Mixed Experience with Pandora
My experience with Pandora has been mixed. While the jewelry designs are beautiful and unique, the customer service can be inconsistent at times. I have had both positive and negative interactions with staff members. The quality of the products is good, but some items seem overpriced. Overall, it's a decent place for special gifts, but be prepared for varying service levels.
Great Listening for Free
I have been with Pandora for a few years and while they were forced to make changes to be compliant with the gods of the listening world, they bring all kinds of genre music to your ears. You choose. Before the change, customers could choose the song and artist they wanted to hear, now you can choose the artist and it will play that artist and similar artists. I was resistant at first because change is hard, but it has introduced me to other artists and songs so it forced me to broaden my listening pleasures. Another plus is when you have feedback or questions, it doesn't go unanswered. It's easy to set up. You won't be disappointed.
Best I know of
Yos maybe there are other sites I dont know of but pandora is very nice. Free music and once you pick a group they play them and others like it. Then they call them your stations and are saved for you. There is a new feature I dont care for, it asks if your still listening and stops music till you respond. So if your listening and also maybe repairing something in yourhome you have to stop and respond or no music. But it is free and maybe people left on using bandwith or something. And they do have comertials sorry my spelling. Anyway they are ok mot to interuptive. So for me there very good and Illcheck back to see if others sugest different. Thanks Tony

Great Music
This review is solely for the PC program, I don't use Pandora on my tablet or smart phone.
After a few false starts making my own station, I contacted Pandora and they were extremely helpful.
The selection of music for their own channels is first rate with an occasional head scratcher.
Since it's free, they stop from time to time and ask you to perform a "Sponsor Activity" but you can ignore it and go back to the music.
You get to "like" songs, which seems to put them in the rotation more often, and not like a song which banishes from that station.
Pandora has a few quirks, the most glaring of which is the lack of instructions but I listen to it all day and the music is great.
I absolutely LOVE Pandora!
I absolutely LOVE Pandora! It's super simple, and it does an absolutely GREAT job of picking songs based on your interests/genres, and it can find some pretty obscure music (e.g., Drums & Tuba; Intronaut) as well as the obviously obvious (e.g., Ozzy, Helmet). The Music Genome Project is a stroke of genius! But, speaking as a biologist, it's not so much a "genome" project as it is a "proteomics" project. Anyway, another super cool thing about Pandora is that it's not gonna play all the same, moldy classics you are used to over free radio; case in point, currently it is playing "Bloodstone" a freakin' awesome song by Judas Priest off the Screaming for Vengeance album, which likely never got any airplay, or maybe like a month after the album came out. Long story short, Pandora ROCKS!
The best way to listen to music
I have been using pandora for 3 months now and am a very satisfied customer.
With Pandora, you may create as many stations(easily done by genre, artist, etc) as you need. You can edit who plays on the station. You can ban a song with a simple click. You can skip about 10 times per station, per hour. They have almost every artist i can think of. If you thumbs up a song, it will play more often. It is finely tuned to my musical tastes for whatever mood I'm in. It plays on any, and every device, which means that you can send it from your connected blu tooth device.
At $4.95 a month, it is only $60 per year, or about 45-60 songs, if you were to buy them at 99cents or $1.29. If you are like me and believe that people deserve to get paid for the products they provide to you, then this is a fair price.
Pandora is a great website for those interested in
Pandora is a great website for those interested in listening to a variety of songs similar to an artist that they enjoy. It's a free service with a limited amount of time to listen to that will get you started with the option of paying a yearly fee to have unlimited listening time, the ability to skip more songs, and to download their application. The website contains a lot of information about artists, access to a large number of artists, and a variety of different genres. The biggest con of the website is the fact that it's available only to US users and is unavailable outside of the United States, but there are devices that are able to connect to the service and stream. The application runs in Adobe's multi-OS platform allowing for it to playback in Windows and Mac, but it also runs in Linux with very few problems even without it being listed as compatible.
Overall, the service is great and the quality of the music is great. The information is accurate.
