Jukin Media Inc falsely got my social media account taken down by Instagram, sayin' I violated their copyright when I didn't do nothin' of the sort. All they've done is bother me and falsely report my account and stuff multiple times.
They say the video I put on my *** Profile from *** belongs to them
They say the video I put on my *** Profile from *** belongs to them. But they don't show any proof or that the owner sent Jukin media their video. I want them to let go of their claim on the video I posted on *** because I think this is also wrong on ***/Meta's part, who protect this kind of company or even those who use it and compile it with their AI.
I put a vid on Instagram and this company copyrighted it even tho they don't own it at all
I put a vid on Instagram and this company copyrighted it even tho they don't own it at all. The vid was from TikTok, not theirs. They falsely copyright striked me for no reason. They do this to every creator's vid they flag. They flagged my vid and Insta deleted it. My vid is fair use. Jukinmedia or JukinMoron got no right to flag a vid that ain't theirs. It's mine and only mine. I never talked to the company, but they picked me to flag.

However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:
- While Jukin Media has a high level of trust, our investigation has revealed that the company's complaint resolution process is inadequate and ineffective. - Jukin Media protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.

This company be claimin' videos from other folks as their own, and now Facebook done took away the money-makin' from my channel 'cause of what they done did. After I uploaded a video on my Facebook page, they be sayin' they own all the content, includin' over 50 video clips, most of 'em only 7 seconds long. Now my page ain't makin' no money 'cause of the lies this company be spreadin'. The video actually belongs to other people, and I uploaded it under the Fair Use Act. But this company ain't respondin' to my emails or messages.
Misleadin contracts
Misleadin contracts. Scammin non experienced creators. Jukin Media licenced a video belongin to me 5 years ago with lots of promises. Absolutely nothin has been done except claimin my video on my social media platforms. I have received $250 at the beginnin and then nothin (way under what a video can make if properly put out). I reached out to negotiate an outcome to the contract many times. I keep reachin out and the average answers come after 2 weeks sayin they will come back to me, basically an empty email. It's been almost 2 months now.
This company, Jukin Media, they went and filed a copyright claim on me for a video that I don't even have, and then they had the nerve to try
This company, Jukin Media, they went and filed a copyright claim on me for a video that I don't even have, and then they had the nerve to try and charge me some money. Can you believe it? So, I got this copyright infringement strike on my Instagram page for a video that ain't even there. And guess what? They disabled my whole page because of it. Can you imagine? So, I reached out to Jukin Media to let them know what went down, and you know what they said? They told me to cough up $99 and they would shoot an email to Instagram to get my page back. Like, seriously? Why should I have to pay for a video that I didn't even use and then have my account taken away? I've had this account for like 3 years, man, and I never had this kinda thing happen before. It's just not right.
Complaint of no basis, no information, copyright issue of non-existent video
Complaint of no basis, no information, copyright issue of non-existent video. Copyright Management made a complaint to Facebook, so Facebook took down my page. The complaint was in reference to a video. There are no videos on my page. I only have properly paid for Shutterstock still photos with pictures of my own handmade jewelry. I cannot find out what this is about, and it ruins my business. Complaint: RE: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. *** Copyright Management RE: A Video *** is a division of Clearsight, a church that teaches meditation. I handmake this jewelry, and I have no videos about it. I need to fix this and find out what this is all about? I did nothing wrong and have no videos.
I found a video titled 'Chair Moves On Its Own' on a popular video platform
I found a video titled 'Chair Moves On Its Own' on a popular video platform. Jukin Media contacted me to buy the rights. I provided my details for more information but didn't consent to anything. I reconsidered and decided to retain the rights. However, I later discovered a copyright claim on my video. Now I'm restricted because Jukin claims ownership. I only submitted my contact information for details, not to agree to terms. I've tried to get in touch with them but haven't received a reply. Does anyone have advice?
I've been blogging for like 12 years, you know?
