title and registration application
Purchased a new RAM 2014 truck from Bill Luke in AZ with Lienholder JP Morgan Chase Bank, Ft. Worth, TX. Title and Registration Application was filled out via dealership as MVD Authorized Third Party dated 9/12/2014. To date we have not received a title to have this vehicle registered in Pennsylvania and the 90-day temporary tag expired on November 27. Recieved a letter from a Richel Sison, Title Research Representative with Chase indicated they only applied for the title on November 19, 2014 which has caused a huge inconvenience due to not have a current title and registration and no temporary tab. The Chase customer service telephone number [protected] is in the Phillipeans and unable to help or provide a United State telephone number to get this issue resolved immediately. Automobile Dealership and JP Morgan Chase are in the business of seller vehicles and loan to make a profit but do not provide adequate customer service to the consumer who has purchased a new vehicle and is paying on a loan but unable to drive vehicle due to lack of processing of paperwork.

Account closure for no reason
All of my personal accounts and credit cards have been closed without reason and nobody at chase will provide me a reason. I have been banking with then for over 10 years, never defaulting and pay timely and my accounts are always in the positive. I am ready to join a class action lawsuit, people don't be violated like this and it appears to be discrimination purely, from so many other posts I have read. Whoever has legal action, process filed, or other relevant course of action ongoing, pending or in docket or otherwise the same (upset) and ready to sue them let's get together. Post an attorney name for the action if one is present for this, if not, let's get an attorney on-board and file-up this class action right away.
Utmost, how can chase get so much of our tax dollars for bailout when they were ready to go under and they would have; now as a reflection they just damage consumers’ lives? All my affairs that were in order are destroyed for my finances and family.
If you close your account with them early, you are charged an "early termination fee", if they close your accounts (at any time, for any reason), it is ok for them to do that. Hmmmmm, that is just a kicker to get on up to congressional hearing about all this. And banking might be a consumer business but it does not offer tangible real goods in exchange for tender-so they can't just say they can turn you away as a customer (it is not the same and shouldn't be and consumer rights prove this). Finally, they offshore most of the jobs nowadays and form my experience, they are all mostly uneducated and don't know the banking rules or policies or account info. In general, and if I call 3 different times, I will get 3 different answers and whoever says what is standing, even though they are wrong and I have to spend hours to correct this-my point, chase gets all this bailout, hires and expands offshore and makes even more money, reduces their own employees benefits and pay-why was there all this bailout lingo and in the end they do not create these jobs in usa after we have bailed them out. Think about that and if they are structured offshore, then they are an offshore company, which we have funded a company with reckless and greedy banking scheme that drowned this country into financial turmoil and then they just structure everything offshore and worse for no good reason they just close accounts on the very people who bailed them out. Attorney-class action lawsuit-atty/firm-"cla" let's get this ball rolling. The people in india and philippines make decisions and there is no recourse because its’ not on us soil, do you get it yet. This has to be stopped.
automatic stop payment did not work
I told chase bank to stop an automatic payment for me, they charged me $30. 00 for it, and they took it out of my account the next day i did it, the stop charge was going to be for a company that wanted me to pay $99. 00 for something that i did not agree, long story short i called the bank to asked if everything was set up they said yes. Tuesday morning i check my balance, and the company that i did not want them to charge me the $99. 00 they did take the money out, so the $30. 00 that i paid to chase bank it wasn't even worth it, because they did not do anything, they charged me for nothing, this is unacceptable, so now i have a charge on my account for the $30. 00 and also the $99. 00.
Chase has been fined not millions but billions, with a b, of dollars for fraud. If you had done your homework, you would know they are crooks. I don't feel sorry for any bank customer that gets s c r e w e d over by Chase. It's an established fact that they rip people off for a living.
treated unfairly
Chase is one of the worst companies you can work for. Employees are treated unfairly, disrespected on a regular basis and management especially the District manager Diana does not do a thing to help her district, Employees are afraid to speak up due to risk of termination. Again this is not a company worth working for.

