Great company for your motorcycle
Great company have gotten many things from them good friendly and knowledgeable people when you call to order have question about a part. Just wish they would quit using ups as their shippers. Anytime I order and ups is the ones delivering my goods to me I may get it or I might not. Please JP Cycles use Fed Ex 9r usps as your shippers I would hate for your good name to go down the crapper because Ups is a crap shipping company
Best customer service
I had ordered a wheel and tire combo, and the wheel had a blemish on it. I contacted J&P Cycles and let them know. They told me to send the wheel back and to send them the tracking number as soon as it was sent, and they would send me a new set. I sent my wheel back yesterday 7/23/19 and sent them a email letting them know about 11 pm. I received my new wheel and tire today 7/24/19. The customer service I experienced was FANTASTIC! Thank you J&P Cycles.
Rebuttal of bad review
I wrote a bad review a couple weeks ago over a no return contact, as it turns out they got ahold of me made it really simple and easy to return for exchange my parts, My brother explained to me that J&P cycles supplies and ships all over the world so they are really busy and ya gotta give them time cause they are always slammed because of the millions of bike riders world wide using them.ive tried removing my bad review but can't seem to figure out how so I have flagged it for removal

I have shopped with them for years and it seem that they are having a little trouble at this time from what it was told they have moved there warehouses and are behind on getting out some orders and it may take a few extra days to get my stuff to me but for all the money i have saved using them i can over look a few extra days of waiting yea its a little pain that i have to wait but i will still always buy from them when you call in they have all kinds of people that are willing to help me and willing to answer any question when you ask them

Thank You J&P for a quick return of funds to my account... and my parts did arrive within 5 business days as promised and with no other errors. So I must give credit where it's due. I do know that ownership changes are very difficult for new owners as well as management teams and employees. Yours being an exceptionally harder business to transition I'm sure. Fantastic customer service and shipping speed. First time ordering and they lived up to the good reviews. Can't speak for anyone else's experience good or bad, but mine was very very good. I gave the wrong address for my cc and was contacted quickly, but I thought it would delay the delivery & I was disappointed, but to my delight the package arrived far quicker than I had originally expected.
I'm very happy with the packaging and accuracy of the order.
Online customer service chat was convenient, knowledgeable and easy as well, with a follow-up email of the conversation.

I have ordered motorcycle parts and accessories from jpcycles.com for several years. The website is exceptionally user friendly. A search can be limited by make, model and year of a motorcycle to help avoid order a wrong part. In addition, there is an online technician available by chat to further confirm a part to particular motorcycle. There are shipping discounts available for large orders. My orders are always correct and the merchandise is always of quality. I have never had to make return due to order error or defect of an item. Pricing is very competitive. On average, I save 20-40% when compared to buying from local retailers. Shipments are well packaged and arrive within 5-7 days of making the order.
J&P Cycles Order
I ordered parts Jan 22nd expecting it to ship 23rd, but was informed the parts have to be sent to the warehouse prior to being shipped by plane. I became impatient and kept checking if the parts changed from processing status to shipped status but nothing changed. I kept in contact with their customer service through chat through updates (how I found out the parts had to go to the warehouse first), and I was getting different time frames on when the item would arrive. I started to feel unsettled, until I noticed it did change to shipped on Jan 28th and my item arrived with all items as advertised on the 31st of Jan. I would say J&P Cycles is perfect for the motorcycle enthusiast, but please know that patience will be needed if living outside the main part of the United States (i. E. Alaska, Hawaii, or any other plane requiring shipments). Also side note, J&P cycles will let you know that they had to cancel part of your order if certain things like chemicals could not be shipped, but they will still honor the rest of the order.

