I ordered PJ sets from Sugarbee Clothing through Tundra on Jan 17th. They say it was delivered, but I never got it. I have lots of cameras at my place, and I told Tundra about it. They said they're waiting for fed x to check it out. It's almost been a month, and I haven't heard anything.

On January 15, I ordered some t-shirts from Tundra. The order number was ***-01. I paid the full amount of $127.88 on the same day. I've been trying to reach out to Tundra multiple times to check on the order, but I haven't gotten any response. By now, the order should have been sent to the vendor and I should have received the merchandise. I've bought from this vendor before, so I have their contact info. I reached out to them, but they don't know anything about the order and haven't received anything from Tundra. They also tried contacting Tundra through email, but no response.

We made our first purchase on tundra.com a few days ago. After placing the order, I got an email asking for info about my storefront for reselling the items I bought on tundra. I gave them the info. But then, I didn't hear back until I got an email saying my order got canceled! The email accused me of buying on tundra to resell stuff on 3rd party sites like Amazon. That's totally wrong. I know tundra's rules, and I haven't resold anything. Actually, this was my first purchase on tundra! I do have an Etsy store that I just opened (no sales yet). Are tundra's rules saying that buyers can't have an Etsy account? If so, that seems illegal. I don't plan on selling or listing tundra items on 3rd party sites! This is really upsetting. Tundra is a big marketplace, and they're singling me out. The delay in getting these items will cost me money because I already turned down other opportunities that are gone now. Tundra has their terms of use, that's fine. I want them to tell me exactly what I did wrong. This weird ban seems more like they found something about me on social media. I belong to some protected social groups, and it makes me wonder if tundra doesn't want someone like me buying from them. I'm giving them one chance to explain why they canceled my order because the reason they gave, selling on 3rd party, is easily proven false. If they don't explain and fix this, I'll go to different agencies to file civil rights complaints. I want them to honor my order with all the discounts still there. I need these items for Christmas. It's sad because our small group was thinking about selling our stuff on tundra. I'm starting to question if they'd even let someone like me do that. I'll probably just forget about finding out.