I have had two months when Chase tried to fabricate late payments, for the fee and to upgrade the account to a higher interest rate. I have a bill payer program and the payment was due on the 3rd, and the program mailed on the 29th, and delivered on the 2nd. Chase posted on the 6th, a Monday. Watch out for this flim-flam….They finally waved the late fee but I had to talk to a manager and then still got run around…
I have applied to re-finance six times. I have perfect credit. Each time they made up some false reason and let the application expire. I know this same scam was exposed by Bof A...why haven't I heard anyone exposing Chase for the money grubbing practices that they are doing?
Crappy employees who pull scheme behind doors. No trust in the banking of chase. Employees have poor customer service.
This is the crappy bank i ever had, if you are a student, dont ever put your money to this bank. My family transfer me some money to pay my school, and because i didnt know about this crappy bank system, Chase held the money almost for 10 consecutive days... This cause me late to pay my tuitions and the charge me some interest. Well just becareful where you put your money, and learn from my experience
Chase took 702 out of my chase account saying that my ex husband
and I owed washington mutual money back in 2004.
they will not give it back to me and i have lost my job. please
tell me what to do.

This is the most ridiculous experience of my life. It was 9pm when I called Chase for an online issue. I was told it would be a two minute hold. I've since been on hold for 1 HOUR and 30 minutes. Yes, you see that right. I actually was able to take a shower during my time on hold. And I'm still on hold. Why bother at this point? I've actually curious how long they'll keep me on hold. Time for a new bank, apparently.
I was a victim of a phishing scam. A Microsoft look alike website popped up- its called scareware- telling me I needed to have anti virus program right away. BOTTOM LINE: Chase ruled in favor of federal criminals giving them my money as "I benefited from the transaction" ...outrageous!
CHASE IS BAD> GO ELSEWHERE FOR BANKING! Chase took over my bank, previously WaMu.
Another Chase rip off!
Credit card was under credit limit. Chase added a finance charge - put the account $9.00 over limit. Then they add a $39 over limit charge.
And they used our tax dollars.
May every employee of Chase have the same thing happen to them, repeatedly.
Card is now canceled and I will never ever do business with Chase in any way shape or form again!
Chase has reported me on line through all credit bureaus that I am deceased. PLEASE - check into this matter, as I am denied any sort of credit, until this information as been changed.

Initially had credit account with Providian, debt bought out by WAMU, then debt assumed by Chase. Account closed by Chase due to recent credit inquiry even though my credit score is well over 700. I have always paid my account on time and over the amt due. So is Chase going bankrupt or what? So sick of the recent credit card BS!
overdraft practices
I am on SSDI and have funds directly deposited as required. I used Chase as for I also have a son who I am rep payee and need to be able to transfer funds in another state. Anyway, the last two weeks I have left funds in bank to cover pending charges, I have had some fraud on my cc so I have been watching several times a day for pending charges and only covering those. I have left positive balance to do so. Last week, on a Thurs all my accounts where positive, I used ATM due to this, and still had a positive balance as of Friday. On Monday, they processed some auto withdraws for bills, which usually pend and not post immediiately, and obviously came in on Monday, but posted them first, making all of my charges from the previous Thurs/ Fri overdrawn even though they where pending all weekend leaving me still a positive balance. Then last night they did the same thing. My funds from the fraud came in so I transfered out of that account into a secure attached account to be sure that more charges would not try to hit illegally. There was a pending 25 credit card fee I left funds to cover. Actually I could not even withdraw this 25 because it was pending.. So this morning two other card payments ( I think I hit to pay the same card twice so instead of one payment two came out, my mistake) but they took those two out prior even though they where not even pending at time I transfered funds out of the account yesterday and the $25 dollar one was and it was covered. Leaving me with three overdrafts instead of two since they took out the highest first. Where they not sued over this. It seems like if I have money in my account the always pend charges, but the minute I am low they hit the charges without pending, and they take highest even if not in order( last week was a four day difference) and fee me.