I've been blogging for like 12 years, you know? It hasn't made me rich or anything, but it's helped me help people in my country, mostly. Right now, we're trying to help these three poor girls who don't have a mom and have been through some really bad stuff. And guess what? This company, Jukin Media, gave me a copyright complaint on my *** page. They claimed this tiny clip of a video as theirs. *** took it down, but then Jukin went and complained again about videos that I had licensed after they went viral online. That's just not fair, man. And if that wasn't enough, they did the same thing to my *** page too. It's so mean because when someone claims something on *** or ***, they take it down without any consequences. But Jukin, they made sure to mess with both my pages. The latest videos were uploaded by way bigger platforms, but Jukin only reported mine. If they take down my accounts, it's gonna mess up my charity work, and I'm not even making any money from it.
I posted somethin' on Facebook and turns out Jukin Media owns the rights to it
I posted somethin' on Facebook and turns out Jukin Media owns the rights to it. I had no clue 'bout that, and now they wanna charge me a fee? I'm an old Boeing engineer, retired at 76. I get emails from my navy buddies from Vietnam and other folks I know. After workin' at Boeing for 23 years and other jobs before that, if I reckon the emails are valuable or just plain funny, I send 'em off in an email or post 'em on Facebook. But outta nowhere, my account gets locked 'cause apparently I posted somethin' that wasn't mine to post. The artists can sign up with Jukin Media to copyright their stuff, and that's all fine and dandy, but here's the issue. It's like drivin' on a freeway, ya know? Sometimes ya got choices. You can stick to the regular lanes and get there a bit slower, or ya can pay up and take the toll road to get there quicker. I never go for the second option. Jukin wants me to buy a membership for some club I ain't interested in 'cause what they offer ain't my cup of tea. And to make things even weirder, neither Jukin nor Facebook will show me what the heck I supposedly posted!
In April , I filmed and uploaded a video on YouTube
In April , I filmed and uploaded a video on YouTube. I also decided to sell the video rights to Jukin Media. They would then sell it to other companies who would upload it, and I would receive 50% of the licensing revenue. Here's the video: *** After a while, I noticed that CBCworld had edited and reposted my video, as seen here *** . However, when I checked my Jukin Dashboard, it showed 0$ in licensing revenue for that video. Even now, it still says 0$. I tried contacting CBCworld, and they said Jukin sold them the video. Jukin confirmed this, and I received multiple emails stating that I would be paid within 3 months of the video sale. According to the contract, I should receive 50% of the sale price. However, my dashboard still shows 0$ for the licensing revenue of this video. I have included a few emails where *** and Sunaina both separately mentioned that *** was working on getting the payment from the "client" (I assume CBCworld?). But those emails were sent in November, a full 7 months after the original sale with CBCworld, which is way beyond the 3-month timeline. It's now December, 8 months later. I reached out again in September, October, November, and now December. The last time I contacted them on December 14, the person assisting me didn't even acknowledge the dispute I was referring to. I think I might have to take this to small claims court to finally get paid, but the company hasn't even told me how much I'm owed. I'm just asking for the information and payment of 50% as we originally agreed.
In March 2022, I uploaded a video to a platform
In March 2022, I uploaded a video to a platform. I also decided to share the video rights with Jukin Media. They would sell the video to companies who would then upload it, and I would receive 50% of the licensing revenue. But, after a while, I noticed that my video had been slightly edited and reposted by a company through Jukin. This made me upset because it seemed like a copyright violation. However, when I checked my Jukin Dashboard, it showed that I had earned $0 in licensing revenue for that video. Even to this day, it still says $0. I tried reaching out to the company, who claimed that Jukin had sold them the video. Jukin admitted to selling it, and I received several emails assuring me that I would be paid within 3 months of the video sale. According to our contract, I should receive 50% of the video's selling price. Yet, my dashboard continues to show $0 for the licensing revenue of this video. I have included a few emails where the company and Jukin both separately mentioned that they were working on getting payment from the 'client' (I assume it's the company?). However, there has been no resolution, and I feel like I have been deceived. I would have never agreed to this situation if I knew I would end up waiting for months without any compensation. It's really unethical to mislead consumers like myself, especially when life is already tough. I uploaded the video on my own platform, and it unexpectedly went viral. It's not fair for Jukin to take advantage of that for their own benefit. I haven't received anything for the trouble I went through with the video. It wasn't intentional, but rather a spontaneous moment. I want Jukin Media to stop misleading people and be honest. They promised good pay, but I haven't received anything at all. I want this company to be reported, and I want the compensation that I was supposed to receive. Here are the 3 links to the video:
