I don't want these guys bothering me with their flyers that say I won something but don't have any details. I'm sick of dishonest businesses and their shady ways. Take me off your mailing list, then go away and leave me alone! Your Volkswagen dealership in Billings MT 59104 and West Billings 59101 is terrible and your misleading ads are awful. I'll never do business with you, ever!

I got a mailer from Volkswagen of Billings that said I won $12,000 cash. I called the number and they said I won and to come to the dealership with my driver's license. When I got there, they checked my mailer and gave me a $2 lottery ticket. They tried to sell me a car too. The mailer didn't say anything about needing to buy something to win. It just said to match three dice. But at the dealership, they had a wall of numbers that seemed to be the real way to win. The mailer was misleading. They took my mailer, but I took a picture first.

Me and my fam drove 4 hours to check out Volkswagen of Billings on 5/11/22. We got there and everyone was smiling and we went for a quick test drive. Then I gave *** my approval for financing and he said that the price wasn't right, they usually upcharge $12,000.00 for every car they sell. I was like, what? I printed it off of my approval website and their website had the same price listed for the car, which my husband noted was already up $3000+ from the Volkswagen website. When I asked what they paid for the car *** got really mad and rude. He said they couldn't give me the car for that price but could get close to the payment amount. Then he asked for my social and wrote it down on a piece of paper. I wasn't sure what he was doing because I already had my preapproved financing paperwork. But now I know they ran my credit and I have three hard inquiries! I never said they could do that and I won't let them do it to someone else. Maybe they thought they could trick me because I have *** skin? I don't know why they thought it was ok but it's not. Shame on you Volkswagen Billings!

IT TOOK 18 DAYS TO FIX MY CAR AND I WAS LEFT WITHOUT TRANSPORTATION FOR THAT ENTIRE TIME. THE COMMUNICATION WAS POOR AND I WAS GIVEN INACCURATE INFORMATION ABOUT THE COST OF THE REPAIRS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RIMROCK VOLKSWAGEN TO ANYONE.