How can a bank of this size have their online banking site down for more than 24 hours? This is absurd.
I heard someone was trying to hack into the systems. So, if you called and spoke to a rep. they might have been a hacker trying to get your information.
unfair debt collection
my husband and I had an auto lease with Chase that was to conclude on June16th, 2014. My husband called to get the buyout amount, because we decided to purchase the vehicle, and mailed (uncertified, our mistake) a check. Without any notification either by USPS, email or phone, my husband placed a call to see why we hand’t received the title yet. Allegedly, the check had not been received by Chase, therefore the title was not released. To note, the check was not returned or cleared the bank, therefore, we placed a hold on the check. Our next option was to wire the payoff amount. It took approximately 2 weeks of back and forth phone calls to get the information in order to send the wire. The wire bounced back! After countless phone calls to the “Loan Specialists”, a second wire was sent and took 4 business days for them to post.
Our loan is now paid off and we are awaiting the title, however, when we questioned the “loan specialists” as to why we never received a phone call, or a paper statement, or an email they stated there were multiple attempts at trying to contact us via the phone but no one answered and they, by law, aren’t allowed to leave a message. They had no excuse when asked why they didn’t send a statement to notify us. Therefore, they stated because they never received payoff they rolled the lease over and we needed to pay the 2 months (july & August) that were delinquent. Again, we never received any paper statement after the final payment in June. When we finally paid off the vehicle, we had to include the additional 2 months payments in the total stating that it was our responsibility to have the car paid off. When my husband spoke to them 2 days ago, the logged showed that my husband was the one that was in constant communication with them to get this resolved.
money, cashiers check
Jennifer sorocco owes me money for helping her. Every attempt that
She has done has failed because I have to send money before I can get the cashiers check. She has a cashiers check for $75, 000 dollars.
Her bank needs $1, 500 in advance before the check can be sent to me.
I do not have that kind of money. She should be responsible and pay for this, not me. Chase bank, regions, bank of america, and capitol one banks are all like this. Jennifer is an independant business women, I am just some one who helped her out when she was in trouble.
No clue what you're trying to make a point
Are you hired under various companies? WTF always see you jerking around.
Don't pay. You are being scammed. Messages from the bank are fake. Jennifer is a man in Nigeria.

change in card and account
I got a letter saying that Chase is changing my MasterCard to a Visa. They never got my permission to do this. When I called, Pam G. told me it was already done and there was nothing I could do about it. When I was transferred to Johnny E., he said that it had not happened. When I spoke to Stefan P., he did absolutely nothing to assist me in getting the telephone number for the legal department at Chase. The entire conversation was filled with lies and no one addressed the really big problems with what Chase is summarily doing. They are summarily replacing their MasterCards with Visa cards and thus, changing not only the card type but also the account number. In the process, Chase is negatively impacting the credit card holders who are trying to demonstrate that they have good and STABLE credit behavior. In addition, Chase is negatively impacting the MasterCard holders because their automatic bill paying is not going to go through due to the change in type of card and account number. If a cardholder has recurring charges deducted each month from the MasterCard, those charges are not going to go through and the cardholders are going to be irreparably harmed. In addition, if the cardholder has their monthly MasterCard payment automatically paid out of their banking account or through a bill paying service, this will not happen any longer because the type of card and account number has changed. So the monthly payment will not be made on the Chase credit card and this will cause further irreparable harm to the cardholders by Chase. It is also going to cause severe emotional distress and harm to the cardholders. Lastly, it is going to cost the credit card holders loss of money as time equals money. I gave the customer representative some reasonable suggestions on how they should be handling this but of course, the customer representative did not accept any of the suggestions.