Use Pandora to get MP3s for FREE
Use Pandora to get MP3s for FREE - I feel bad doing this but there is a simple way to hack Pandora and get all the MP3s as you listen to them on the internet radio. Don't bother actually buying it from iTunes, just download everything you listen to. Here is the way to do it1. Go to Pandora.com and download the file and install it. 2. Extract all files to something like c:\pandora3. Use pandora for a little bit and listen to some music4. Now go to the directory that contains the downloaded files (c:\pandora) and click on pandora.jar5. Now make sure you are using firefox and win XP6. Go to START then RUN and type cmd then in the window type cd: cpandora7. Now type java -jar pandora.jar ***. A blue screen should show up that says "now we are ready to rip MP3s"9. Now open firefox and type: http :// localhost: ***. Now do your normal pandora listening and the MP3s should be saved in the folder you created. Tada! Lets keep this thread updated as they make changes in pandora that alter this hack
As many people find that CDs, cassettes and records
As many people find that CDs, cassettes and records are not as well known as they used to be, they tend to rely on things like iTunes where you can download your music right to your computer, iPod or iPhone. The way technology has shaped our economy is a prime reason why people would prefer online downloading and sharing a lot more than going out and buying the music. While searching through web 2.0 I found websites that let you share music with other people while also listening to it for free. These websites are the key to shaping new music.
Pandora is a very effective tool because you pick your favorite songs/artist and you can listen to all their songs and their favorite songs. You pick stations to all your songs and you can have as many as you want. It is very easy to use, all you have to do is create an account and then pick your stations. The definite pro is that there is a Pandora that is free and one that is not. A con of getting the free one is that after so many songs you have to listen to 30 sec commercials.
The purpose of this website is to listen to your favorite songs/artist without buying the songs. I would recommend it to a friend.
Overview
Overview
For the most part there isn't much difference between these three Internet music websites. Each one on them has their small differences that make them unique, but from an overall standpoint they are pretty equal. From a visual perspective they are all very well done. I spent some time navigating through each website and they are straightforward and easy to use. All three websites allow for download on mobile devices as well as social networks. They also have interactive blogs that allow members to communicate and voice their opinions. The sign-up for all is quick and painless and free. Only one of the websites (Pandora), allowed for an upgraded version with a monthly or yearly fee that I could locate. Overall I could see myself using each of these sites for Internet music on my computer or phone without hesitation.
Pandora
The thing about Pandora that I like the most is the ability to use quick and easily. Once you sign-up, which takes about a minute, you can get right to listening to the music. It doesn't ask you to upgrade to the advanced version or make you jump through hoops to find the songs that you are looking for. Another cool thing about Pandora is that it chooses other artists that play the same type of music you are listening to so you can get some more variety. You can also share the songs that you are listening to with your friends through social media outlets. The only con I have for Pandora is the advertising interruptions after every couple of songs. It isn't a big deal because the ads aren't very long and the music is free. This website provides free music that people want to listen to when they want to listen to it. I would recommend this website to other because it is great.
Terrible service from Pandora - Broken necklace, no help offered
I got this real fancy looking necklace from Pandora 5 months ago as a gift, but I've had the worst experience with it. To start, the clasp broke and I couldn't fix it myself so I brought it in to get it fixed. But the crazy thing is, they wouldn't fix it for me! They asked for a receipt which I didn't have because it was a gift, and then just straight up told me they wouldn't fix it. What kind of service is that?
So then I went to another jeweler who also sells Pandora (but only if you don't have a voucher), and they told me that I could have gone back to the Pandora store and asked them to look up the purchase information with the purchaser's last name and date of purchase. But for some reason the Pandora store didn't offer me that option. And even if they had, I don't know who or where it was purchased from, and I don't want to tell the gift givers that I broke their present a few months after receiving it.
Honestly, stay away from Pandora. Their service is seriously lacking. They wouldn't fix my jewelry even though I clearly needed it, and they didn't even offer to look up the purchase information for me. So not only did I have to spend extra money at another jeweler just to get some help, but I'm left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the whole experience.
