I have complained on a number of occasions and requested a full refund and postage. The bracelet has a faulty clasp ,and opens easily and is unsafe to wear.i have sent photos of the bracelet as requested,but have had no reply I look forward to an early response.my e mail address is [protected]@gmail.com. this is the fifth time that I have tried to contact this company without any success.
