Very bad condition of the product
I have ordered a bag and it was said that it was in a "good condition". But when it arrived I was shocked and its condition was far from good! It looked used and was defective! On the picture it looked fine and almost brand new, so I guess the picture was fake or it was taken a long time ago. I tried to get a refund, but there was no answer from customer support. Such a huge disappointment. Don't buy from Yoogi's Closet.
No order. Seller ignores me.
I placed really large order on the website www.yoogiscloset.com. I bought shoes, dress and coat from them. The seller provided tracking number and invoice. But the tracking number was fake. It showed nothing. The seller didn’t reply and the due day of my delivery has pased. I wasted large sum, so I want money back. Maybe someone can help me or advise me what to do in order to get full refund.

I bought jeans and Channel dress from www.yoogiscloset.com and the seller stated that his production was good and qualitative. He replied to all my emails, but after I ordered and paid for the items, the seller didn’t provide any confirmation info as well as he stopped to reply. After that I got only one pair, but the size was wrong and jeans looked really strange. Maybe someone has any idea how to change jeans or reach the seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
