Me and my hubby moved outta SF Bay Area in March. We got our new bank set up and wanted to close our SFFCU account. I emailed them twice, called them a buncha times, and even sent a letter with their forms to close our savings and checking accounts. But they won't close it and are holding our money hostage. I think they're just tryna get more fees outta us. We don't even live or work there no more so we ain't even members. Just wanna close this account and get our money sent to our new address. Ain't gonna do no more forms or stuff like that.

Finally, they transferred the funds to my dad's account, but then there was an unauthorized withdrawal. I tried to get help with that too, but didn't get a response. It was a frustrating experience.
