me ASAP. I was willing to pay for overnight shipping to get the right watch in time for the wedding, but when I called back at 4:00, customer service was closed for the weekend.
We were left with no choice but to give the groom the wrong watch. I emailed them on Monday to explain everything, but they told me that I was mistaken and that the watch had blue sub dials. They offered to take the watch back, but it was too late since the wedding had already passed. They only offered a $75 discount on a nearly $2,000 watch. That was insulting!
JomaShop could have avoided this situation if they had shipped the watch sooner, responded to my email on Friday morning, or responded on Friday afternoon like they said they would. I shouldn't have had to chase them down on Monday to get a response and a measly 4% discount. We also didn't appreciate the rude treatment from the customer service rep who hung up on me mid-week without even trying to solve the shipping delay.
I've had good experiences with JomaShop in the past, but this one was a letdown. They can do better, and they have done better in the past.
Poor Customer Service Experience with Jomashop: Rude Manager and Defective Watch
I recently bought a watch from Jomashop and I was pretty happy with everything at first. My watch arrived on time, thanks to the express shipping I paid for, and I went to get it sized for my upcoming wedding. However, shortly after I had it re-sized, the watch stopped working. I thought it might be a battery issue, so I got the battery changed and the watch started working again. But, just a day later, the watch stopped working again. I figured there must be an internal issue with the watch that came with it when I bought it.
I decided to call customer service to see if they could help me out. The associate I spoke to was nice, but he couldn't do much for me, so I asked to speak to a manager. That's when things took a turn for the worse. The manager who answered the phone was extremely condescending and unhelpful. He kept referencing their refund policy and telling me there was nothing he could do. I tried to explain to him that I had bought the watch specifically for my wedding day and it was unfortunate that it wasn't working, but he just kept talking over me and lecturing me about sending the watch in for repairs. He was so rude that I had to hang up on him, which is something I've never done before.
I was really disappointed with the customer service I received from Jomashop. The manager I spoke to clearly didn't understand what customer service is all about. He was condescending, rude, and didn't seem to care about my situation at all. I've even read reviews from other customers who had similar experiences with male customer service managers at Jomashop, so I don't think this was just a one-time thing.
To the customer service manager I spoke to: please don't lecture your customers. It's important to be understanding and sympathetic, especially when a customer is upset about a defective product. Let the customer speak and be patient. Your job is to make sure customers have a good experience with the company, even if something goes wrong.
To Jomashop management: please train your customer service department better. I've seen a lot of bad reviews online that corroborate my experience, so it's clear that there's a problem. Good customer service is essential for any business, so please take this seriously and make some changes.
Terrible Experience with JomaShop: Poor Customer Service and Product Quality
JomaShop (jomashop.com) is a store that I had a terrible experience with. I ordered a BALL Airborn watch from them and when it arrived, I noticed that it had no protective foils and looked used. I immediately informed them about this through many emails on 05/02/2020. In response, I received information from store Jomashop.com Rina" on 05/02/2020 that the plastic may have fallen off during transport or removed during quality control. They assured me that the watch was new and unused.
However, the inner box was cut and damaged, and the outer packaging was not cut. For a damaged box that they valued at chrono24.com at $100, after long conversations and many arrangements, they returned to me first $50 and then another $75. So the total cost of the box was $125 plus $25 compensation for a product not as described.
The watch came to me with an incompletely switched date, but when I wound it by hand, the date jumped into place. I thought that maybe it was a matter of incomplete winding or terrible transport conditions for which I paid in this case $49.90, and for Tissots previously ordered $15.90.
I sent all photos of the damage to the store. They said I could send my watch back, but I had already incurred considerable costs of shipping the customs and tax, so only in the event of ultimate necessity would I send it back.
Because of my fear of illness, all the watches that I bought from them lay for two weeks in a box completely unworn by Tissoty and BALL. I wound them all by hand when they arrived to see if they were walking at all. A slight winding did not allow checking if the date switches correctly.
First of all, I started wearing Tissots bought from jomashop.com earlier. When I saw that 30 days were approaching, I believed that it was a fair declaration of return from jomashop.com and that if something was wrong with the watch, jomashop.com would approach it honestly. According to jomashop.com regulations, I had 30 days to return.