Pandora Website Customer Service Fail: Missing Collector Charm Box and Unreliable Assistance
So, I was really hyped up for my Disney 100 anniversary charm from Pandora's website (pandora.net), but they messed up my order! Can you believe it? The collector charm box that was supposed to come with my charm was nowhere to be found. I was super disappointed and frustrated! First thing I did was call Pandora's customer service to see what happened. But guess what? They couldn't give me a straight answer! How unprofessional is that? Anyway, they said they'd send me the charm box separately. And you know what? I received a package after a couple of days. Hurray! But it wasn't the Disney collector charm box that I ordered! Can you believe it? Instead, I got a small paper box for a regular charm. Like, what's the point of that, Pandora? I mean, it's just a waste of time and resources.
Again, I called Pandora's customer service to complain. After a few back and forths, they said they didn't have any more Disney collector charm boxes in stock. I was so angry and dissatisfied with their service. I wanted to leave a negative product review on their website, but apparently, they don't want to hear any criticism. They monitor and filter reviews, so only positive ones get posted. Talk about freedom of speech, am I right?
Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience with Pandora. Their service was unprofessional and unreliable. I thought they were a high-quality brand, but I guess I was wrong. I hope they improve their service in the future, but until then, I won't be returning to their website.
Pandora Jewelry Review: Cute Charms, But Serious Logistics Issues
Pandora, you know that jewelry store that sells those cheap charm bracelets? Well, my girlfriend wanted one so we decided to check out the store at St. Bruno, QC. Let me tell you, it wasn't the best experience. They didn't have the bracelet in her size and they didn't have all the charms she wanted. However, they did have some charms that weren't in the catalog, which was pretty confusing.
Despite the hassle, we still decided to get some charms there. But we had to order the bracelet and a charm that was out of stock online. The website said it would take 2-6 days to deliver, but that wasn't the case. Two days later, it showed as delivered, but I still hadn't received anything. It turns out that UPS never collected the order from Pandora. It's been 11 days now and I still haven't received the package. It seems like Pandora has some serious logistics issues.
Now, I'm not too fond of the jewelry with the dangling bits, but I have to say the charms are quite cute. However, considering the price for what it is, and the logistics snafu, I don't think it's worth it. If you're thinking about getting jewelry, you might want to consider going to a more upscale place.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with pandora.net
So, I went on pandora.net 'cause I'm a big fan, looking to get some new charms, and I saw they had a sale going on, which was pretty sweet. So, I ordered some charms and a necklace, and I was pretty excited. But then, when I checked my delivery, it turns out they sent it to the billing address instead of the shipping address! So, I hit up customer service, but they didn't seem too eager to help me out, which was a drag.
The person I talked to said they'd send me an email to keep me posted on the delivery situation, but I never got that email, and like three weeks went by before I reached out again. I got a different person this time and they said the order had been returned, and I'd be getting my money back, but it's been over a month now, and still no order and no cash!
I was super frustrated at this point. I've been a big fan of pandora since the beginning, and I have a bunch of their bracelets and stuff. I couldn't believe how a company this big could be so disorganized. So, I thought I'd ask if they could send me a charm from the sale, but no dice. They did offer free postage on my next order, like that's supposed to make up for everything.
Honestly, I don't know if I'll ever order from pandora.net again. It's been such a headache and a disappointment, which is a real shame 'cause I've always loved their stuff.
Pandora's Dishonest Return Policy: A Disappointing Customer Experience
So I recently purchased a ring from Pandora (pandora.net) for my lovely wife. Unfortunately when I gave it to her, it was too small for her finger. I immediately checked the return policy on Pandora's website and read that items in unused and original condition were eligible for returns within 30 days in store with receipt. Easy, right? Wrong.
I had to return to the store to exchange the ring for a larger size, but I was surprised when the seller told me that they would not accept the ring. The reason given was that there was a scratch on the ring. However, my wife had never even worn the ring and there was no way it could have been damaged in any way. I believe that they must have sold me the scratched ring, and didn't want to take it back.
I went to speak to the customer service department about this problem, but alas, they too did not help to solve my problem. And so, I found myself with a 647 dollar ring that my wife couldn't even wear. To make matters worse, the store had refused to take back the ring even though it was clear that their return policy had been violated.
All in all, I felt quite cheated and disappointed at the way Pandora had treated me as a customer. Not only was their customer service lacking and unhelpful, but their dishonesty when it came to selling a flawed item was unacceptable. I would think twice before purchasing anything from Pandora in the future, and would advise anyone looking to buy from them to be wary of their return policy.
