Joy Jewelers review: Bad day taken out on customer

Ordered a Veterans ring for my spouse and went over the characters on the website, even the site counts down the characters for you. Tried to figure out a way to make it work, but Justin was a super huge jerk. When I decided that the ring would not look like I had envisioned for my wife, I advised him that I would just cancel the order and figure something else out. "Fine Ill cancel the Order" and hung up. I text him to let him know he was a jerk, and he told me he was having a bad day and didn't mean to take it out on me. Guess if you get them on a good day, you're alright.
