The online customer service was so rude and disrespectful. They're are closing my account for fraud but I haven't had any problems with chase. This was my one account I was able to use to spend money with and I would please like for my account to be recovered. This has been such a downer on my day and I no longer can buy things online. I would like to speak to the highest person in charge of Chase because this isn't right.

What happened is about a week and a half two weeks ago I started applying for a couple of loans because my mother was in a crisis and I've never applied for credit really and I've never had owed anybody and you text back credit card debt are student loans so what I did is I started building my account my credit a little bit and I have a direct deposit because I'm on Social Security Disability I am 100% disabled and I have an account with Chase and they didn't represent me properly and they turned me into a culprit and they let the people that got into my bank get to me and harass me and threaten me and say things to me and then what they did because of the suspicious activity that they are allowed and what happened to me if they have they turned me into by the culprit they turn into like I was doing something wrong with my bank and they shut Bank down they locked me out of it and I called them up I tried to request while I thought they locked her out the people that did the information they were still in was my information and they were trying to use my own Grant against me and against people called me and it was during a time when there was a couple of things that they had asked me to do they asked me to go to another bank that they told me they could send me a parcel of my my loan Chase allow them to get into my account they allowed them to harass me and make me become victimized and then Chase turn me into a culprit but they just shut my countdown fried me and they listen to the people on the other end that never knew me and all of a sudden they listening to them about my account so they lock me up and they're not doing nothing to the real corporate corporate problem people like a people that they allowed to talk crap about me first I was doing great my credit score is fine and everything next thing you know Chase closes my account because I'm not cooperating with these people that wanted to pressure me and use me to submit to send money different places out of a corporate Holdings share of a bank in people's annuities and people's taxes in money in properties and all that stuff they use me against the bank in the bank allowed it and then they made me look like I did something wrong and shut my bank down and I want to complain about Chase because I'm just a little guy all I do is get a cup a little over $1, 000 most the time I'm on sometimes I get a little extra sometimes I get a little more but what's your time it's only about a thousand and I depended on them and then they turn me into like I did something really wrong when I'm just I don't know much about Banking and I think if they looked into what just recently happened in when they closed my account they would see a timeline and they could read into these people that were threatening me and them and using me as bait and then locking me out of my account making me feel like I did something to chase into anybody how dare you chase you made me feel like I did something very wrong I'm going to report you all the way until I get satisfaction you hurt my heart I work hard to have a good account I never did anything wrong to you and you did this to me and you listen to the guys that are the funny people that can sway my credit scores and everything else and you're dreaming Jackman and you turn me into a problem instead of protecting me from the problems that were created by outside that's why I would love to report you to the Better Business Bureau because you to my satisfaction you treated me like I did something wrong and you did exactly what the people that you manipulating me and you guys allowed them to hurt me and overnight all over night by Shatter Me overnight I never did you wrong I never did these people wrong LOL now you guys made me feel like I hurt somebody you guys are
I just wanted to thank them because I'm the last one who heard about my own bank account closing and I've got money supposed to be coming in before the 31st step got another Grant and Loan supposed to be coming to me and overnight my bank account imagine that why Chase would allow someone to ruin me overnight when I've worked so hard and everybody and you can look at how everything was good and all of a sudden it just crashed I didn't do nothing someone on your energy let them turn me into a fool you locked me out of the account and that's why I'm complaining all the way up to the top manipulated me because of my arrogance have any laws
tattered and torn american flag and missing finial at franklin, new jersey branch.
I posted this to Facebook: I drove by a local bank and saw this and a photo of a tattered American Flag and missing Finial and wrote their corporate office. They wrote back Hi. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We certainly understand that the American flag should not be flown in this condition. We'll make sure to send a message to the Manager...

Your branch at 3450 Commercial St. SE in Salem Oregon has installed a new ATM that only takes one check at a time for deposit. I have a small business and bring in about 15 checks per week for deposit. The time it takes to deposit one check at a time makes this machine useless to me. I will be taking my checks inside for your staff to deposit which is inefficient for all concerned. Can you install a machine at this branch that can take multiple checks, which other Chase banks in Salem have?