Pay your bill on time ay more than the minimun request a review of your finance charges and they just say they will look at it they wont lower it. I will write a bad review as often as I can maybe I will get bailed out !
After 30+ years with this credit card and a promise my rate would remain at a low prime+1% I was changed to 10%. My credit score is 800+ and I have never been late on any credit payment in my life. Chase could care less, they told me pay or cancel... So I will cancel and I hope they go down hard someday soon the way they treat thier customers.
Chase Credit card services intentionally sets up monthly payment deadlines to fall on a Sunday so that paper-mail is not delivered and payment scheduled through your bank's website are not delivered until Monday so that they can assess late fee. Big scam. BEWARE !
They call at least ten times a day and are extremely rude. They called every 15 minutes to 30 minutes demanding payment. I am a month late and had said that I already had one scheduled for the next day and still they call. I am extremely frustrated and don't think that this is legal. They should NOT be allowed to harass people like this. They have called so much that I am thinking of changing my phone number and hiring an attorney.
I am sadden to see that I am one of many who have experienced Chase's HORRIBLE customer service. My WaMu card switched their customers over to Chase and I have had nothing but problems with their customer service since then. You always get the same response.."I am sorry, but there is nothing I can do for you"..over & over again, no matter who you talk to. Who in this company CAN actually do something?!
WHY ARE CREDIT CARDS CHARGING FOR PHONE PAYMENTS WHEN USING AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM, THEY ARE TRYING TO CONTROL THE WAY BILLS ARE PD - THIS IS AN UNFAIR PRATICE.
I did not get a letter.Nothing.I had no balance due and I went to Wal-Mart and they said the card is no good.I called them up and the guy goes oh you have not used it for 8 months so we closed it.Thanks for telling me Chase. You don't use a card and they drop you are you kidding me...
I did not use my card for one year so they closed my account and did not even tell me...What idiots...I will never use Chase again for anything..
MVQ * YOURSAVINGSCLUB- DEDUCTING 1.00 EACH MONTH, THEN CREDIT CARD COMPANY CHARGING ME A PURCHASE INTEREST CHARGE OF ABOUT $26.00 PER MONTH.
i CALLED THE PHONE NUMBER FOR THE ABOVE THIRD PARTY. tHEY REFERRED ME TO GO TO THIS WEBSITE TO COMPLAIN.
I DID A BALANCE TRANSFER A T A LOW RATE WITH CHAse and when it was over they hiked my rate up to 21.24% and they refuse to lower it even though i have excellent credit. they are the worst company ever and as soon as I pay off my balance I will never use them again.
checking / saving
Received a check as a graduation gift and tried to deposit it on June 1st. I was told that it would be a week until my funds were ready, waited two weeks and saw none of my money so I visited the branch. Apparently they were unable to contact the maker of the check because they had been trying the wrong phone number and when given the correct one, they still continued trying the wrong one. I asked the maker of the check to visit the branch to verify his identity, but it was “confidential”, he left a copy of his I.D. and his *CORRECT* phone number. Still, no one called him. Savings account was closed, card was cancelled, and I had no access to *ANY* of my money. Not only the check that I had tried to deposit, but also my previous funds, so I had no way of eating until given an ATM card days later. At this point it had been a month since I deposited the check. It was suggested that I ask the maker to cancel the check and instead give me a money order, but upon contacting his bank he realized the money had been withdrawn from his account on June 2nd. (A month ago). I threatened to bring my attorney into this and that's when it finally seemed like anyone began *TRYING* to help me. The maker was contacted by my banker and the fraud department, his identity was verified, and I was told that I would have the money deposited into my account in the next 48 hours. Waited three days, still nothing. Visited the branch again, possibly for the 10th time in the last month and a half, and was told it would be another 48 hours. Waited four days: nothing. Two days ago, it was deposited. It's nice to know that it takes them nearly a month and a half to deposit a check. I have been utterly patient, kind, and understanding while waiting for *MY* money to be given to me. What angers me the most is that for whatever reason, Chase thought it would be a good idea to withdraw the money from my uncle's account but refuse to give it to me, merely to "prevent fraud." Well, that's fraud. He didn't write the check for Chase, but it was still taken and held onto for much longer than necessary.

never received funds
Chase decided to close my account because they claimed I used my account as a account. However they are refusing to send me the funds that were in my account. I have been dealing with this since March of this year (2014). Now it's May. I have no choice but to get a lawyer in order for them to even begin to help me...