ZERO stars! Don't buy from J&P. They lie and falsely advertise
ZERO stars! Don't ever do business with this company. I ordered a set of Paughco drag pipes (item #442-239) from the J&P website on 3/24/16 wherein it states that mufflers are included. The pipes arrived in box 1 of 2 in a few days, so I assumed baffles would arrive shortly in box 2 of 2. After 1 week and no baffles I called customer service phone number numerous times, always over 15 minute hold time and had to hang up. When I finally spoke to a rep I was assured that the baffles had shipped and would arrive in a week and I would receive a Gold membership for the inconvenience. Waited a week, no baffles. After numerous emails requesting UPS tracking number for box 2 of 2 I never received a response of any type (it stated that I could expect a response within the next 24 hours). After another week of this nonsense, I decided to try the online chat. Following is the transcript emailed to me of that online chat with Kyle, customer (dis)service representative:
"Kyle: Thank you for using J&P Cycles Customer Service Chat. One moment while I review your request.
Kyle: How can I help you?
Kyle: Nevermind, I just read yoru question to burt, one second.
Kyle: I do apologize, but there isn't any baffles on tis order number you provided burt, it there a second order for them?
Bruce: Negative. The original order included the baffles, at least according to your website; it states "Mufflers: Yes". I received 1 of 2 boxes from UPS (tracking # 1Z9A1Y***693), but have not yet received box 2 of 2 nor have I been able to get a tracking # from you guys so that I can find out where box 2 of 2 is.
Kyle: I do apologize, but these are drag pipes. They do not use mufflers, or include baffles. We have an error on the web page.
Bruce: So what you're telling me is even though it states on the web page that baffles are included, and even though I received box 1 of 2, that you cannot or will not provide me with the UPS tracking # for box 2 of 2?
Kyle: No sir, there is no second package. There is an error on the web, the error says these include mufflers. These are drag pipes, and drag pipes do not use mufflers, that is what makes them drag pipes.
Bruce: So explain to me why the UPS label on the box I received says 1 of 2.
Kyle: Im sorry bit I do not know why UPS label the package that way.
Bruce: What? I call bull$#*!. I know for a fact that when I ship out a package from our facility that I'm the one who enters how many packages, dimensions, and weight (not UPS); that means the fault is still with your company / shipping personnel. Additionally, even though these are technically drag pipes, baffles can still be used in them, and since I ordered in good faith from the description given on your website, you should honor the order as placed from the description as given on your website.

Ok, so if youre still reading this, would you agree that baffles should have been substituted for mufflers? Would you also agree that J&P Cycles should have fulfilled the order as such and sent the baffles? And that J&P should make good, despite it being a mistake on the website? Kyle got hung up on the semantics of mufflers vs baffles when both are for noise suppression. And thinking a Gold membership fixed my issue? Please. I found item #442-828 on J&P website after our chat. Paughco Universal Exhaust Baffle for 1-3/4" Pipe (10-1/2" Long). These should have come with the original order.
Additionally, I utilize UPS a lot at my work and if there is more than one package on an order there will be a separate tracking number for each package under a single order number. Kyle didn't make an effort to look for the 2nd tracking number under that order number and has no clue how UPS shipping actually works. I wish I wouldve read some reviews before ordering, as I am not the only one to have had issues with this company. Dont do business with them. They lie, they falsely advertise, and once they have your money they couldnt care less about providing good customer service.
Kickstand spring
I bought a JP cycles kickstand to finish up my rebuy project for my fathers bike. Installation was simple and everything went smooth.
However, after lifting the kickstand and putting it back down a total of 3 times…..the spring fell off. After inspecting why that would happen, I noticed that the spring “hook” was bent straight out. I still went ahead and reinstalled the spring but obviously it slides right out of the hole.
Not happy with the quality at all. 😢

Poor Customer Service and Delays in Order Fulfillment at J&P Cycles
I got my order from J&P Cycles in a pretty good time, but only part of it. The other item is still "In Process" and I don't know when it will arrive. I tried to return the item I did get, but they said I couldn't. I followed their instructions, but it seems like my return got lost somewhere. I've sent a bunch of emails to their Customer Service, but they haven't responded yet. They said they would respond within 24-48 hours, but that's a joke. I tried to talk to someone on their online chat, but they weren't helpful at all. They didn't even try to help me. Their name was "Willy" and they just said "i need to go" and left the chat. I don't think they care about their customers at all. They should try to help us more. Maybe they'll respond to this review and say they care, but I don't think they really do. They need to fix their system and maybe fire someone who isn't doing their job right. Don't buy from them, go somewhere else.