I am not a Chase Bank user but I have been using this atm for over 5 years.Today I entered $300 on my Visa card and paid the extra fee.The atm took my money an said that we are not able to give you cash right now.I talked to the bank manager and was told to file a dispute with my credit card, he would not help me. My card says that this will take up to 45 days to resolve.I cannot pay my rent and will be charged an extra $50 for late payment
chase mortgage
I have been trying for 8 months to have my loan transferred to my exwife per court order. I have gotten nothing but a run around. I've been told they will send me papework, then the next person saying they can't do it. Then when I say I'm filing a complaint they say, oh yeah, there are ways we can work with you and we'll send you the neccessary paperwork only to never get anything. I am ready to file an official complaint with consumer protection and the AG's office in Massachusetts for deceptive practices. I have been with Chase for 23 years only to get treated like this. They flat out refused to allow us to do any government programs and now the HARP program has run out.

Led to believe for bed unts of money that I was behind this was actually tacked on to the end of Malone and Aleen was placed on the title them up property such that it was very difficult for me to refinance my home.
I'm still not certain about how the part a colpany called NOVAD is involved with the scheme
Glad I realized that I would have that probly died before I ever paid off my house.
very unprofessional behavior
I was thinking to open an account with this bank, but when I knew that some worker ( Mortgage underwriter, Angela F. King - location, Downers grove IL). Uses her position as and underwriter to spy on her Boyfriend account and check every move or purchase he does. And have her supervisor cooperate with this behavior and for to feel she has the power to do whatever she wants.
It violates people's privacy. No matter is you work there it shouldn't give you the right to spy on people's accounts with personal motives. Please Chase bank, control your people, so it doesn't became a drama this type of situation. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
repaying overdraft from outside the usa
While my daughter was living in New York, I was very satisfied with the service from Chase. Now she is back in London, I wanted to use up the remaining funds I had in my account (about $600). Unfortunately in the last credit card payment I made, I overdrew by $17 because I had not checked exactly how much was left.
This has now amounted to $29.28 because of the overdraft fee. I realise this is my own fault but I have had such trouble trying to pay it back.I must have phoned the collection department 5 times already (at my own expense)
1) for some reason, you don't accept a simple transfer from my bank here in England. The collections department told me I had to get a money order. We agreed that this would not arrive until 24th June because post from Uk to USA takes 7-10 working days
2) my daughter then suggested that, to save me time going to the post office, she would pay it using Zelle and her own Chase account . But this was rejected on 15th May because you had by then closed the account, even though I had agreed with the collections department that the money would not arrive till the 24th
3) in desperation, I did go to the post office but they only do postal orders and it appears you don't accept that either
So I have now put 30 dollars in an envelope and sent it to the address Collections told me along with my account number [protected] [protected].
I am assuming this will be the end of the matter but I can't be the only person who experiences frustration at the system
Yours

