I have received a ring / wedding ring from you but I have not ordered anything of this type.

This time I paid and kept the package; other shipments in my name from your company will be returned.

The Rolex is a fake. I took it to a Jewelry shop to get it fitted and get some of the links taken out and they told me that the Rolex was not authentic and they wouldn’t be able to help. Pointed out several things about the Rolex that was not real.

I bought a Rolex Submariner from you on the 13th September 2021.
Unfortunately the date dial stopped working.
I followed the instructions, pulled the crown to the first stop and rotated it several times and the date dial wouldn't rotate.
I would like a refund as soon as possible.

Dear SIr/Madam.
I have received your rolex submariner watch (Order number [protected]) this afternoon. After opening up the box and inspect the item, push down the winder and screw back, found that the watch was a Quatz watch and within 2 hour it had stop.
I am disapointed that the advertisment was mechanical movement but received a Quatz watch.
Even in your manual booklet which i read also with the mechanical movement instrutions.
I am your regular customer and all the while there is no compliants. This time you might overlook.
Please look into my problem and reply me asap.

In July I ordered two brackets to secure a100 pound propane tank. I've been tracking this package for a few months now. Received the package yesterday in my mailbox but it was not my brackets instead some cheap so called Cartier ring/nick lace . It came with a certificate with a worth of $15200. It can't be worth more than five dollars. My propane brackets cost$113 paid with a credit card . Scam! I don't want the package but I do not know how to return it?

Today I received a package from Chinese mainland containing a fake carrier ring. I did not order this ring.
I ordered some wall covering on a website Qofficia.com, they said they had sent my goods and gave me a tracking number the same tracking number of the ring that arrived today.
The email address they gave doesn't exist anymore, no way of contacting them. The initial payment for the goods I ordered was taken from my credit card. They will now try to take the money for the ring, 15200 Hong Kong dollars.
Informed my bank immediately and the card is cancelled.
Be aware this scam is worldwide.

I received a "Cartier" ring today in the post from "Switzerland Jewellery Watch Shop" 293 Kings Road Hong Kong, however, it was posted from Wuhan City.

I did not order the ring and I believe I have been used by a "Brusher" and received a Ghost Package.

The shop was apparently in Kings Road Hong Kong but it was delivered from
Lanyan Logistics Park, Gutian Second Road, Changfeng North Road, Glaokou district. Wuhan.

I ordered 2 sets of face covers from Juyeemall and waited for weeks! I get my package last week and it is a Cartier Ring - which I didn't order any ring? Again, I ordered face covers and didn't receive them . Instead I get a ring from Switzerland Jewelry Watch Shop at 293 Kings Road in Hong Kong. I don't want the ring- I want my face covers or a refund. Here is what I ordered and pictures of what I received, instead.

I just received a cartier ring that I never ordered in the mail today. They hacked my credit card and charged me $51.88. I reported fraud to my account. I'm all freaked out now since that virus is going on over there. I'm not sure how they got my phone number and my address and name. The ring has all these certificates with it and they are trying to pass it off as real.

In December I bought sunglasses usd 78.22 from www.ousetgoods.com with delivery to Odessa, Ukraine.
I got confirmation of shipment from email: service4@vinayotap.com that the parcel tracking number is LL930710462CN.
On Feb., 1st I got the parcel but it was a faked Cartier Ring inside and Invoice paper from Switzerland Jewelry Watch Shop - 15200 H.K.$.
I immediately contacted with seller - no reply.
How to stop criminals? How to block their website and activity? Any chance to contact Sichuan police?

Oggi 10 gennaio 2019 ho ricevuto un pacco dalla Cina contenente un anello di cartier modello LOVE accompagnato da ricevuta di acquisto e certificato di garanzia in lingua cinese e inglese.
Non ho mai acquistato nulla di simile ne ho mai contattato il venditore.
Vorrei avere delle spiegazioni e restituire l'anello.