Disappointing Experience with Pandora: Failed Next Day Delivery and Poor Customer Service
I just want to report my experience with Pandora, a jewelry website that I found a few weeks ago. I was looking for a special Christmas present for a loved one who would be traveling abroad soon, and I decided to order it from Pandora and pay the express next day delivery fee of £10. According to the website, the next day delivery service was guaranteed for orders placed before 2pm, which was perfect for my situation.
However, the next day I woke up to find that I only had tracking details for my order as far as Belgium. I tried calling their customer service line and was put on hold for ages until someone finally picked up. I was informed that my order hadn't left Belgium, even though the DHL website showed it had arrived in Heathrow! To top it off, the manager wasn't available to speak to me either! I asked the person on the phone to relay my request for the manager to call me back that day and to tell me when I would receive my refund.
As of yet, I haven't received any information from Pandora. I strongly suspect I will have to give them a call again to get an update. I am so disappointed and frustrated with this situation! I needed this present to arrive on time, and now I fear that I will let someone down.
To be honest, I don't think I will be using Pandora ever again. It would have been a different story if the manager had demonstrated some common sense and contacted a London-based store to make arrangements for the item to be couriered to me from one of their branches. But no, they stuck to their rigid system which clearly failed me and many other customers!
I truly believe that when systems don't work, managers should think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to make things right. It wasn't rocket science, and it was just downright pathetic from a reputed corporate company!
Poor Customer Service and Promotions: My Review of Pandora
I have to say, I'm not impressed with Pandora's customer service. It seems like they just don't care about their customers. I've had three different issues with them in the past year, and each time it's been a struggle to get any help.
The first problem I had was last year when I ordered the Christmas Ornament and charm during their promotion. I received the ornament, but not the charm. I called customer service and they told me it was sold out and there was nothing they could do. Even worse, because the promotion had ended by then, if I wanted to buy the charm somewhere else, I would have to pay full price. Luckily, my local Pandora store was able to honor the sale price, so I didn't have to pay extra.
More recently, I've been trying to place an order for the past three weeks, but the site wasn't accepting the Pandora credit card. I was really frustrated because I wanted to take advantage of the free bracelet promotion for card holders. When I finally got the card to work, I tried to check out and the promotion didn't apply. To make matters worse, customer service hours have been shortened to weekdays until 6pm EST, and closed on weekends. I couldn't get any help, and the promotion was ending soon, so I had to risk the items I wanted being sold out.
Overall, I don't recommend this site. They just don't seem to have their act together. I've since found out that they aren't even accepting PayPal anymore. So if you're looking for a smooth shopping experience, I suggest you check out other options.
Terrible Customer Service Experience with Pandora: Stones Fell Off and No Replacement
So, I bought a ring from Pandora last year. The minute I wore it, all the stones started falling off, and it looked like as if something was wrong with it. So, I contacted the customer service and explained the whole problem, and they kinda just gave me an earful of talk saying they can't replace it with a new one because the ring I got is now retired (whatever that means). It was quite frustrating, to be honest.
However, they were willing to give me a store credit, but they said they would need me to return the defective item first. They shipped me the wrong return label initially which caused a lot of confusion and delay, and I had to wait longer to receive the right one. After this fiasco, I returned the item and never heard back from them, nor did I receive my store credit anytime soon.
Every time I called them, I had to wait for nearly 30-45 minutes on the phone! It is so annoying that you need to wait that long when you are really in need of assistance. The first lady I talked to promised me that I would get it within a certain time frame, but months later, I still hadn't received it! So, I tried reaching out again, and the other lady promised me she will personally see to it, and I will get it within 48 hours. This went on for months, but I never saw the store credit nor did I receive an update on the status.
Today, I had enough and called them again. Like before, I had to wait for 30 minutes for them to get back on the phone. After they talked to the supervisor, they finally promised to deliver it to me within the next few hours (Let's hope it's finally true, this time around).
Goodness me, this has to be the worst online service experience I have ever had with Pandora. Honestly, I would never advice anyone to buy from them again. Their customer service is terrible, and nobody should have to wait months for something that could be solved within a few days.