25 days from courier delivery from the store at 5:15 p.m., I set up my watch and wound it by hand, and when I was up, the watch that lay in the box had the exact hour to the second, but the date did not switch completely. I knew that maybe I would have to return this watch to them and I didn't wear it, it was lying in my box. I wound it again (this time a little more 20-25 turns) around 6:30 p.m. and the date did not switch completely again. I decided to return it.
A return letter was generated 27.5 days from the time I received the watch, and the watch itself was sent the next day. Therefore, the watch was in the same condition in which I got it from them - I sent it to jomashop.com completely unworn.
After 10 days of receiving the parcel by the store, I received a message that the watch was all right and that there was absolutely no return or exchange option because the watch looked worn. After many attempts, I finally got in touch with Farrukh from the store, who told me that there was no return option because the watch looked used. He did not listen to me when I explained that the watch was in a box and was in exactly the same condition as it came to me. He insulted me by suggesting that maybe I couldn't operate the watch. He said that he would send me some pictures that the watch was used. Pictures of the watch were taken at customs.
For 4 days, I tried to contact the customer service department through all addresses on the site and messenger, but no one answered me. I am a stable man of 40 years with two children, honest and I would like to get what I paid for. I really like the watch and I want to have one, but please replace it with a new one with a correctly switching date. There is no contact with the store and the customer approach is very disrespectful.
In conclusion, I advise against buying more expensive watches from this store. Their service center is terrible and they have a disregard for the customer.
Honest Review of JomaShop: Questionable Products and Poor Customer Service
This is an honest review of JomaShop (jomashop.com) from someone who had a bad experience with the company. If you're considering buying from them, read on for some important information.
Firstly, if you have any issues with JomaShop, it's recommended that you report them to the NY BBB or NY Attorney General. Negative reports may prompt an investigation into the company's customer service practices. It's also worth reading negative reviews, as poor customer service seems to be a recurring issue with JomaShop.
While the reviewer doesn't believe JomaShop sells fake items, they do sell some questionable products and offer poor customer service. The reviewer had several issues with JomaShop, which they detail below.
The first issue was with a pre-owned Panerai Radiomer Black Seal watch. The display box was damaged and not recorded in the sale listing, the strap was different from the pictures in the listing, and the watch had bad timekeeping out of the box. After five months, the stem and crown pulled out, and the reviewer had to wait 4-5 months to find out what was wrong. After reporting JomaShop to the BBB and AG, they were told the watch wouldn't be fixed and were offered a store credit. The reviewer suspects that JomaShop fixed the watch and resold it, rather than offering a refund.
The second issue was with an order that was shipped to the wrong address. While the reviewer admits that they provided the wrong address due to autocorrect, they feel that the sales rep should have questioned the address. The package contained a $500+ MontBlanc pen with bad ink, and one of the items the reviewer had chosen was missing. JomaShop often doesn't keep watches in their warehouse, which can lead to confusion for buyers.
The third issue was with a Charriol watch that had water/condensation under the crystal after one wear. After two weeks in JomaShop's possession, the reviewer was told the watch wouldn't be warrantied due to damage to the case. The reviewer suspects that the damage was caused by JomaShop's tools. The watch was only tested at 3bar/30m, which is a third of its rating. After three weeks, JomaShop sent the same watch back to the reviewer without addressing their concerns.
Overall, JomaShop has good deals, but their customer service is lacking. The reviewer has dealt with many companies' customer service departments and has never had such a bad experience. Good customer service is essential, especially after a purchase. JomaShop seems to care only about themselves and getting rid of their questionable products. If you choose to buy from JomaShop, be prepared for poor customer service.
Terrible Customer Service Experience with JomaShop - Order Cancellation and Rude Representatives
I had a terrible experience with JomaShop. I ordered watches worth $1450.98 and requested a swap of Item# MV3600215 with item No. 3600322. I called customer service and spoke to Christopher. He put me on hold multiple times and didn't seem to be paying attention to my request. He even took down my work address without asking for my name or other details. I was very uncomfortable with his behavior and asked to speak to another representative or his manager. He assured me that he was paying attention and put me on hold again.
