On November 27th, 2024, I ordered a Bharara King Cologne Set for my husband for Christmas…I used my PayPal at checkout. The order went through but took me back to checkout page. Assuming the order did not go through(no confirmation page), I reordered it. The next time I added another fragrance(Moschino Cheap & Chic)for myself. I used my PayPal again & got my confirmation. A couple of days later I noticed that the first charge was still on my statement…I called PayPal to request that they remove the lesser charge. Fast forward to today, I get an email from Jomashop saying that my order has been cancelled. I call PayPal to see what happened & they explained that Jomashop cancelled the order. I proceed to call Jomashop to see why they cancelled the order. I explained all of this and she replied, “the manager cancelled the order.” I said “yes, I understand but can you tell me why?” She says, “it doesn’t say why, he just cancelled it but you can purchase it again, this time use Amazon pay & it SHOULD go through.”” So I explain that I don’t have Amazon pay, I purchased these items on sale for Black Friday & now I have to use a new form of payment which isn’t guaranteeing that I will receive my items? She responds by saying, “The manager has a right to cancel orders for whatever reason, if you want to repurchase the item you can but not at the sale price.” Overall, I got the reception that my businesss didn’t mean anything, I wasn’t even given a reason to why, nor was she willing to help rectify the situation. I purchase a lot of fragrances & this is my second time using the site. My first order went smoothly & based upon all of the reviews I thought that this would be a a great site that could provide me with most of what I’m looking for but the way that I was handled left me with an extremely bad taste in my mouth & I would feel ridiculous for even considering repurchasing anything by the way I was treated. And just for clarification, my order wasn’t kicked back due to lack of funds. Funds were available & paid through PayPal at time of purchase & thereafter