Pandora's "Pick Up in Store" Failure - A Review of Poor Customer Service
Ordered a ring for my lovely wife in preparation for Mother's Day. I decided to opt for the "pick up in store" option, and when I checked my nearby Canton store, I was delighted to see that they had it in stock. It was going to be a busy weekend thanks to my children's soccer games, so this was perfect. I could run into the store, get my order, and be on my way to my kids' games in no time.
Upon receiving the email about the availability of my order, I was excited to go to the store and pick up my wife's ring. Imagine my surprise when all I could pick up was the "free" bracket they were giving away. I patiently waited for an associate to assist me only for them to tell me the ring's size I ordered and that they had it there, but for some reason, Pandora decided to ship it instead.
Doesn't this defeat the purpose of "pick up in-store"? I felt helpless and disappointed as I had to wait until Wednesday before receiving my wife's gift. I called the customer service hot-line to make inquiries about the situation and see if there was anything they could do to stop the shipment and just let me pick up in store. However, I was told that they couldn't stop the order, and I would have to wait till it arrives before returning it.
I asked to speak to a decision-maker, but I was put on hold for a long time. After waiting for 75 minutes with no response, it felt like I was left hanging. Mind you, this isn't the first time I'd purchased something from Pandora. Just a couple of days ago, I was in the store and spent over $200 on my daughter's birthday gift. However, after this experience and the poor customer service, I may never purchase anything from Pandora again!
In conclusion, as much as I love Pandora and their products, it's important to note that their customer service needs improvement. From delayed shipping to poor communication with their customers, they should work on improving their standards and ensuring customer satisfaction. Sometimes the little things make a huge difference to customers, and I hope that Pandora takes note of that.
Poor Customer Service: My Frustrating Experience with Pandora Bracelet Online Order & Return
Yo, so I copped a bracelet from Pandora, it came quick enough, all the way from Lithuania, like 6 days or so it took. But when I tried it on, it was too small, even though I followed their size chart on the website. So, I filled out the return form and sent it back the same day. But when I got the bracelet, the price tag fell off and got stuck in the box. I hit them up to sort it out, but it took like 2 whole weeks for them to even get back to me, and then only after I reached out a bunch of times.
When they finally replied, they said they would either send back the same bracelet or I could get no money back. When I asked why, they said it was because the tag had fallen off. I explained that the tag always falls off when you take the bracelet out of the box to try it on, and that I had even left it in the box when I returned it. But they didn't care, they just kept saying they couldn't do anything about it because of "policy". I even asked for the number of someone higher up that I could speak to, but they just gave me the same runaround.
It's been over three weeks now and I still don't have my bracelet back, and I haven't heard back from them at all. Oh, and they didn't even give me a warranty with the bracelet. WTF?
So yeah, I like their products, but I would never order them online again. Pandora does not care about their customers, and it shows.
Pandora Complaints 39
I made a simple request to their support email address
I made a simple request to their support email address about the huge difference in volume between the music and the ads and they replied with some canned template that looks like it is meant for [censored]s.
None of the suggestions that they made would have any impact whatsoever on the volume difference between the two.
I'll go back to putting music directly on to my computer to listen to at work. If they immediately assume that a user is an idiot enough to fall for this then I will not be coming back.
Enjoy this nonsense of a message they replied to me with.

After many years, now a HUGE Disappointment!
FACTS:
I joined Pandora, free version, in its infancy, many years ago, but hadn't used it in quite a while. This morning I decided to log on to my account, and in so doing, decided to upgrade. I read the side by side list on my laptop of Plus and Premium features, and prices. I decided on Plus billed annually after a one month free trial. The following features were included in Plus AND in Premium:
Ad-free personalized music
Search and play anything
Enjoy your favorite podcasts
Unlimited skips
Sounds good doesn't it?
(Premium also included 2 additional features - Unlimited offline listening,
Make and share playlists, which I was willing to forego)
However, and here is the problem, once I gave my credit card to Pandora for billing, and logged in, I saw a DIFFERENT list of features available to me with my PLUS membership. NO "Ad free listening", NO "Search and play anything". Now I would have to upgrade again, since presumably these features ARE available with Premium, at twice the cost of Plus of course. SUCKER! But of course we aren't told the truth until AFTER we "sign on the dotted line", so to speak.