WHAT? "Chase decided to close my account because they claimed I used my account as a account. "
I think you left out a word? Did you use your account as a business account? If so, what kind of business? Is it possible those missing funds could have come from fraud? Somebody was sending you checks or wire transfers?
don't want to review poa
On Saturday March 1 of 2014 I went to my Chase local branch to open an account jointed with my mom in which I have power of attorney for. After speaking with Luigi Vergani, the banker that took care of me, he told me he had to fax the power of attorney to their legal department. After he did he was told that it needed further review and it will be done within 24 to 48 hours.
On Tuesday March 11 I went back to the bank to find out if it was reviewed. When Luigi called the legal department he was informed that it wasn't done yet. When I asked to speak with the branch manager I was told that he wasn't in so I asked to speak with the assistant manager. She told me that it can usually take up to 72 hours. Today Thursday March 6 being that it was past the 72 hours I went by the branch to see if it was done and after speaking with the branch manager and he inquiring with the legal department he told me that it has not been reviewed yet. I also speak with the district manager regarding this on a phone conference call at his office. While I was waiting at the branch to speak with the branch manager I received a phone call from the district manager which was the result of an e-mail I have sent earlier today to customer service via my account's secure messaging on their web site inquiring about this.
In conclusion I was told by the bank & district manager than until their legal department approves it there is nothing they could do. I told them that this was ridiculous since I have used this power of attorney for my mom to deal with everything for her. From buying a car, managing her phone, TV, electricity billing accounts to other things and never had this much of a problem. I told both the branch and district manager that I will be filing a complaint with several sources regarding this. I am currently a customer of their bank and have a checking and savings account with them.
I currently have an account joint with my mom at another bank; Ocean Bank; which I opened using the power of attorney on the same day but wanted to close that account and open it with Chase because Ocean Bank only has a few local branches and not as many branches everywhere and they are not as good as a bank as Chase is.

manipulating bank account transactions
Chase Bank continues to manipulate transactions to warrant overdraft fees. Based on the complaints that I read this has been going on for some time. Please if someone has any legal action that is currently taking place please contact me via message through this board or email [protected]@yahoo.com
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
My complaint has to do with credit card fees being wrongly applied to my account. If this applies and you find a lawsuit for this type of abuse please notify me. April 8, 2014 . risa.dorfman@gmail.com
To "Not much" Common Sense and "not sane" nikalseyn: Are you both really that naive and uneducated about the banking industry?! If you can find any, try posting replies to topics where you actually know what you're talking about.
The easiest way to avoid these fees is to decline the overdraft protection so any checks submitted for clearance at Chase will be declined instead of paid, with a subsequent overdraft fee. Or, better yet learn how to balance a checkbook and not write checks on an account with insufficient funds. Simple.

I tried to do a loan modification before the sale date of my house...They refused to scan the documents into the system in order to delay my request in time to stop the foreclosure. They lied to me on the phone about the dates and when I questioned them, they got caught in the lies. Also JP MORGAN CHASE REFUESE to accept $36, 000 to the payment on the note...yet the allowed the house to be sold at auction for $63, 500...What a stupid decision that was on the bank's part. They could have take the 36K and still foreclosed on the house if I could not make the payments...I guess that just goes to show us the Gov't money they got does not matter as they did not help anyone modify their home loan. I feel J P MORGAN CHASE BANK is the most dishonest bank around.
This is just like all the banks it seems. Take the money in a government bailout and then still foreclose on the homeowner.
J P Morgan Chase needs to be pressured with Imminent (BK) Threats or Mediation Law and Procedures.
They are basically a giant collection agency. They purchase the distressed mortgage at Extreme Discounts from various key players in the sub-prime arena. They collect aggressively on this paper. They do not play by the rules and need to be pressed hard.
We have completed successful loan restructuring cases with J P Morgan Chase. They are all long run and brutal battles.

chase took my money and won't return it
Two years ago, I deposited a check for someone in my Chase Checking Account after being told by a representative at the Vermont and Manchester Branch that it would be okay. I also ordered checks through the teleservice center. When I went into a branch on Crenshaw and Vernon. there was major drama and subsequently when I went to the ATM, they froze my account. This after the check cleared and Chase had over $15, 000 that they refuse to return. They want the individual to come to the bank and the individual has refused. The whole situation is insane, but Chase has closed the account and kept the money. In the meantime, the money is not drawing interest for me. I am going to seek a lawyer and file a complete with the Federal Reserve, FDIC, and anyone else who will listen. This is illefal.