I then contacted an online representative named Zalman who confirmed that the swap had been made and that I would receive confirmation within 2-3 hours. However, the next day, I was still waiting for confirmation. I contacted another representative named Izhak who was just as rude as Christopher. He ignored me online and gave minimal responses that didn't answer my questions. When I called him, he asked for my information even though my name was already listed on the transaction. He said that he couldn't make any changes because he needed my name online, which was not true. He got hostile with me and hung up.
I then spoke to Christopher again, who didn't know why my request had not been processed. I was beyond disappointed and frustrated with the poor customer service. I emailed the manager, Roee, and attached online chat transcripts and snaps of my calls to JOMASHOP as proof of the rude communication. I received no response.
The next day, I called Jomashop and spoke to Izhak again. He told me that my order had been cancelled because they could not verify the account as the same person ordering it. He was rude and refused to let me speak to the manager. He said that I was just trying to push my agenda and didn't see why I should talk to the manager because there was no order left. I told him that I no longer cared about the order and that I wanted to speak to the manager about the poor customer service. He put me on hold and later told me that Roee said I should call him in an hour.
I am disgusted with the behavior of all these customer reps. I spent hours on the phone and online trying to get my order corrected. I would like to speak to the manager and file a complaint to the owner if necessary. I am very, very disappointed with JomaShop.

Creme de la mer
They sold me a damaged product and when I returned the product, they did not refund me since October 2021. They are with their cream and still has not refunded me.
Date of transaction is August 31, 2021 Amount paid: $978.56 Order number is M2H88093. Order was shipped through Fedex. I paid for overnight shipping but the item was delivered on September 3, 2 days after. The tracking number is [protected]. This transaction is for La Mer moisturizing cream 250ml. This item was not delivered as scheduled. And when it was delivered, the item was already opened, when I received it. I also confirmed form the lady that stays in the house where the item was shipped to and she told me the package was opened when she saw it by the front yard. This happed about 5 days from the date it was supposed to be delivered. When I picked up the package, I also confirmed that it was not just an open box but also the cream had already been opened. I called Jomashop and the customer associate asked me to send pictures of the cream which I did. All these happened earlier in September. I was later asked to return the item and I did. It has been more than two months of back and forth and I patiently waited and followed up on this matter only for Jomashop to mail back the product to me telling me that the the item cannot be sold as is because it was opened. This was after I clearly explained to them how I received the item opened and sent them pictures. Firstly, Jomashop delayed shipping the product after I paid for an overnight delivery. Secondly, the package was clearly tampered with before I received it. Finally, I am requesting a refund because the purchase was originally made for someone else who already left the country before the delivery was made. And all these whole issues originated because Jomashop did not deliver the cream as scheduled, otherwise, my friend who I bought the cream for as a birthday present would have received it on her birthday before she left back to her country.
Desired outcome: Please refund my money
Product did not match description ... Told me to pay for return shipping
I bought a pair of sunglasses from Jomashop. According to the pictures, the sunglasses have 2 sets of lenses.
There was no tracking update for 4 business days. Nobody was working on the chat session, and nobody picked up the phone. I sent 2 emails and finally it was shipped.
When I opened the package, the sunglasses did not come with the extra pair of lenses. I googled the sunglasses, and a website in Europe described that there were indeed 2 pairs of lenses.
Which makes me wonder: were the sunglasses genuine?
I wrote to Jomashop. Customer service agent's name is SHADEY :-0
She offered me a $5 discount to keep the glasses. I declined. Then she said I had to be responsible for the shipping fee, and I had one month to ship them back.
Show some responsibility Jomashop. This is not the first time I bought from you and I don't want to be the last.
Desired outcome: Email me a prepaid shipping label, and refund me the full amount.
Item still not shipped
It's been 4 business days. I placed the order on March 26. Nobody was available to chat online, and nobody picked up the phone. I sent an email too but there was no reply either. Please don't use COVID as an excuse. It's not an expensive item (sunglasses) but I'd like to get them because I have already paid. My order number is M2W23594.
Desired outcome: Please ship out my item now

Misleading customers with pricing shown on the internet
Jomashop is misleading customers by showing one price on their website and when you call them to inquire about it, the price increased dramatically. I was interested in purchasing a watch from them since I see it on their website and it had a discount. On the bottom of the price, it says "call them to check availability", so I called and inquire about the watch and later got an email saying the watch can be order, but the price is 5x the price listed on their website. I don't understand why bother listing the item at a certain price if you cannot honor it with your customer. They are falsely advertising on their website and misleading customers on prices of their products.
