This place is terrible. Awful customer service. Horrible selection of vehicles. Disgustingly overpriced. Sold me a lemon which I've encountered nothing but mechanical issues with. Issues that they were completely aware of. I've had to pay out of pocket upwards of $8,000 in repairs. Including struts, shocks, transmission, axle, cam bolts, rotors, calipers, rack and pinion just to name a few. DONT BUY FROM THIS GREEDY SWINDLING COMPANY!
They will overcharge you for a peice of junk.
Claimed loss: Over $8000 in repairs. Several weeks with no transportation
Desired outcome: The public should be made aware and not do business with them

False advertisment on website sayin free 90 day warranty at no charge wit purchase of vehicle. After buyin vehicle they refused to give me my 90-day warranty. after all was said and done then they told me I wasn't qualified for the 90 day warranty cuz I didn't pay for at sticker price. 5 days after buyin vehicle I'm havin transmission problems and mileage problems and electrical problems due to faulty battery hookups. Also also on website it said vehicle was equipped wit cold AC and it does not blow cold at all I'm gon get it out Sears on that website.

I went to Junior's Westside Auto on May 19 and financed a 2013 Dodge Dart Rally 1.4 liter with miles. I put $1,500.00 as a down payment & financed $8,205.89 through ***. On June 5,2020 (less than 2 weeks of having vehicle) my check engine light came on and car was running odd. meaning RPMs were reving really high at a low mph. I called junior's and spoke to ***. He informed me to bring it back so they could look at it. I ended up going to Auto Zone to read the code before taking it to Junior's Westside Auto. They informed me of the code and said it was a transmission issue and take it back where I got it. so I did. Junior's Westside Auto, they said it was an EKG valve that they ordered the part and fixed the issue. Check engine light was reset and I picked up my car on June 12,2020. Roughly 7 weeks later on July 23 I was driving and my check engine light came back on right after the light came on the car died in the middle of traffic. I was able to start the car put it in neutral and cost to a safe location. I had my 8 month old baby with me and the temperature outside was 103'F. When I started my vehicle my digital screen flashed unable to shift it was stuck in second gear. Being 4 miles from my home I continued to try to get the dodge to work. It wouldn't, I couldn't excelerate above 25 miles an hour and the RPMs were at 6k. I called Junior's Westside Auto as soon as I got home. *** said to call the off site auto shop their company uses. So i did, he informed me he does not work on that year (2013) for a Dodge Dart because that is the one year Dodge put a Ford transmission in their vehicle. it's an extremely odd transmission and he's not familiar with it. I called *** back informed him of what I was told and *** informed me my vehicle has a transmission recall and to call SJ Denham Chrysler Jeep Fiat to see if 1. that's the issue and 2. to see if they could fix the issue. I called them and was informed my vehicle has not only that transmission recall but a total of 8 recalls on it, and that they already attempted to fix the transmission recall when the previous owner (before Junior's Westside obtained it) had it looked at. SJ Denham asked me for the VIN pulled up the history on my vehicle that car was in their shop over 90 days having many issues fixed. including attempts to fix some of the recalls. they were told my the previous owner she can't handle the issues or afford the repairs and she let the car go. Junior's Westside Auto got the vehicle and it was sold to me. No issues or previous work were disclosed to me nor where any recalls mentioned at the time of purchase. I called *** back at Junior's Westside Auto informed him of the information and he told me to call Hartnell transmission or LKQ to get quotes on transmissions. Hartnell transmission told me they don't work on that year (2013) just like Junior's Westside Auto mechanic wouldn't. and LKQ said they have no transmission new or used for my vehicle. I called *** yet another time to inform him and he said I'll have to take it to a dealership (SJ Denham) so the next day On July 27 I had my car towed to SJ Denham. At this time I haven't even owned my car 90 days. currently my vehicle has been in the shop for almost a month. The total estimate repairs are $5,901.90 for a new transmission plus labor $1,680.00 with additional cost for fluids to be added (invoice from dealership attached) to have my vehicle fixed. I informed Junior's Westside Auto of the cost for repairs, and they told me they can find the transmission my car needs (very specific Ford transmission made by dodge for only that 1 year) used. I informed them I had SJ Denham attempt to get a used one and them and I were unable to locate one. On Thursday August 13,2020 the owner *** said he found many on ebay, LKQ and a bunch of other websites. (audio recorded if needed) that he estimated repairs for my vehicle 500-600.00 and that I wasn't researching correctly. So me knowing now the rareness of that transmission I already knew (and with the dealerships help) that *** wasn't looking for the correct part number. I gave him the part number for the transmission my car needs. He said he would call me back later that day (Thursday 8/13) I never heard back. I ended up calling Junior's Westside Auto on Tuesday 8/18. *** was unavailable so I spoke with ***. he informed me *** was able to find that transmission in Minnesota and he was waiting for them to call him back with a price. I had that vehicle in my possession just short of 10 weeks, the check engine light came on twice. and now the vehicle doesn't run at all. It has been in the shop almost a month and total repairs cost more than what the vehicle is worth. I informed *** at Junior's Westside Auto in person that I would like them to fix it or trade for another vehicle at roughly equal value. *** rejected both. I then asked if i could them the vehicle back in return get the $1,500 down payment back un-do the deal and take the loss of the 2..soon to be 3 monthly payments I've already made. I even asked my financial agency *** and they said yes! *** denied it.