illegal foreclosure/improper credit reporting
Chase illegally foreclosed on my home in 2006. A judge overturned this and ordered them to pay my legal expenses and restore everything back to the way it was. They did none of this. I have been fighting them since that time to get everything restored. When I call FHA to inquire about my FHA loan, they tell me it no longer exists. My credit report shows my mortgage account closed, that it was for term of two years, and that it was discharged. I have disputed this several times, sent the court order, my current mortgage statement and all other paperwork that I have, and the credit reporting agency till lets them report it as closed. I have reported them to the state attorney general, and they told me they cannot help individuals. Who the hell can? This is wrong on every level.

unfair credit card practices and handling of disputes
My name is lori m and i along with many other of chase victims want restitution for crimes that we feel have been done to us by jp. Morgan chase bank. I have had an ongoing dispute with a merchant in my state (An auto body repair shop) for not doing a good repair job to our car. Chase was my bank card in this dispute (Course one would never know it) . Because every opportunity for dispute was given to the merchant back and forth for months. So much so that the merchant had plenty of time to lawyer up. The merchant first sent in one - chicken scratch note on a worn out invoice and the wrong credit card name for us and wrong credit card number. He had nothing to show we even paid him with our chase credit card. After five weeks 3 days i finally received a letter in the mail to send chase our dispute proof. I sent in my long letter with details and all dates (As best i could remember for not one but two more opportunities we gave the auto body shop to work on our car and get all issue's corrected) . Only the body shop kept messing up our car even more then the first time he worked on it. I sent in pictures, then scanned pictures as they required only paper copies, a usb drive with files of all angles of the passenger side damage he did to the auto body repair job. Also not one but two other letter head written notes by legitimate auto body repair jobs documenting they have seen our car and the poor job the other auto body shop did and what they would recommend be done to fix the car to it's original state. Now through this whole dispute ordeal, i have felt like i was arguing more with chase (Then i ever was with the merchant) . Why, who knows? Chase employee's might be trained to act like they care and give the customer the famous line of "we're working for you". No you weren't. Every step of the way chase you were going behind my back to allow the merchant tons of time to lawyer up. Tons of opportunities for him to fight the dispute at hand (Yet he gave you nothing but a lawyer letter saying the car was never brought back to him) . Funny phone calls can prove a lot. . The merchant got five weeks after my first call in to dispute the charge. Yet, i got 10 days to get a dispute into chase for my case (With lies too of where to mail dispute, a letter taped to the mail envelope with a dispute address and fax, that we didn't see at first) . Every step of the way supervisors (Thomas coe and cassandra) didn't supply me with correct information or any information i'd ask for my mail, phone calls or email. Many lies too along the way (Too many to mention in this small box) . Also a chase advocacy executive named jenalyn - all of about accused us of damaging our car after we picked it up the first time from the auto body shop. She stated, perhaps we had a second accident with it so we could accuse this auto body store of damage and get funds of $1, 900 back with a charge back. Say what? Are car has more value then to do such a thing an accident in all the same areas of the dispute pictures? Wow, that's stretching it. Plus how did we create holograms, white cloudy areas and small, med, and large scratches through out the passenger body. How did we repair it again with door shells and hook doors unevenly? This women was insane and so very rude of a representative for such a high level position at chase bank. So today was a real bad day. I have spent countless hours researching what advocacy groups are out there to help me, what government agencies i can complain too, researching lawyers to maybe hire, writing attorney general in my area. Time spent on the phone endlessly. All to realize my sister was trying to reach me by email and phone. But, i changed my email last month because i was using road runner and went to dsl and was on my phone a lot. When my sister finally did reach me it was to tell me my 87 year old mother had a heart attack. That she was in the hospital for a few days and back at the nursing home. But, will be going into hospice care soon when they can move her. She's on oxygen and with a dnr order (Do not resuscitate) . This is where you chase come in. I will never forgive the people directly involved with this dispute. You're a horrible bank and horrible people working for you. I may never be able to have my mother understand me let alone know i'm there and i have you to blame for this. I have one mom in this lifetime and instead i spent my days fighting this stupid dispute. But, not with the merchant with you as my freaking bank chase!