Item been cancelled after purchase
Jomashop cancelled an order I paid for as they made an error in the listing. They refused to honor the price advertised. Unacceptable that such a huge reputable company does not honor their word and take responsibility for their mistake. Will never purchase from them and have made sure to inform anyone who asks the bad experience I had with them.

One ounce gold krugerrand failure to finish contract dishonorable
Not Honorable! I purchased a one-ounce gold South…
I purchased a one-ounce gold South African krugerrand [1988] three weeks ago. Just after I placed the order, the spot price of gold fell by twenty-three dollars. I am an adult and I didn't ask for a reduced price. The coin arrived in acceptable condition, and I reviewed the Jomashop website. Trusting this company, I placed two more orders for Krugerrands [1982/1983].
A noticeable delay was experienced in shipping, necessitating multiple calls to Ryan, Kamela, Ari, and Farouk. All promising immediate shipping. It still took an extra week to ship.
After delivery and inspection, I placed another order for a 1982 Krugerrand because the 1982 coin was less than perfect. I followed up with a telephone call immediately after placing the order. I was promised quick delivery. Yet, the company took five days before beginning processing the order. In the meantime, the price of spot gold increased. After five days the company informed me that the coin was unavailable. After calling both Ari and Farouk, I was told, if I waited over the weekend, the coin would be shipped and that the price was guaranteed. Today [Monday], I was informed that the order would not be honored because of the "mispricing" of the krugerrand. There was no appeal. I had planned on buying many more. DON'T TRUST THEM TO HONOR THEIR WORD!
Disappointed with the product
I placed an order for a moncler track jacket in December as it was on offer from £650 to £389 i think included postage costs aswell when it arrived after numerous weeks the item was held at a postage service called parcel force were i had to pay a farther £80 pounds to have it delivered which i wasn't awear of.i wasn't happy paying this but had no choice if i wanted the item.when I did receive the jacket i was some what happy with it at the start now i have alot of moncler clothing and i dont tend to wear one thing for to long an not to often as i like to preserve an look after my clothing as they are some what expensive i can say I've only wore this track jacket no more than 5 times at say 1 hour at most each time it has started to fray in places were it shouldn't. I haven't even washed it yet as im scared to as to what will happen to it it should not bubble up or fray in a short period of time to be honest I don't even want to wear it again as its noticeable. I'm very disappointed with the jacket.this is the first peace of moncler clothing I have been unhappy with.i have sent jomasshop emails to no avail.so if anyone can help me with this issue I'd really appreciate it.thank you for your help Terry Johnston.
email spam
In order to purchase something on their website, you need to open an account. This means you need to provide Jomashop with your email address. Once they obtain your address, Jomashop will spam you incessantly, forever. The unsubscribe button on the bottom of their emails will open a blank page on their website and do nothing. There is literally nothing you can do to stop receiving dozens of email per week once they get your address.
men's watch - arrived and stopped running in 10 days
I purchased a Frederique Constant watch. 10 days after arrival, it completely stopped running. I contacted them and sent it back at my cost. After 8 days I've heard nothing. They refuse to exchange it. Each day I call to check on the status a different person tells me the same stock answer, "it's being time tested". Well that would indicate it's running, right? The last time I called, I get a total d*ck that tells me its in for repairs and no further explanation, it's going to e 8 to 12 weeks. That's totally unacceptable, I own a NEW watch for 10 days and it's going to come back as a REFURB in 3 months.
I would not recommend them because if you have a problem with anything you buy from them, the will not stand behind it, and give you the runaround.
bad customer service, used product
I purchased a tissot watch in august 2019. When I opened the box, the watch looks used and I found a hair inside. I contacted customer service, "dee" took my case. She wasn't really helful and when I requested a refund, I didn't get a response until I wrote her that i'm going to dispute my charge to credit card company.