I gotta say, I ain't too happy with my experience at J&P Cycles. But then I got an email on Tuesday saying my part had just shipped that day, not on Monday like he promised. And now it's Wednesday and still no part.
I've had to call J&P like five or six times now, waiting on hold for 20 minutes each time, and all I get is blah blah blah from the supervisor. They never once asked me what they could do to make it up to me. My bike's been sitting idle for over a month while our short riding season slips away. Thanks a lot, J&P Cycles.
Honestly, I'd say spend your hard-earned cash somewhere else. I just hope when I finally get my part, it's okay and doesn't need to be sent back again.

I put in an order on January 12th, 2017 for a bunch of parts from J&P Cycles. When I placed the order, everything was in stock. I waited a week and contacted customer service to see what was going on. They told me that international orders ship out when everything is available. I was pretty upset and told them that unless their company moved out of the USA, it is not international. The next day, part of my order shipped out, but I am still waiting for the rest of the parts.
I contacted customer service again on February 1st and was told that the part I was waiting for was still not available and wouldn't be until February 11th. I was pretty frustrated at this point and told them to cancel the order and that I wanted to speak to a supervisor. I gave them my phone number and was told that I would receive a call soon. However, I still haven't received a call. Instead, I checked my email and saw that my order had shipped out. I contacted customer service again and was told that they would send me a shipping return label. I made it clear that I wanted my money back and that the part better not touch my property since the order was cancelled.
I am now waiting to see how long it takes to get my money back and if the package shows up. I am so disappointed in J&P Cycles that I want a refund for my gold membership. I would rather pay double the price than buy another thing from J&P Cycles. Their customer service is terrible and they don't seem to care about their customers.