I hope all of you rot in hell for eternity! All of you and all of you know who you are. Chase shape up your act as a giant money hunger grubbing entity that swallows others up whole. Stop doing all these devious banking practices not only to the little guy. But, for god sakes to everyone. How much money is enough for you bankers. It's true what i read, american workers bailed many banks out with our wages and taxes and then you treat the public and customers like s_ _ t. You will never have my forgiveness for putting me through all these things and i can only hope god does see all these bad things you're doing and brings you all to justice for all americans to have satisfaction for the day you fail and meet the lawyers to bring you down! You greedy butts.
I ( Lori M.) the consumer had a on going dispute with a merchant in my home state for a bad auto body repair job he did to our car that was in an accident. We tried in good faith to go back to the body shop to work things out with this merchant for work he did on our car to no avail. Hence where Chase Bank comes in. I trusted them as my credit card to do right by us. We produced all the evidence they needed to fight the dispute ( our huge letter- explaining details and dates to the best of our ability). I sent in photographs, scanned paper photo's as they requested, a USB drive also with photo's of our damaged vehicle. Plus not one but two other auto body shops opinions about the poor quality of work done by this body shop we were in dispute with. But, Chase never intended all along to help us as great customer to them for years. Instead they seriously plotted the whole thing out how they'd stick the dispute $ in question back on us. The lies told by Chase Supervisors (Thomas Coe and Cassandra) and one executive level lady named Jenalyn. The accusations this lady made on me by telephone saying we damaged our own car after we took possession of it the first time the auto body shop worked on it. You spent over and hour throwing mud at me on the phone and why because the auto body shop owner lawyered up . He got an Attorney to write his letter ( other wise he didn't even have proof to send in of our own credit card transaction! After a day like I've had today I vow Chase I will never stop writing on boards and fighting your ### on this issue and dispute. Because during all this letter writing, phone calls and arguments with you Chase (not even the merchant anymore).. Apparently my sister was trying to reach me with an old email, an old email that I changed and forgot to tell her I changed from Road Runner to my local phone company of DSL service. My phone was busy because I was trying to find an Attorney as well ( to go after you Chase now and the auto body shop owner), plus calls to Attorney General office, calls to finding any consumer advocate agencies to complain to. Our Government agencies like FDIC. My point: I was so busy trying to fight your horrible company Chase that my Mom had a heart attack and almost died. She was rushed to a hospital and is back at the nursing home for now. She will be going to hospice care soon. She's on a DNR ( do not resuscitate order). I for one will never forgive any of the people working at Chase directly involved with my dispute case, there isn't anything any one of these people can ever say to me to make amends for how I feel. Shame on you Chase for putting not only me but many customers through hell when fighting disputes to their credit cards, changing Mortgage interest rates mid-stream, luring customers in with promises of giving low interest rates with checks and then higher rates right away after wards. Yes, there are many more devious things your bank does that you need to take a hard look at. You have trained individuals to be your robots and not one of mankind with human emotions or feelings. I will hate you forever Chase. I have one Mom in this lifetime and I'll be lucky if she even recognizes me when I get to travel and see her this weekend. Or if she will even recognize me as she's on oxygen and unconscious most of the time I'm told. People of the world save yourselves a world of aggravation and don't do business with JP. Morgan Chase Bank.