After all the hassles, I made sure with her that I get a full refund, and of course, I only got a partial refund. When I contacted "dee" again (few times), she never responded. I mean if she's not going to do her job, what is she getting paid for? I am never shopping at jomashop again.
how could you contact them? I called their customer service number it said that it is temporary closed and the chat bot is not available either. Could you tell me how to contact them?
seiko dive watch
I received my watch, but I never wore it because every time I tried winding it, it felt like it wasn't doing anything. I sent it back and it the return form, it said I could return it and get a different watch. I asked for the same watch with a different band. I called today and got a snotty attitude because the woman said it showed signs of wear. I never wore it as it wouldn't run for any length of time to wear it. I'm paying for a watch that was new and now I'm basically being called a liar.
customer service
The prices are good on most items...but you are gambling with not having a problem with your order. If you do, you may end up with someone like Rina who has the top 5 world's worst customer service. You will have to use email because they don't answer the phone and will disconnect the call if you hold for 30 minutes and they don't like what you say. Rina will respond to your email request every 3 days and then just give a short irrelevant answer that has nothing to do with your complaint and doesn't bother to look at the history. Shop elsewhere because it is too much of a risk if you have a problem with your order.
recent sunglass purchase from jomashop
Worst customer service and I had the worst experience with Jomashop.
I ordered a Marc Jacobs Aviator Sunglasses for my dad. They ended up sending me a cheap plastic ladies sunglasses. Is this a joke? When I called the customer service, they were very rude and were not even ready to listen or solve my problem. They hung up on me twice, the supervisor was not even willing to talk. What kind of service you guys offer? Customers are treated really bad here. If you want to do good as a company, you should first focus on providing quality service to the customers who trust and purchase from your website. Also, please rehire some goode customer service agents who are service oriented and have a right helpful attitude. Terrible service and will never order again.
awful customer service and shoddy products
Read completely for this is a true and honest review from someone that had very little good experience with this company. Sorry so long but there is a lot of good honest info contained in this review you should know about JS.com before buying.
I can't stress this more that if you have an issue with this company like I've had, see below, you should take the time and report them to the NY BBB and or the NY Attorney General like I did. I am sure if they get enough negative reports they will investigate the company and it's CS practices. Also take the time to read the negative reviews because you will see this is an on going issue with JSs CS. And defiantly do not believe a word that the responding employee/s will write in response to a negative review. I wrote the guy straight out and he completely ignored my email. Just Bad CS!
Also to be fair I do not believe JS sells fake items, just some sketchy products and then offer poor CS.
Jomashops' fail #1: Pre-owned Panerai Radiomer Black Seal watch; the display box was damaged and not recorded in the sale listing, strap was wrong from pictures in the listing, bad time keeping out of the box, stem and crown pulling out after five months and after 4-5 months wait, a week of trying to find out what was up with my watch and reporting them to the BBB and AG I was told it would not be fixed and was offered a shop credit.
I believe Jomashop got my watch back and because it was such a nice clean watch they fixed, relisted it and sold it. Because what else would they do with a beautiful $4000.00+ Panerai Luxury watch that just needed the stem replaced, throw it away, no? That service is easy and pretty inexpensive. I know this seeing I am friends with many jewelers and watch repair people. Then they pretty much made me take a store credit.
I felt because of my experience JS.com's customer service is so bad I did not want a credit but decided I would use it. Bad idea I should have filed a law suit against them to get my watch or money back.
After using some of my credit my next headaches started.
Jomashops' fail #2: JS shipped the items to the wrong address. This is about a 70/30 70% JS, 30% me seeing my info given should have been questioned when it was received wrong. The sales rep asked if my shipping address she provided was correct. My response was yes with what I thought was my address, yet my phone auto corrected and I did not notice. In this case the rep should have questioned that but she did not so the very expensive package got shipped wrong. Luckily I was able to have a local police officer meet me at the wrong address and retrieve the package without incident.
In this order I received a $500+ MontBlanc pen with bad ink and no option for JS to replace the ink. Also after a week of looking they could not find one of the items I had decided on. This is known to buyers whom have had a bad CS experience due to the same issue. JS often does not keep watches in their warehouse leaving the buyer not knowing if they will ever receive the watch they thought was available. As well the Charriol watch I picked was not as described and had water/condensation issues during it's first wear so back it went. That watch has a 10bar/100meter resistance rating so this makes Zero sense seeing it was never submerged into water. See next fail for CS out come for this issue.
