Hi Japan, I'm writing this second time as I tried to buy a car two times from japan but unfortunately both times I had a big loss. This time its about JPCTrade who sold car to me with false information after asking them lot of times is car is good to go, everytime he (TETSU) told me everything is alright and you don't have to worry about it and another thing I found this car through Tradecarview.com who I thought are genuine and will take responsibility of everything as they do lot of advertisements and have on their website too but even they are not doing any kind of help except saying dealer is cooperative.
Car have scratches, (have to change battery, alternative, shocker leaking which so far cost me around $850), Crack on dashboard, electric button not working for windows, camera is all black and other little things so if i want to repair all this it will cost me a lot and which will cost me a lot more than a car price if I buy in New Zealand and other thing dealer keep asking me your car is cheaper so that's why it's cheap and have this problems, but I want to say I purchased from Japan because it's NZ$1000 cheaper but after finding all these things it cost me way more than the car price in New Zealand but I like to have proper solution like some compensation not $250 off from my next purchase from them which I'm never going to buy again from them and maybe from Japan as both times I found cheater and liars in your country.
I hope I will receive some positive response from you.
Thanks
What that means don't have sufficient budget?
You guys had said everything is fine in car after asking you guys lot of time and I trusted you guys cuz I heard Japanese are good in business but you guys cheated me

Hi, I would never deal with them again, I could have bought here in nz cheaper, im 80 years of age and suffer from dementia, i told daniel that and asked him to help me..[ for the purchase of a car that was competivily priced]..he was very efficient in his replies..], so i made an error in agreeing to his recomendation...never again with JPC
Further to the above I took delivery of the cat 4 car yesterday, to get compliance of the car i [it arrived with 4 bald tyres and a dud battery] and that was just the start, it was a 2007 nissan cima V8 done 118, 000 kms, bits were missing on it, no gearshift knob, renew steering bushes left front bushes and the list goes on and on it now owes me over $9000 nz dollars the oil never showed up on the dipstick and was like treacle when drained.the service record showed no servicing done ever..I hope others read this so as they are very careful who they deal with in japan
I did deal 2 times with them..1 times they took some of my item out of the car, second time i bought a 11 bars Nissan leaf and they confirmed but they got me one with 8 bars..all they did was apologized..never trust them...
on the car i purchased 2007 nissan cima cat 4 it was a dog ill loose $4000 on it when i complained they admitted i was duped and they fired the salesman but not offered any compensation. if they were a NZ company i would take them to court, , NEVER DEAL WITH THEM.
