i purchased 1 hoodie that was pre order in october. it had a ship date of 12/15. 12/26 i asked when my order would ship? received a auto email asking for a confirmation#. then recieved an email advising this hoodie is pre oder until 1/12... i emailed multiple times asking for a refund as this is not acceptable and wnating to know why the site set a pre order date then after that date passed another pre order date was given.. now 7 days ago i get an email adving ferndale MI created a lable for my package... it still hasnt shipped... whyyy is this place holding orders for days and weeks? this is not accaeptable and unfortunitly wil not be purchasing from this site ever again.
