Juno Records / Juno Media Lost limited edition item

I ordered the record "MOXY EDITS 001" from Juno Records on April the 18th 2020.

This record is a limited edition run, with only 100 copies being made.

I have never received this record from this awful company.

I asked them how long it would take to receive the record on June the 18th 2020. They then responded that post was slow due to Covid (fair enough).

Only July the 15th they credited my Juno Records account with the original cost. This is of no use to me whatsoever.

Firstly why would I ever deal with this company again? They lost a very limited edition item and did the absolute bare minimum to make up for it.

I proposed a very simple solution to Juno Records and support person Mal:

I would purchase the record off the second hand marketplace "Discogs" and they could send myself the extra cost of shipping such an item to where I live (New Zealand).

After all it was Juno records fault for losing what I ordered. They ignored my requests of this, (it was clear Mal either can't read or chose to simply ignore my emails).

This entire problem could have been solved with 20GBP which I would have used to purchase the record myself of Discogs, however due to the astounding arrogance of the company (and its directors: Richard Atherton and Sharon Boyd) they refuse to do so.

Juno Records / Juno Media Fake headphones

I ordered headphones from the website www.juno.co.uk, but I wasn’t satisfied with it. The delivery was delayed for unknown reasons. I sent several emails and asked about my order and they only promised to deliver it. I waited for a month, and when I finally received it, I was upset. The headphones didn’t look the same as on the picture and didn’t work appropriately. Please leave comments if you had the same situation as I had.