I also asked if I would receive a confirmation, and was told that I would receive it within an hour.
The next day, I still had not received any confirmation. I decided to call J&P Cycles again and asked to speak to a manager. I was frustrated and wanted to know why it was taking so long to receive a part that was in stock. The manager took my information and placed me on hold. When he returned, he informed me that the item had been shipped a few hours ago. I asked why I had not received a receipt or confirmation, and he blamed it on the system. I recently purchased a set of Parelli tires for my Yamaha R6 from J&P Cycles. I was pleasantly surprised when the tires arrived at my doorstep in just three days. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I took the front tire to the dealership to have it installed. The tire cracked along the bead while on the tire machine. I immediately contacted J&P Cycles and they were quick to send me a shipping label and promised to send me replacements as soon as I dropped off both tires at UPS.
The next day, I checked online to see if there was any update on my order, but there was no change. When I called J&P Cycles, the woman I spoke with informed me that the person I spoke to the previous day no longer worked there. After going back and forth with her, I decided to request a refund. I made the request on a Tuesday, but when I called back on Thursday, they claimed they had not received the tires yet, even though my tracking number showed they had arrived on Wednesday.
Finally, on Friday, someone acknowledged that they had received the tires and promised to refund my money. However, when I received the refund on Saturday, it was only for one tire. I called J&P Cycles again and was told that because there was damage to the tire, they had to send it back to the factory, which could take "a few months" to hear back. They also informed me that I would not receive the rest of my money until they heard back from the factory.
At this point, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with J&P Cycles. I spent $140 on the front tire and it seems like I may never get that money back. I will never use J&P Cycles again and would not recommend them to anyone.
Terrible Experience with J&P Cycles: Missing Parts, Rude Customer Service, and Refund Issues
I had a really bad experience with J&P Cycles. I ordered some items from them but unfortunately, they were missing some parts. I had to pay for the shipping to send the items back to them because they couldn't send me a shipping label. I shipped it out on May 25 and according to the UPS tracking notification, it was delivered to J&P Cycles on June 2. However, when I spoke to the customer service manager on June 18, he said that they never received it. I know that's a lie because the tracking notification said it was delivered.
The customer service manager was really rude and unhelpful. He even questioned whether I actually put the items in the box. I mean, what kind of company says that to a customer? I told him to ask the employee who opened the box. But he didn't want to help me because it was a Friday night and it was late. He said that exactly to me.
I sent them an email that morning but they didn't respond, so I had to go onto the online service chat to get help. And even then, I had to track down any help. It's really frustrating because on their website, customer service is supposed to be a top priority. But clearly, that department needs improvement.
The customer service manager was a con artist. He tried to keep my refund from me. I had to fight for it. It's really disappointing because I thought J&P Cycles was a good company. But I guess I was wrong. I'm never ordering from them again. I suggest you find a more honest company that respects its customers.
I would like to say the manager's name but I'll just leave his initials DR. I hope J&P Cycles takes this review seriously and improves their customer service. It's really important to treat your customers with respect and honesty.
Misleading Shipping Time: My Disappointing Experience with J&P Cycles
I recently made an order on J&P Cycles website for a HCI 105 polo style half helmet on May 2, 2019. Unfortunately, I did not receive any email confirmation or updates regarding the status of my package. After waiting for 6 business days, I decided to give them a call to inquire about my order. I spoke with a head supervisor named Amy who informed me that the website states that the package usually takes 2 to 4 business days to ship. However, I explained to her that six business days had already passed and I had not received my package yet.
Amy further stated that they were not sure when they would receive the package from the vendor. She promised to do overnight shipping when they finally receive the product. This means that I might have to wait for well over 12 business days to receive my package. This is where the misleading and false advertisement comes into play. The problem I have with J&P Cycles is that they lie to their customers about their ship time, making people think they will get the package within 2 to 4 business days when in reality, they do not even have the product to ship out. They are unsure as to when they will even get the product from the vendor since they do not have it in stock.
If J&P Cycles does not have an item in stock, they should at least state it somewhere on their website where people can see and know that it might take a month for them to get their package. I am disappointed with their service and will never order a single item from this company ever again. I will also tell every one of my friends to never order a product from here unless they want to wait two weeks to a month to get their product.
Disappointed with J&P Cycles' Customer Service: A Cautionary Tale
I recently ordered a set of H-D tires from J&P Cycles. However, I quickly realized that the Load Range was too low for my H-D, even though the site showed them to be the correct fitment. I tried calling Customer Service, but nobody was available. So, I called Sales to have them change the order, but they told me that the order was already in "customer service" and that I would have to call back the following day.
The next day, I contacted Customer Service at their opening hour on Sunday and tried to change the order. However, the agent found my request too complex, so I asked her to cancel my original order. She said she did and was emailing the "warehouse". I asked her for an email confirmation, but she refused. So, I followed up with an email to CS that explained everything and noted that I would re-order once the original was cancelled.
