Cheating by justdial hyderabad by deducting money from my bank account
I have registered with just dial ltd for lead generation of my web development business in Hyderabad. I paid 3 months in advance and also they took ECS mandate from me to deuct Rs.2300 every month from my bank account. Afterthat, they started sending some leads to my mobile and email. I noticed that the leads sent by them are totally false, irrelevant and fake. none of them are genuine and I realised that I made a mistake. After seeing for 6 months I realised that they are cheating me with wrong leads. I asked them to discontinue my registration and stop the ECS deduction. They continue to deduct my money even after asking for discontinuing. When called their customer care department, they speak some irrelevant things and try to divert your discussion. Finally they say that they will continue to deduct for 9 months because it is there in the agreement. I said when i am not getting any service from you and requested for delisting my business with Justdial, what right do they have to take money from me simply without giving any product or service in return to me. I am now totally convinced that these people are cheaters and liers. My advice to anyone is not to go to them for any reason except you have lots of money to give to these beggars. Please do not trust those people at all and someone from the government may look into the matter and control such fraudulent people. Otherwise, everyone will think that they can also cheat people like justdial.
Cheating in renewal of services by Just Dial Ltd.
This is regarding the wrong commitment and cheating in renewal of our just dial services.
We received a call from just dial executive named Bhagya shree on 17th November who gave us an offer of 50% discount on renewal of our services which we were not using for last 8 months stating that it’s a kind of a scheme being run by just dial and also a limited period offer.
So we renewed the services. Also we were told that that we are getting extra discount on onetime payment. The sales executive who came to us was GIRISH KHULBE. Mobile number: [protected]
Our services was renewed in Rs.8000 when asked in customer care after a week Miss NIDHI JAIN told us it is not the same package and took GIRISH KHULBE on conference call who convinced NIDHI JAIN that it is the same package renewed. And assured us of better response in a couple of days.
We have approached customer care and all the marketing representatives but getting no response. Just dial customer support executives are blaming the Marketing Executive GIRISH KHULBE and Bhagya Shree. Whereas the Marketing Executives are telling that they have given the right plan and customer support executives are lying.
We got a call from Miss PUJA from the management team. Who looked into the matter and accepted that we were miscommunicated and cheated by the marketing representative GIRISH KHULBE just to sell the services. But didn’t provide any solutions. When asked about adjustment in the desired package she explained that package can’t be adjusted.
All companies have return or exchange policies but Just Dial is not ready to provide a solution for the problem because of their mistakes.
Please provide required solutions for the same.

Yesterday when I was go to the Snehanjali Electronic shop salesperson showing obscene behaviour to me. The person was acting in such a way that the shop is his own house and he is stupid owner of that shop .If this going on we are unable to buy any product from snehanjali electronics.
And from my observation I am telling that you to please do not buy anything from Snehanjali Electronics of Malad (West) near to Station shop.

I was insulted and humiliated by a staff named Mukesh at Snehaanjali Electronics. It is the incident of 12th Aug 2014 when I went Snehaanjali Electronics, SV Road Malad west's showroom to inquire about a 42" LED TV. I was interested in knowing about Sony Brand but they abused Sony company and started promoting other brands which I was not interested in. Later after some time Mukesh the representative of Snehaanjali asked me to show my cell phone to him which I handed over to him. He was forcing me to open the screen lock and give him my phone to him which was refused by me as I have important phone number, photo of family members, bank secured messages so I could not hand over my secured item in some one's hand whom I don't even know. So I refused to give him after he repeated forcing in front of all the staffs. There was no floor supervisor or manager to stop this incident. Then he asked me where I stay and asked me for my photo id proof. When I said that I do not have it at the moment he said my staff will go with you at your home and will check your id proof and residence proof at your home. He even called a boy from the staff and asked him to go with me at my home. After we left and reached few meters away the boy going with me was called back and was said that we do not want to verify anything and you can go now as we had a doubt that you might be a representative from Sony.
My Questions -
Is this the way a customer is treated? I wanted to know about Sony but was referred to other brand instead of which I was interested in.
I was asked for my cell phone which has a bank application which does not needs login for Balance it's of ING Vysya Bank.
I have some personal message which contains Login id and passwords, also family photos and videos, Contact numbers and chatting history with family and friends. What was the motive behind asking my secured device forcefully?
Why did no senior management involved in between and stopped him when this was going on? Why was I asked to leave without given any additional information for my inquiry.
Does this happens with everyone, Did he want to make any call or send any message from my cell to someone with a crimal intention? What happens if a female customer visits alone do they do the same?
Will I get a formal apology letter from Snehaanjali Electronics after verifying all the details?