credit card abuse, discrimination
I have been with Chase Bank more than 15 years. I had excellent credit with Chase credit card until my husband passed away.
My husband died on 2015, and only the last payment of the Chase Credit Card wasn't payed.
I call the Chase Bank costumer service and given them the probate court number, so they can collect the amount from the probate court in Florida as the Law provide.
Instead to follow the normal and lawful procedures and claim the amount due from the probate in Florida, the Chase Bank start with some unreasonable, inexplicable and extremely discrimination actions.
Chase Bank send a letter to my address, that explain that I am dead. I wasn't home and my family opened the letter and they passed by enormous stressfull situation.
I called Chase Bank and explained that I was alive and give them again and again all the necessary information to get in contact with the probate in Florida and claim the money that was owned to Chase credit card.
Again Chaise Bank didn't followed the normal lawful procedures, and continue with the harassment and discrimination.
I spent days and days on the phone whith Chase Bank customer service trying to resolve the incredible discriminatory, unlawfully, bulling situation, without any results. Chase Bank explained to me that they will not negotiate with me any plan to pay the credit card, and again I, the widow was discriminated and harassed.
I started to receive letters from different companies that Chase Bank had sold my debt, without informing me, without my knowledge, without notify me. Chase Bank didn't even try to collect the due amount from the probate of my late husband.
Chase Bank refuse to contact the probate in Florida, because the Credit Card amount would been payed immediately. They decided to start charging me a huge interests. Chase Bank decided to charging late fees, exorbitant interest charges instead to collect the money from the probate.
Chase Bank didn't even try to negotiate some payment plan with me or to propose a settlement instead they preferred to discriminate me, and harass me with different colections agencies.
Chase Bank didn't follow the normal lawful procedures to collect the amount from my husband probate. Instead of that they choose to discriminate, bulling me, harassing me the widow.
Chase Bank had distroyed significantly damaging my Credit that I have build for so many years.
I lost all my points that I have never used.
Chase Bank didn't follow the lawful procedures to collect the due amount from my husband probate. They didn't even contacted me for a settlement. Chase Bank have just sold my debt to third party and destroyed years of my work to create an excellent Credit.
I always have been an excellent costumer to Chase Bank but apparently they didn't wanted to resolve amicably and lawfully the situation.
With all those extremely discriminatory, harassment, bulling actions Chase Bank destroy my credit rating and also my life and my life style, they discriminate me.
This company is blatantly violated my consumer rights and this entry must be Deleted from my credit report immediately.
For all extremely discriminative, bulling situation created by Chase Bank, I am requesting to be compensate for all the damages that I am suffering as a widow, woman and American citizen.
The amount that I propose for an amicable settlement with Chase Bank is 350, 000.00 USD and they should reestablish my credit report and credit rating to excellent as it was before this discriminatory situation, return all my point that I had earned and never used.

Case denied my claim of fraudulent charges. Someone hacked my account and withdrew all of my money. Chase does not protect and keep consumers funds safe as they state and although FDIC insured does not return stolen money to members? So sad, so confused, so hurt as a single mom I do not have but one income and the money stolen from me took a big hit on my finances. I had to close my account with chase and it doesn't feel good. I'm so in shock that I didn't get the protection that I deserve and was supposed to be given from a FDIC insured bank.

My condo was destroyed by Hurricane Irma in September of 2017. I sit here in April of 2019 waiting for the insurance check which Chase incorrectly mailed to my prior home address when every other Chase document has come to my new address. Thank goodness my neighbor saw the FedEx envelope and is forwarding it or Lord knows how much longer I would have to wait for your utterly incompetent organization to send me my check? Are you going to reimburse my neighbor for his time and postage? This is just the final piece of ridiculous incompetence displayed during this entire process.
I have had to pay out of pocket for the remaining repairs to get the condo habitable again. My insurance company released funds to Chase back in February. Inspections with the insurance company and lots of documentation were necessary to get those funds. Chase is not my insurance company. Why should 2 more inspections with Chase and an 8-10 page form packet be necessary to receive the funds? I was never told about a 90% complete rule or I would not have scheduled the inspections when I did. So Chase neglected to fully inform me of the inspection process, wasted my time with 2 inspections on 3/5 and 4/1, and I still do not have my funds. Will Chase reimburse me for lost interest in my bank accounts for the $16K that Chase has held onto since February?
I will seriously be looking to switch mortgage companies and never do business with Chase again.

I have power of attorney of my brother's bank account Steven Bayless which he is a Disabled Veteran.
I have spent numerous hours on the phone with yes Chase Bank which is just a waste of time.
My brother has an x-wife that has been illegally fraudulently taking money out of his account without his knowledge. I became power of attorney in 2/28/3019 to find out she has been withdrawing money, paying her credit card bills from the comfort of home online but the tip of the iceberg is he has been to the bank several times to make sure she Can't touch his ACCOUNT. When I became power of attorney I found she had paid a Charge card of hers 3 to 4 times within a 10 day period a total of 325.00 since he notified the bank.
1st they lied and said that he was an authorized user of the Synchoncy bank card she paid. I told them no he was not. If he was then why does it not show on his credit report? Then they told me when my brother closed her account that Synchancy Bank took the bill payment out of his account. Another lie...his checking account was not authorized to do that. When I had Marie Ann from the Fraud dept on the phone I said let me get Synchrony Bank on the phone which I did & Synchrony Bank said no they could not help as he was not a cardholder. So, of course, Chase said I must talk to Fraud dept at Synchoncy Bank & Synchrony Bank said I need to talk to Chase. So while I had them both on the phone I said all I want to know is who is going to handle this & how do I file fraud for money being taken out of my brother's account & have it placed back in his bank account. Both said they could not help me. This is just downright WRONG.
So what you are telling me Marie Ann that it is ok for someone to take money out of an account that is not authorized on their account. Chase said that he was on another account with this person. This is absurd.
I want the 325.00 placed back in my brother's account since he notified the bank. What is so hard about that. I need them to file fraudulent activity on Linda Gail Morgan she has illegally, fraudulently paid her credit card without his knowledge.
He is on a fixed income. I need your help.
Thanking you in advance,
Rella Sanders