Jomashops' fail #4: Charriol watch; watch had water/condensation under crystal after one wear in 4 days and never submerged. After two weeks in JS possession I was told the watch would not be warrantied due to damage to the case, of which was from tools and most positively happened in the two weeks they had it. I found out nothing was done to the watch until the day before I was called and told it was damaged and would not be warrantied. I have pictures of the damage and one of the tests that clearly shows the date it was tested. Never mind they only tested the watch at 3bar/30m, which is only a third of what the watch is rated. sketchy people. Why did they not test it to it's proper resistance pressure? Because they are horrible, sketchy people to deal with and a bunch of hacks.
After three weeks they sent the same watch back to me and that was that. Never mind ignoring my emails asking why they were sending a watch back that clearly was not tested correctly and had issues.
Over view; JS has good deals, that is if you get a good product and do not have to deal with JS CS. I am not the first and or will be the last that will encounter that which is too bad. It's easy for a company to brag millions of happy customers when the customers Never have to deal with the human element at the business. It's the after sale experience that matters for good CS. I have dealt with many companies CS's and never have I had such a bad experience like this.
Here are some awesome examples of proper and good CS. I own a motorcycle and when the after market exhaust failed, 5 years after the purchase, the company replaced a $500.00+ exhaust system free with no questions asked, proper CS. As well recently my trimmer blade failed and again it was replaced no questions asked. These are only two examples I have had with great and proper CS. Good companies will honor the customer way before themselves. As well good CS is taking care of the customer after a purchase. Well JS does not care about the after purchase CS and cares only about themselves and getting rid of their questionable product.
All in all if you choose to buy with JS keep your fingers crossed you never have to deal with the people that work for them, they are not on your side and could care less.
GOOD LUCK!
huge spammers
The spam sent from Jomashop.com is appalling. You can click unsubscribe using the link in their spam email but unfortunately, it doesn't actually unsubscribe you. They have even found ways to bypass my Gmail spam filter. You will get craploads of spam from these guys and won't be able to stop it! I have tried to get this resolved multiple times. I have called customer service but their hold times are also ridiculous. Beware!
review
I bought a $400 Montblanc pen on 12/19/2018 from Jomashop. Within 6 weeks, the piston housing was cracked and then the piston housing completely broke off. He used it a few times at his desk at home. I contacted Jomashop immediately after he felt the crack (but before the housing broke off). I got a rude response from Rina who told me that I should take responsibility for my husband breaking the pen. Yes, Rina, he's a professor using a Montblanc fountain pen at his home and HE broke it by um, yes, writing with it, that's plausible. Anyway, I left an online review of Jomashop and then another Jomashop rep contacted me and asked for photos of the crack. As my husband was placing the pen in the light to take the photo, that's when the piston housing broke off. I sent the photos and again, the response was NO REFUND. I suspect now that it was a fake Montblanc because my husband has had 3 other Montblancs for years without any issues whatsoever. Stay away from Jomashop and their fraud.
service
I ordered end of July 2018 two Tissot mens watchs.
Today is 17 September 2018, and i still have not received them. When i email Jomashop, im told its on its way. I live in South Africa, and items from another company in the USA has already arrived and that order was placed weeks after my order with Jomashop.
I would DEFINITELY never purchase anything from them ever again
I was sent damaged goods and then told I had to pay for shipping for repair
Was travelling in the US and had the opportunity to take advantage of free shipping so I purchased a watch from the site and had it delivered to a friend's house while in the US. When I got home (another country) and had a chance to open the box, it was a broken product. Customer service wouldn't agree to cover the costs for shipping for repair (only willing to reduce shipping cost from $55USD to $35USD) because the shipping address would be different from the original address. Basically was given no viable option other than to pay the shipping fees to repair a watch that was delivered in a non-functional state. Very disappointed.
tissot prc 200 quartz blue dial sport men watch
Jomashop sells "grey market" watches! I bought nice Tissot watch with 2 years warranty. Actually, I received no paper with TISSOT Warranty, but I was told that warranty is provided by Jomashop. They worked for 1 year but then stopped, I send them 5 times for exactly the same repair and every time it was fixed, they worked only for 1-2 days. On the fifth time, they sent me watch back with no repairs and told me the watch can not be fixed because it was damaged by me. Pure lie and after 2 minutes of talking to me they just drop the phone and said fix it yourself.
NEVER BUY WATCHES from this junk shop! Send me mail and I will provide a lot more details about that business.
