I still have not received my orders, 2 rings. The website is awful and you can't get any information there. Customer service is nonexistent. Not happy. I like their products, but I cannot understand why when I ordered a ring from them which Kohls carries, I received it in days. Also ShopHQ is pretty speedy on delivery. I hope they haven't lost my orders.

Disappointing Experience with Charles & Colvard: Issues with Sizing, Delivery, and Packaging
I've bought Moissanite rings from Charles & Colvard before and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with how they fit. However, my latest order didn't go as smoothly as I hoped it would. The ring I received was supposed to be a size 6, but it was too big and I had to send it back to be re-sized. When I opened the box, the ring just fell out - it wasn't even in the ring slot! I mean, come on, that's just sloppy presentation right there.
Anyway, the re-sized ring ended up being delayed and I had to call Charles & Colvard to check on the status of my order. I was pretty unhappy with them because they couldn't give me a delivery date for the re-sized ring. I had no idea when it was coming and it was just pure luck that I happened to be home when it finally arrived. And guess what? When I opened the box, the ring fell out again! It wasn't secured in the box at all.
Overall, my experience with Charles & Colvard this time around was pretty disappointing. I hope they can improve their packaging and delivery process in the future.
