I am registering this complaint as i placed and order at the beginning of December 2024 for a birthday present and was told it was dispatched on the 9th December. The order has still not arrived as of the 9th January. I have not received any information as to why it has not arrived or what you can do regarding this order. I have requested information repeatably and got the response of thank you for your patience, it should be delivered in the next 1 to 2 days. I received this response on 3 occasions. I have not received any credible response as to where the package is or why it has not been delivered. It is now 5 weeks since the order was dispatched and the birthday surprise it was ordered for was well and truly ruined. The order number is K39203.