Not that this is going to do anything because you guys have not worked with me nor have you done anything to help me. But I have been a customer of Chase Bank for 20 years. I put $15, 000 in cash into my car and $5, 000 as a trade-in, and for the $1, 000 that I've missed the past couple months for months to be exact you all will not even work with me you want everything you want the entire rest of the loan. I think it's disgraceful and disgusting are you guys treat your clients. I've tried for almost 2 weeks and every single person I've spoken to is either dead inside or just angry at the world. Side note nice job on the highway real creeps you got in there. it'd be nice if somebody human who's been through some kind of something could have called me and said listen will work with you we care about you but nobody did and now you think that taking my car with all that I put into it for $1, 000 and I'm just going to walk away and go here you go you're very wrong very very wrong. I will scream it from the rooftops you guys will be known to everyone how you treat the middleman. nice to know your CEO is worth 1.7 billion but the rest of America needs help every once in awhile so thanks. thanks for your excellent customer service thanks for your awesome patience thanks for your great way of working with regular America good job bravo Chase!
15 year account
After online discovery that $3000 had been moved from my savings to checking acct.
I immediately transferred the money back to savings then changed my user name and password. After which I called chase online phone number which was in India.
After speaking to 3 Indian representatives, including a supervisor, who all said I had to go to a local chase bank to get this straightened out, even though I lived half way around the world, and had been using online banking with chase for over 10 years, they said that made no difference.
At that point I asked to be connected to chase fraud division in America. I was connected with a gentleman at chase fraud USA who said the money was still in the account and that they has stopped a $1000 and a $200+ transfer from happening, so my money was safe.
At no point during any of this activity was I alerted by the bank, which I had setup account protection, for any transactions over $200
The gentleman I spoke with did not offer any assistance to secure or unlock my account, so that my automatic social security check and my Veterans disability checks would continue into that account, and so that the account remained accessible.
Instead he gave me another chase number to call during businesss hours, who he said would help setup a new online account. He also said that by doing so my direct deposit checks would not stop being accepted for just 30 days with the locked account, but would extent to 60 days, giving me an opportunity to contact Social Security and the Veterans Administration to change the direct deposit account number.
I followed his advice and was told chase would not open the online account which the gentleman from fraud said they would. Not only that, but chase has already started returning my direct deposit checks already. Not accepting them into the locked account for 30 days as I was told by the gentleman at fraud.
End result was they said they would send a check for the amount in the savings and checking to my home address.
Fortunately my 94 year old mother was a signed on the account and was physically able to get to a local chase bank to open a new account and move the $10, 000+ into the new account, she also took a 2 page power of attorney with her that I had drawn up by an attorney in 1982 which gave her the power to do absolutely anything in my name. The POA was refused by the bank. They later said the reason was in case I was ill or incapacitated it was not acceptable. Those issues are covered in my living will and have nothing to do with a power of attorney. I certainly received a lot of misinformation, which there is a much more fitting three letter word for.
I trusted this bank with a balance of over $20, 000 for almost 15 years and this is how I was repaid. The money is currently in the new account, but I guarantee it won't be there for long.
I will be extremely glad to share this anywhere on the internet at anytime with anyone.
Personally I believe they were hacked and didn't want to take the blame, so they covered it up as quickly as possible, but that's just my opinion.
Sincerely
Martin Skei