I received a reply from "Joni" who verified that the order was cancelled by return email and that it may take several days to receive a credit. However, two hours later, I received a shipping confirmation that the original order had been partially shipped, with only one of the two tires.
If the tire(s) show up from UPS, I will refuse the order and send the entire mess to my credit card carrier, along with J and P's emails.
While I have no doubt that the company means well, there remains no excuse for the amateur level of customer service. I was disappointed with the lack of communication and the difficulty in changing my order. I hope that J&P Cycles can improve their customer service in the future, as it is an important aspect of any business. I would caution others to think twice before buying from J&P Cycles.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with JPCycles: A Gold Club Member's Review
This company used to be a real good one to deal with, but they've lost their way. I've been a gold club member since 2017 and starting in June of 2020 did a complete rebuild from the crank up of my 00 FXDWG. I've spent thousands of dollars in the past six months or so with them. Most recently I bought a wiring harness which they sent prebroken, like being in the Corps right? It's an easy fix, send a new harness and I'll cut out the bad relay, wire in the new and return the defective part and unused parts as well...
Anyhow, after four hours of calling, holding, transfering, sent to Kuryakyn, sent back to JPcycles, more holding, more transfering and finally a supervisor they refuse to send a new kit until I spend hours jacking up my bike, removing the rear wheel removing the entire harness (as opposed to the defective part) and sending the entire thing back to wait for it to be received at wich point they would send another, hopefully functioning harness. Meanwhile, I can spend a couple hours to reinstall my rear wheel so I can ride only to have to jack up the bike again remove the rear wheel again to install the new harness and reinstall the wheel for her a third time.
All this inconvenience to me so that a gold club member from 2017 who has spent thousands of dollars this year alone doesn't short shift JPcycles by not returning the part that would probably cost them less than 40 bucks if I was indeed a person of low morals. This is why I will not renew my membership and will only buy from JPcycles as a last resort. It's a real shame because I used to love this company and their products, but now they've really let me down. I hope they can get their act together and start treating their customers with the respect they deserve.
Terrible Experience with J&P Cycles - Would Not Recommend!
I recently had a bad experience with J&P Cycles and I would not recommend them to anyone. My husband ordered a Mustang Seat for my bike as a 25th Anniversary gift on August 9, 2016. We were told that the seat was in stock and that it would be delivered in 3-4 days. However, on August 15, 2016, we still had not received the seat and my husband began checking daily on the status of the order.
He spoke with many customer service reps and was even told that the issue would be referred to a supervisor, but no one ever got in touch with us and the seat was never received. Our anniversary came and went on August 20, and still no seat. After arguing with customer service, we found out that the seat was actually not in stock and was pending vendor arrival with no known delivery date. Needless to say, we cancelled our order.
I would not recommend doing business with J&P Cycles. They do not provide current valid information to their customer service department and the CSRs do not listen effectively to get to the bottom of an issue. Today, August 20, I spent about 15 minutes asking customer service if the seat was in stock as they told me today. If so, why does the order confirmation say "Pending Vendor Arrival"? The CSR finally acknowledged the conflict after I asked that question 3 times. It took us 5 days and repeatedly asking the same question to get to the bottom of this issue.
I believe that J&P Cycles was misleading in hopes that the seat would arrive from the vendor before the truth of the matter came to light. They cannot be trusted and I would not recommend them to anyone.
Warranty on wire cable set
I ordered a chrome braided wiring set for my 2008 HD. Less than 90 days and the clutch cable snapped. Called and spoke to customer support and was advised it was under warranty for a year and they would send out another one within 48 hours. Now, it has been a week and we have not received anything. Called again to see what the status was. We are now being told that we would have to pay for a whole new set, uninstall the old one, send it back and request a refund. For a simple wire that is supposed to be under a one year warranty? I am not sure how a warranty would require the purchase of the product again. It is very disappointing because J&P came highly recommended to us.
Desired outcome: I would like for the warranty to be validated and just replace the wire.
Incorrect value declared - will not take responsibililty!
I ordered a set of tires from J&P Cycles. Tires cost USD405.98 and I paid in full with UPS international shipping. When they arrived, UPS said that J&P Cycles had declared the value of the tires to be USD752.23 instead - that is almost twice the real value. I therefore had to pay needless extra taxes on them. UPS indicated that they would review and refund the extra paid if J&P Cycles indicated that they had made a mistake on their value declaration.
When I contacted J&P Cycles and explained the situation and requested that they correct the value with UPS, one Jessica M. replied and did not even take responsibility for the error, and provided some jibberish answer which avoided the issue entirely. No offer of assistance whatsoever was made to correct the value with UPS. On the possibility that she did not understand the issue, I tried explaining the situation again, pointing out again the correct invoice value, and the value which UPS said J&P had declared them to be - the latter figure being clearly arbitrary, wrong and false, and requested for their assistance to correct the figure with UPS. One Paige F. replied and again did not answer the issue, take responsibility for the error, nor offer any assistance to contact UPS to correct the value declaration. The response from Paige F. was also curt.
The problem could have been easily solved if they just contacted UPS to indicate that they had made a mistake on the value declaration. They simply refused. I was therefore left in the lurch by this seller - J&P Cycles - and their two customer service officers, Jessica M and Paige F who provided no customer service at all. Regret ordering from them.

