Hello, I did order some stuff from Helly Hansen (found out was fake site) but they sent some small box with decoration note which I didnt accept since dont need any decoration. Looks like the scheme is like this^ people place orders online, pay and give delivery address and then people accept and dont mess with return or claim. This is scam as at the end they still money anyway. My order was 80 USD, they charged 118 instead.

I received yesterday 9. Februari, a package from China.
I never ordered anything from any Company in China.

I arrived home today 1st June 2023 to find a fake Cartier ring at the edge of my postbox I did not order this ring and do not want this ring I ordered a special needs bed suit for my son as he is going through a stage of not keeping his pyjamas on and we're having poop parties! I'm absolutely devastated and annoyed that these people are advertising clothes that us as parents of special needs children need and ye are taking advantage of. Shame on you. I have informed the relevant authorities and customs in Ireland of your scam.

I thought I ordered some Beg an shoes from a website called samluggage. shop Instead I received a Cartier ring in a red box from Switzerland Jewelry Watch Shop based in Hong Kong. They provided what seemed to be a legit tracking number - LP624127170CN which seems to be a generic number they send to everyone. Order was placed on 29/04/23. What can I do to recover the 187.32MY that I paid for the order? Should I dispute the credit card payment?

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a refund but I think it is very unlikely based on the other reviews.

Rec'd a fake Cartier ring in USPS mail, around the end of April. This item was not ordered. Receipt # is 0179977. Researchng the company, I found multiple complaints filed against ths company for similar issues. Currently there are 35 unresolved omplaints listed. Many of thse related to similar ssues. I do not intend to pay for this item, nor do I intend to return the item at my own expense.

I ordered for euro 3 in 1 coffee they charged me 72 Australian dollars for that they emailed me the tracking details I was waiting for that coffee since then but today I received the parcel and when I opened that parcel I received a rose gold Cartier ring and a receipt of Switzerland jewelry watch shop bill 15200 H.K $ I never ordered for this thing. I thought I ordered some clothes for my wife from a website called www.decjubaoutlet.com. Instead I received a Cartier ring in a red box from Switzerland Jewelry Watch Shop based in Hong Kong. They provided what seemed to be a legit tracking number - LV760087357CN which seems to be a generic number they send to everyone. Order was placed on 05/05/23. What can I do to recover the $148 that I paid for the order? Should I dispute the credit card payment?

What the heck?! A ring. I not plače an order for this ring and today I got it, the post officer gave me. I thougt this is one of my aliexpress order for my daughter. And I have to pay 2 eur for postal fee in my country. I thougth it is one of my aliexpress order for my daughter. I not gonna pay it. I send it back tomorrow on the shipping adress when it came from. Today May 8, 2023 I received a package from your company that I DID NOT ORDER! I am not paying for this item or paying to return it! you can send me a prepaid envelope so I can return it to you. I don't know what kind of scam this is but you can guarantee I will report this! from what I see this isn't the first time your company has done this. I want this taken care of asap!

In Dec 2022 I ordered some earrings and bracelets from a well-known Australian company online, however, the website was a fake (a replica of the real site). I found this out when I tried to ‘contact us’ after noticing the amount charged to my account was vastly higher than the amount that was in my cart at checkout, to the tune of around 365AUD. The ‘contact us’ information was obviously fake, with a generic email address [insert common word][protected]@gmail.com. I have heard nothing from the company and my bank is still trying to get the money back for me. In the meantime, I receive a parcel from China (via China Post), containing a red ‘Cartier’ box, a jewellery bag and an invoice from Hong Kong claiming the P.O.S ring is worth HK$15,200 (around 3,000AUD… yeah, right, pull the other one). It has a ‘Switzerland Jewelly Watch Company’ stamp, so I hope they kept their receipt for that one, because it is either spelt ‘jewellery’ or ‘jewelry’ (depending on your country of origin).

Today, 23.06.2022, I've received a package I haven't ordered. Order number 0179977. This is a scam. Attached is the evidence.

The envelope contains the fair ring and medical masks. The declaration on the envelope says it contains only masks for the price of 3 USD.

I'm really upset, I didn't want to accept it but really be careful in this store.

As I saw many comments, you buy something and they send you jewelry that has nothing to do with what you ordered.

Unfortunately I was scammed, and the ring is not even the value of what I bought, because the shipping was very expensive and they sent it in a very slow parcel.

If you receive a package with that jewelry, it is more certain that you were scammed by these thieving people.

stamane ho ricevuto un anello Cartier non originale con ricevuta vostra, mai pagato né ordinato da voi; ho pagato 3.39 euro di dazio e ritirato il pacchetto solo perché aspettavo un altro ordine effettuato da un'altra azienda cinese. Inoltre non capisco come siate arrivati al mio indirizzo, visto che non ho mai effettuato alcun ordine da voi.

non ho alcun addebito di quest'importo sulla carta.
