Percario did a great job with our flood damaged home. They took care of everything from mold mediation, rebuilding, to heat and electric replacements. The whole crew did a great job and I couldn't be more thankful!

This company was hired to replace my roof and fix my deck. They started really late, which caused a lot of leaks and water stains. They were fast to take my money, but didn't finish the job. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone after my experience.

This company is a no-go! They did a terrible job, didn't communicate well (or at all), messed up the measurements (can you believe it?), installed things poorly, used faulty materials (a huge scratch on a $1500 window that was supposed to be brand new), and took way too long to finish (6 months instead of 7 weeks). We wouldn't recommend them to anyone and wouldn't give them a single star.

I signed up with Percario on July 30, but I regret it now. They said they would start the project by mid-September, but it didn't start until November 24. It's been six months, and they still haven't finished it. They don't communicate much, and sometimes they don't work for weeks without calling or texting. They have too many projects, and they can't handle them all, so they juggle them. Do your research, ask questions, get everything in writing, and demand permits and detailed plans. Or better yet, find another company.

I tried to get in touch with Joe Percario General Contractors for the past 4 weeks, but it was tough. Once you sign the contract, their customer service and communication drop a lot. They don't coordinate when they are on site or plan to be, and they don't return calls. They say they will return to correct things you are unhappy with, but they don't. They charge you exactly in the time-frame they say, whether the work is to speed or not. Once you sign the contract, Joe Percario is out of the picture, and what he promises, like being done in a day or 2, is not the case. Then his son, ***, is hard to reach. You need to call and contact him through all means and say you're withholding payment until you speak. *** promised to come back and correct areas my husband and I were not happy with, like actually sealing the roofing at the house line and placing a proper corner protector when we called to finish the siding. Poor *** is getting the brunt end of complaints.