Shipping of my order
I have bought several items over the last 2 or 3 years. Usually good service but this time terrible. I went online and chatted with one of their Representatives and he told me that if I ordered today (a Monday) and purchased their Riders Plus package (~$60), my package would go out fast with expedited shipping. I asked the REP if the 2 day shipping meant getting it out their door and he said "No it will be to you in 2 days". I look up the tracking of my package today only to find out it's going to get here too late for a ride I have planned for this weekend. They took my $60 for the RPM membership too. Poor customer service and after reading some online reviews here, it appears I am not alone.

Will never buy from J&P Cycles ever again!!
Purchased some motorcycle parts from J&P Cycles and paid over $200 for everything. I received the wrong order and contacted customer service about the exchange. They said ok and asked me to send the wrong order back. I did as they said and the next day noticed another charge for who knows what! They took extra $300 from me without my permission!
I contacted J&P Cycles right away and they claimed it was an accident and promised to refund. About a week later I decided to contact them again, because there was still no sign of my order and my money. They did not reply.
So I left a message asking them to cancel my order. Later I finally received a reply and the promised to refund the whole amount. Three weeks passed already and still nothing!
Unacceptable!
I have ordered 10 parts from J&P Cycles website and was supposed to receive my items in two days. Week passed and nothing arrived so I decided to contact J&P Cycles customer service. Later I received a message that everything I have ordered was no longer in stock! I asked them to cancel my order and they said that was not possible. Then I asked about the refund and they replied the same thing. After that they stopped replying to my messages and I never received anything. Terrible experience, keep away from this place!
Will not stop emailing me. Asked them to remove me from the website a number of times.
Wish I would of read all these reviews before placing my order. I was looking for a riding jacket in a 2xl. Everywhere was sold out EVERYWHERE. But then I come across j&p who says they have it in stock and will ship in 5to 7 days so ok in place the order and two weeks go by and order still hasn't even shipped so last week I call them and the lady tells me "were waiting on one that's being shipped to us and should be here in a couple of days"? Ok so I ask why would they have one shipped to them to ship to me if it was in stock and said 5 to 7 days. So she says she doesn't know but that there website now says 4 to 6 WEEKS! I say "excuse me, are you telling me you won't send my order for 4 to 6 WEEKS"? She says no no we have one on the way and will ship to you in a day or two I'm just telling you if you were to order now there's a 4 to 6 week wait period. ? I say ok and wait until Monday still no order shipped so I call them again I explain the situation to the guy and he tells me it's a 4 to 6 week wait that icon is on backorder. I said how can you be on back order when it says in stock. He says well the website sometimes let's you order out of stock items. Well that's funny because Iv never seen that before so then I bring up that they said it would be shipped in 5 to 7 days and he tells me "well that's just an estimated time frame " excuse the f*** out of me? I have never ever heard this before. I ask him "so your company doesn't stand by what you tell your customers? He tells me, well I didn't make the website. So I tell them I want them to cancel my order and put the money back on my card so he tells me it's going to be about 5 business days beforw my money is refunded so I ask to speak to a manager who then tells me they never charged me even though my bank statement says different and I have an email stating I was CHARGED $250. I guess we will see what happens. I will never ever do business with this company again
Impossible to cancel already placed orders
