These guys are scammers and are related to the same company that sold silver called Eldorado Gold , hence the reason they have mainly silver items with real/not real jems.

Gold bracelet with garnets
I bid on a bracelet for my mother's Christmas gift. I thought I had done well as it was listed for around 1800$ I ended up winning the big for over 100$. Hard times came around so I told my mom she can sell it. She was told it was gold plated and the garnets were just glass. It was really disappointing because I wanted to do something special for her and ended up giving her a fake and for her to found out the way she did was extremely embarrassing, not to mention it just made me feel like garbage to learn even when I tried I failed to get her anything nice like she deserves. Don't fall for this place!

I filed a complaint with the BBB but all they do is to go back and forth with the Business stating they have the last word.
They claimed I had several accounts with them and I only has one account and only used my credit card.
I had my jewerly sent to my house the first time but I thought the mailman misplaced it as he has in the past. I have filed complaints with the post office.
I am taking care of someone and they told me to send it to their house so that the items wouldn't be lost because I live on a very busy street. I did so. But because I told them of the site they too started to purchase items. The police auction then claimed that I had two IDs for their site because his items were going there as well as mine. But he is handicap and I was taking care of him.
My name is on his card because I buy essentials for him since he cannot always do it. They claimed I used his card for the purchases as well which is a falsehood. They also accused me of credit card fraud with the BBB which is defamation. I am not pleased with the outcome because they really need to apologize. I only had one account and one credit card that I used.
They told me when this occurred that my credit card declined the payment so I called my credit card company to have them inform me it wasnt them ..so the next day I won another item and the same thing was told to me...they should say they declined the charge not the credit card company and if I was coming to my limit should have informed me.
Desired outcome: I don't want to use them. Change policy to state they declined not the credit card...state that you are nearing the end of your allotted purchases.

Actually I was concerned when I realized their prices listed with some items at the top right and crossed off apartment street price or estimated values would be so much more then listed prices found at Wal-Mart or other sites that sell same items. Bought 3 items, 2 were dollar store worthy junk, the other is a no show
I droppped down the menu to cad and so they charged me in cad prior to giving them my card. All items were charged in usd funds.
Filled out return orders in triplicate and was told that my forms were invalid because it was past 15 days for a refund. I have a mailed envelope from them stating that I got my 1st piece of junk on 11sept... Still have one more day on the 1st item and the 2nd was sent after... So still within their policy of refunds.

I received the ring and there is no way that this ring is worth more than a couple hundred dollars at the most and that is IF it is real at all. The stones are cloudy, the metal has no weight to it and the workmanship is chaudy. I am returning the item and am praying I get my money back.
