I have ordered countless items from hsn and am usually quite happy with the items I receive. I purchased several individual pcs of luggage as well as a full set from the Joy Mangano line on HSN. I called HSN after trying to look on line for direct way to voice my problem with Joy Mangano staff but was given this website. I rather have direct way to communicate with customer service reps from Joy Mangano so please provide me with that info. I have also requested all activity or history of my purchases, specifically the luggage for proof of purchase, etc but cannot obtain this an earlier than 2010. I am not a frequent traveler and my luggage has not held up well to what traveling I have done since purchasing all of these pcs for my family. The wheels have fallen off easily, pulls let loose and a couple pcs have zipper problems. Love the look but they my favorite largest pc as well as 2 pcs known as "the weekender" cannot even be used. I would simply replace with new but feel this should not have happened and unfortunately new luggage is not in my budget. Please advise or give me direct website AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEPHONE INFO FOR JOY MANGANO COMPANIES. I am sure I am one of many who will not get resolution to my big problem and this is so inconvenient and bothersome. Please contact me at your earliest convenience with that information. Would appreciate it very much. Thank you for your attention to my request.

I guess the application didn't have spell checking, and you didn't read the instructions to "check text spelling before submitting a comment". They can deny anyone an application for any reason, and it looks like they weren't too far off in refusing to give you one for multiple reasons.

His do I contact Joy Manago. I received her luggage as a gift and used it twice and the leather roller bags wheels are already comingoff. Please advise.

The lining of the handle has come apart . I've. Only had the purse for a couple months . I talked to a representative and she gave me this information to the website. I'm looking to get a replacement.

I have a lot of your products and feel they are all above the average line of defense.
I do, however, have a complaint against the Jewel Kit Duo. I loved the whole concept as I am a jewelry buff, and actually bought three of these Jewel Kits. . They seem to be perfect in everyway except one. . The double or single tray cannot give the protection needed unless you have a narrow, exact sized top to close the jewelry from falling or getting lost. . The options of changing spaces has absolutely nothing when the jewelry has no control in its designated space to stay there. . I actually have lost jewelry on utilizing this really amazing potential of a carrycase for jewelry, but without the ability to top in off with an exact sized cover to keep the jewelry in place, this method of traveling will cause many loses to the great jewelry that you are attempting to move and travel with. . As I am a Joy Mangano fan, I must say, Joy, something is not fitting right on this case. . Jewelry is seeping between the layers and the spaces designated and utilized by them. . Without a doubt, this is my first dillemma with your product. . Please, please fix it! I am afraid to use these really important use cases as the jewelry just sneaks through and gets lost. . Joy, you are not t he type to settle for a second best jewelry holder. . Please correct these spaces and waverings and then let me know. . My jewelry is just too rare and perfect for me for me to take any more additional chances on the sure fit that can waiver at a bounce. . Renee Evers/

Joy Mangano, Does not support her products with parts replacement. I spent an hour on the phone, and nobody cared that they do not back up her uppity products. Just tell HSN you won't ever buy Joy Mangano again, because she is fly by night.

I purchased the Double Decker Duffle bag and the first time I tried to use the handle ripped out of the fabric? So of course I returned for another one but now I know I should of got my money back. The second one did the same thing in the same spot. JUNK! A lot of money for this. Bought in Florida so by the time I went back it was to late to do anything about it. Need I say Junk

I also have an issue with a luggage handle that tore off after two trips. Since I relocated outside of the United States the 10 year warranty is moot. I cannot send them the luggage as the shipping would be close to the replacement value.The representative indicated that it was most likely a manufacturing problem.But, They would not credit me for the repairs in the country that I am now in. They did offer some suggestions; to use the Pull handle only; or return the luggage with someone going to the united States and have them return it and then they would repair it or replace it. Then someone would bring it to me. So in other words, I would need to inconvenience one or two people, and add to their baggage. tsk, tsk shame on you.

My travel bag also broke at the extended handle . basically pulled off in two pieces . A sIm reading there are no replacement parts such as my bag... Its a shame to toss a good bag away. The extension handle simply heard by to screws. Looks easy to replace but where do you find the parts?

Shaming others for their comments are un-called for. Some of us have an issue with Joy Mangano's products and their customer service and repair service suggestions. Even cheap luggage will hold up after a year-Plus.

So glad I checked for reviews on Joy Mangano's luggage as I was just about to order, and then I remembered I had
ordered some of her hangers a few years ago for a Christmas gift for my daughter. Since they were a Christmas gift
I did not take the entire box apart. I was so disappointed to find out from my daughter that many of the hangers
were broken, not just one or two but several. When I contacted HSN they said I would need to contact Joy's company myself, which did not go well at all. They did not stand behind their product at all, and I was left with a box of cheap
broken hangers. I have since seen better quality and less expensive hangers. Since I have seen so many negative
comments on the luggage I am going to pass. It is really a shame because they look so beautiful on the HSN channel.

I thought I was the only one that felt lost after trying to get anywhere with JM cust svc. I bought the rolling duffle through HSN and used it twice on weekend trips. One of the handles broke off and I was told that it was covered under warranty and that I needed to send IDL clear photos plus my info and info on order which i did THREE times without a response. When I called IDL “Megan” told me it wasn’t covered because it was considered normal wear and tear. I offered to send photos that showed a brand new condition pc. of luggage but she said she couldn’t receive emails. Huh? So I asked to speak to the a supervisor and was told there wasn’t one and that she was as far as I could go. Again, huh? I asked if she was the corporate officer for IDL/Joy Mangano and, “No, ” was the response. Nothing more. When I saidI was initially told this was covered, she said that she represented the new CS company and there was nothing and no one I could speak to. I called HSN...they said, “call IDL back we can’t do anything.” Terrible IDL customer service and bad business practices from HSN who, I’m sure, has made plenty of money from Joy Mangano’s products. I am 70 yrs. old and not rich. I was hoping to buy another piece of JM luggage from HSN but never again! SO, BUYER BEWARE IF YOU INTEND TO BUY JOY MANGANO LUGGAGE!

I had previously purchased a Red Joy Morgano luggage piece that came along with a Red carry bag. This was the first time I had purchased anything from Joy Morgano. Unfotunately, the luggage didn't hold up after the first use. I contacted someone to let them know what happened, and their response was that they were glad the airline replaced the luggage piece. They didn't seem concerned that it didn't hold up. I donated both pieces. I feel that this luggage is attractive, but the quality isn't good and they don't hold up.