Frankly, I didn't see any difference between the free version and the true Plus version. Both have ads, neither has "Search and play anything". Why pay for Plus?. (Personally, I didn't care about Unlimited skips or podcasts)
So minutes later I cancelled my paid PLUS subscription. Thankfully I had saved the cancellation instructions. Since I did this less than 10 minutes after signing up, and still during the month long free trial, I should not be billed. And if billed, I will not pay.
I can't imagine why Pandora believes that this is a good policy - attempting to screw customers out of their money under false pretenses. In my mind that is attempted theft. Attempted because I caught the deception immediately and cancelled.
I hope this may help at least one person avoid the anger and aggravation I experienced.
Well, that's all, I'm off to find an HONEST music website.
PANDORA DISGUSTS ME!

PANDORA DISGUSTS ME!
Pandora Review: Disappointing Free Version & Unwilling to Upgrade to Paid Subscription
properly! And that's a big fat NO from me for the paid version. Just not worth it.
Pandora is an audio streaming service that allows you to listen to music, podcasts, and other audio content. I tried the free version first and was quite disappointed. The volume was turned up to maximum on my phone, but I could barely hear anything. This was definitely a let-down for me, especially since I was considering paying for a subscription.
However, I do understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned and perhaps this was just a one-off issue. Despite this, I am hesitant to upgrade to the paid version because I am worried I may encounter the same problem.
Overall, I think Pandora has a lot of potential but it needs to work on its volume levels so that customers can fully enjoy the content. If the issue gets fixed, I would definitely consider subscribing to the paid version. But for now, I think I'll stick with my current audio streaming service.

Pandora's Scam Alert: My Experience and Advice
I had a bad experience with Pandora. Let me tell you, it's a real bum deal. My advice is steer clear, folks! I had to file a chargeback on my Visa card and thankfully I got my money back in the end. Here's the scoop: I placed an order with them and then when I tried to get in touch with them later I found out that their email addresses were bogus and their phone number didn't work. Total scam, right? Just be warned, you might not have the same luck as me if you get mixed up with Pandora.
Pandora.net Online Order Review: Customer Service Needs Improvement
Ok so, I just want to say, I had a bit of trouble with my online order on pandora.net. Here's the thing, if you got a problem too, like I did, you're better off just canceling your order and starting over. Their customer service hotline is a bit of a mess. You might have to wait it out on hold for a looong time before anyone picks up, and even then, the calls might drop like they did with me. And listen, I ain't sayin' the staff ain't nice, but it seems like they don't necessarily know how to help you out very much. So, that's a bummer. But hey, if you don't mind a bit of a hassle, their online store does have some pretty nice stuff.
Pandora.net: An Unpleasant Experience with Disrespectful Customer Service
I gotta tell ya, the experience I had on Pandora.net was not a pleasant one at all. It's crazy how they treat their customers. I mean, am I the only one who's had to deal with their so-called "customer service" people? I doubt it. Those folks were just plain unprofessional. The way they talked to me was just rude and disrespectful.
And don't even get me started on their canned responses. Every time I had an issue, all they would say was "we're sorry, we'll pass on the information." Like, really? Is that all you can offer? I never got any resolutions from them. It's like they only care about your money and nothing else.
Honestly, I think they're one of the worst online companies out there. I wouldn't recommend Pandora.net to anyone. They just don't know how to treat their customers right.
False advertising! Pandora store in Lexington, KY sells gold plated rings at a high price
I went to Pandora store in Lexington KY and had an experience where I almost spent $115 on a supposed gold ring. But then I realized that it was just gold plated! Therefore, I decided not to get it and choose the sterling silver alternative instead. I think it's pretty absurd to sell rings that are just gold plated for such an expensive price. It's misleading because it may deceive customers into thinking they are purchasing genuine gold when really they aren't. They need to lower the prices on those fake rings!