This is kind of stupid don't you think? Do you really think that you can swipe your card anywhere and then submit a charge-back, and the merchant wouldn't have a fighting chance to try and save the money that he or she earned? Did you think that Chase would honestly just return the money back to your credit card immediately? That's not how a charge-back works. Also your timeline doesn't make sense. Disputes only stay open for less than 30 days of inactivity before being closed, NOT FIVE WEEKS AND 3 DAYS. I'm a merchant and I respond to credit card disputes all the time, and I usually win them, so I have a fairly decent understanding of how it works. You probably did intentionally cause more damage to your vehicle just to get your $1900 back. Shameful.
fraud department
Chase Bank has 10k of my money and will not release it despite my having supplied them with all the documentation they have requested. This has been going on for over 2 months now. I am getting the run around from the executive office still. Do not bank with Chase, if and when you ever have an issue, it will not be taken care of and resolved. They have essentially stolen $10, 000.00 of my money until further notice. Consumers Beware!

I have received over 4 letters for this Justin J. Fullilove I keep sending them back. I sent one back on Sat. May 13, 2017 saying he does not live here return to sender. Today I received another letter which I opened to get the phone number to talk to someone. I called Equifax my confirmation # [protected] and number I called [protected] I called at 6:30 p.m. May 16, 2017. They put me on fraud alert & suggested that I send you a copy of letter and let you know what is going on as well as Amazon.com.
I have lived here for over 10 years and no one in any of the 3 apts has ever lived here with that name. Equifax said it was a fraud & be sure to let bot Chase & Amazon know this.
Enclosed is a copy of letter.
Thank you for your help in this matter.

mistakes (purposeful?)
Chase bank put through my rent check to my landlord twice. I caught the mistake almost immediately. Supposedly, chase corrected it, but three months later I am still being harassed by my landlord. I am coming to believe chase did not honor my check! Chase is performing all kinds of contortions trying to hide their mistake - - my bank statement is in error - - it clearly says the check was paid, but landlord says otherwise. This is a huge mess, and I have never once received an apology. I think they should make good the rent check and absolve me of any accountability. It was their mistake, after all!
I am changing banks as soon as possible.
refinance failure
So two and a half months ago I started the process of refinancing my house with chase bank with the hopes of freeing up some money while getting a lower interest rate. For one of those months I was told by my the loan officer that the company that held my second mortgage was dragging their feet on getting paperwork back to them to subordinate my second mortgage with my first. So I called them and left a stern message about what was taking so long for them to get the paperwork back to chase. Several days later I get a call from the company holding the second mortgage and the gentleman states that they have received no such request from chase bank. I then later find out that the title company and chase bank had been dragging their feet but lied to me as to when I questioned them about why the delay. Once the company had the request, they overnighted the requested paperwork within two days. Fast forward to a week and a half ago I get a call from chase saying we could close on that friday. Friday came and went and no phone call. Monday I called the loan officer about the delay and was told we'd close on tuesday at 5. On tuesday at 330 I get a phone call from chase saying that i'd need to bring $1450 to closing. This is after last week when I was told i'd only need to bring a couple of hundred to pay the interest on the house payment I was going to skip. Naturally I was not happy but went to closing anyway to discuss this. The loan officer then stated that he could get me a $500 credit towards that amount which then gave me a balance of $950 which was almost what my skipped house payment would of been but now needed to be paid. Problem was that all the paperwork had different amounts than this new total but he said go ahead and sign them to lock into the loan and we'll revise the paperwork this week and have you sign them and then you can pay whats due. Well from wednesday to friday I called him and kept checking in with him because the title company kept calling and emailing me about the payments needed to be made to which he assured me things were fine. On friday afternoon I asked him about signing the needed documents and stated that he was still getting the paperwork processed and we'd try to sign them that evening. Well after work on friday I called him to see what was going on and he stated we'd try to get this done by saturday to which I replied I was going out of town. He said fine we'll do it on monday. Well after not hearing from him by monday afternoon and again getting emails and phone calls from the title company I called him but got no answer so I left a message explaining my concerns to get this done. Never hear from him till this afternoon whereupon he advises me that the loan fell through because the bank couldn't get the needed paperwork done on time and lost out on the timely filing for the interest lock. My loss. Needless to say i'm furious and started to call around to the title company and the loan processor who seemed shocked at the whole mess. She then proceeds to tell me that she received an email from the loan officer I had been dealing with which stated that I had canceled the loan... Not true ! So now i'm out the $400 I used to apply for the loan to which I demanded returned to me but not holding my breath. They said they would submit a request for it... We'll see. So now I have to come up with the money and start this whole pain in the butt process again. So damn frustrated and powerless other than venting which is what i'm doing. Corporations you would think wouldn't treat customers like this but I guess i'm just a peon in the grand scheme of things. Oh and to top it off the loan manager whom I also spoke with say's to me "we can try this again in 60 days if you would like. Are you freakin kidding me! & mdash; feeling annoyed.