Terrible Customer Service Experience - No Order, No Resolution, Just Refund
I made an order online and the money was taken out of my account. However, 6 whole days had passed and I had not received any updates, so I decided to contact customer service to inquire about the status of my order. To my dismay, they informed me that they had absolutely no knowledge of my order, despite the fact that they had already taken the money from my account. Can you imagine?
But that's not even the end of it. Instead of attempting to find out what had gone wrong with my order and resolving the issue, all they did was tell me that I would be refunded. No apologies or attempts at rectification, just a simple "you'll get your money back." What the actual f***?
I'm seriously disappointed in this experience, and I don't see myself being a repeat customer in the future. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to receiving the items I had ordered. But if this is how their customer service handles issues, I'd rather take my business elsewhere.
Pandora.net's Stock Deception and Customer Service Failure
I was lookin' to get a gift for my lady on Black Friday so I got on Pandora.net and put in my order. Got a confirmation right away but then I didn't hear nothin' for like 10 days. Finally got fed up and called up to see what was goin' on, and they told me they had cancelled my order cuz they didn't have it in stock. I mean, why even let people order stuff if there ain't no stock? That's just takin' folks' money and holdin' it for as long as they can!
So then I talked to like 9 different customer service folks, and none of them was any help at all. I been buyin' from Pandora for years now and spendin' a lot of money there, but I ain't doin' it no more. They lost my trust and my business, and I'll be takin' my hard-earned cash elsewhere from now on.
Terrible Quality, Overpriced, and Late Delivery - Unhappy Customer's Review
So, I finally got my stuff after what felt like ages, like a whole month, WTF. When the weak-[censored] package finally showed up it was all crumpled and looked like some cheap junk from the dollar store. The quality of the items inside was mega disappointing, honestly, I coulda got better crap at some janky Chinese store for like pennies on the dollar. I mean seriously, less than $5 each, it's that terrible cuz. I already shelled out a huge $250 for what was worth like $20 all in all. Honestly, these fools need to get it together and step up their game. Clearly, I gotta return this trash, but I know they gonna make it a hassle and cost me an arm and a leg. Smh, never again.
Mixed Experience at Pandora: Great Products, Poor Customer Service
I just wanted to share my experience shopping at Pandora. I have to say that overall, I really enjoy their products. It's always fun to shop for jewelry, and I appreciate the variety of styles that Pandora has to offer.
However, I did have a recent issue with a missing package. I was really disappointed when I didn't receive my merchandise, so I decided to call the customer service number. The representative who answered, Josh, was really rude right from the beginning. He sighed when he picked up the phone, and then cut me off when I was trying to explain the reason for my call. It was pretty frustrating, to say the least.
Unfortunately, Josh continued to be rude throughout the conversation. He raised his voice and was really unfriendly and unprofessional. I really hope that the conversations with customers are recorded, because that was truly unacceptable behavior.
Despite this issue, I still think that Pandora is a great brand overall. I just hope that they can work on improving their customer service so that other people don't have to deal with the same thing that I did.
Disappointed with Pandora's supposed sterling silver chain
I really love me some Pandora jewelry, but let me tell you - sometimes they can really let you down. I bought this chain, right? It was supposed to be sterling silver, but let me tell you, honey, it turned black faster than those bananas on my countertop. And don't even get me started on their excuses! They tried to tell me it was because I wore perfume and lotion? Come on now, I ain't no fool! I've had real sterling silver chains that lasted me for years and didn't turn black like this one did. I'm just so disappointed, you know? It's like, why even bother telling me it's sterling silver if it's not? Anyway, I'm still gonna wear my other Pandora pieces, but I'll be thinking twice before buying another chain from them.

putting music into my stations I don't nor have picked
I pay for my Pandora music, I spend many hours clicking on the music I like, creating stations and loading them with music.
Pandora keeps putting music I don't want, it has nothing to do with the station created, as an example I have a old hawaiian and island music station " no rock or such music. I spent hours clicking good and bad,
Now pandora forces me to listen with my clicker in hand so I can thumbs down the music they keep sticking into my playing. They also keep taking my thumbs up off many tunes and that forces me to re thumbs up them
Why am I paying for a service that does not listen
Desired outcome: quit messing with my stations

Desired outcome: That pandora woukd make the necessary changes so this won’t happen.