We were induced in to entering in to a contact no.[protected] for Rs.182000/- with justdial on 16.6.2011 and another contract no22136178 dated 30.07.2011 for Rs.71695.we have incurred huge losses by their act of cheating and criminal breach of contract. We have send over 50 mails to them and legal notices, but no one has responded Find below Extracts of e-mails sent to justdial on various occasions incl one sent on 20/12/2011our issue regarding contract --[protected] we are from acube infotech and have a platinum diamond listing with justdial under contract no --[protected] and invoice no--pxx22.xx22.[protected].w3v81606 dated 16.6.11. we have paid advance of 45, 513.and monthly ecs of 15171. we have been induced and cheated by just dial and yr representatives kapil jain and madhurao, into diverting a major part of our media advertisement budget to just dial. vide his mail dated 16/6 kapil confirmed in writing that we would get a minimum of 2400 trade leads in one year and this according to him would increase once branding exercise of justdial involving mr. bacchan wd commence. even our contract has min 2400 leads mentioned in writing from mr.kapil. we were expecting average 200 leads per month and had accordingly recruited people/stocks to care of the same . due to inducements given to us regarding 200 leads per mth and also our parallel contract reg banner ads with u, we were happy to divert our media budget to just dial. alas our banners were never put and over last 5 months we are shocked to find that instead of 200 leads that is 1000 leads from july to nov 2011. We have recveived in all only 480approx leads out of which over 100 were not relevent to our posting, and the figures are reducing monthly.this is hardly 45% of wht u promised and took money for. we lost huge due to this wrong presentation in our contract and our main monsoon season was a total flop.u at just dial never had any intention of giving us 200 leads and cheated us by mentioning 200 leads per mth just in order to force us into this contract pl take this as our notice to terminate our above contract with just dial. we have informed our bank not to honour future ecs requests. We call on you to pay back all our moneys given till date along with our advance lying with you. needless to say do add interest to the above money and adequate compensation for our losses borne by us solely due to yr intentional misrepresentation/criminal breach of trust. thanks to yr cheating/breach of contract, we loose in lakhs since we depend on yr leads, employ people, provide infrastructure and divert our small media budget to u all. our contract has nothing to do with market sentiments, on the other hand we were told that thanks to yr brand ambassador --amitji we would get leads in excess of 400 per month.

WARNING to business owners: Do not do business with this company! They sent over a "proposal" and before we could agree to anything they were charging our credit card. They didn’t receive any authorization from us... no signature, no confirm reply to their email proposal, nothing! To make matters worse, when I suggested different categories, they said it would cost over $1000, not the $400 initially proposed for categories they rushed through over the phone with a hard to understand accent. Now they will not even entertain the possibility of a refund after multiple requests.

I had shifted my contract from Mumbai to pune as per guided by Chiraj Mistry(Executive person no:[protected]). I also need to know why if once a ECS hits my bank and gets reverted back due to no balance then why the hell did you hit it back again the same month. I am getting double hits in my bank for both Mumbai and even Pune when I talk some times to your customer care. Please forward me the documents where I had signed saying this.
I am moving to consumer court for this issue. I need the docs asap.

Just Dial is Stealing money from my bank account
This is my second complaint (and just second in my life) in the same month against a same company "JustDial Pvt Ltd". I bought the business leads service of JustDial for me and a relative of mine (in Car Rental Business) on a same day in January 2010.
My contract with JustDial proved to be disastrous (With NOT EVEN A SINGLE RUPEE BUSINESS TILL DATE), JustDial has just robbed me of my money!)
In the case of my relative's car rental business' JustDial contract. JustDial IS STEALING MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT!
This contact was initiated on Feb 22, 2010.
JustDial representatives Ms Swati Sing (Ph: [protected]) and Mr Sahil (Ph: [protected]) told me:
1. The first ECS deduction from my bank account will be done only after the consumption of 3 month's advance to which Mr Sahil collected a cheque from me.
2. I can stop the service any time by calling JustDial Customer Support and the ECS will be stopped immediately.
I found found out that JustDial (their sms and calls) were CORE CRAP. They are not giving any service, JustDial is only harassing with 100% crap SMSs and phone calls!
* I came to know that JustDial is deducting ECS from the very first month of the contract, the customer support representatives told me that 3 months advance was security amount and so the deduction had to be dine from first month!
* They told me that stopping ECS will take 40 days and I will have to request through an email.
I requested ECS to be stopped through an email on May 9, 2010 and received a confirmation of receipt on May 10, 2010.

After all the harassment described above JUST DIAL HAS STOLEN MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT AGAIN IN THE MONTH OF AUGUST!
Now, all this month I have been requesting and even warning them that my phone number is registered under DND and they should harassing me by stopping their crap SMSs and refund my money that they have stolen from my account but THEY ARE NOT READY TO LISTEN!
The only sentence they say is; "Sorry for the inconvenience sir, refund is impossible. Service will be provided against all ECS!" Their service is nothing but harassment.

We have a contract of providing 400 leads of car loan in a month with the company name "JUST DIAL" for which we have paid Rs. 12000/-. This contract was started on 1st july 2007 and we have a written copy of the same, which was duly signed by their Business Development Officer "Mr. Rajeev Bhardwaj". But we have received only 55 leads till now and now they have stopped giving leads and forcing us to pay more. When in this regard we spoke to their "Customer Care Manager Ms. Vani" and Ms. Tanu they are giving lame excuses that we are not getting any enquiry whereas there another executive was telling that if you can increase that amount then we can give you leads.

JUST DIAL is just a forged company and services were never satisfactory. Provided numbers either don’t respond or they are so away from the place you need service of any kind. The customer care officials though are polite but highly inefficient to provide the service even after the complaint. The name should be changed to Just Dian9Hindi word DYAN). If you are living in an area suppose west delhi and you tell them that you want prompt service the numbers given either don’t respond and ironically you may get some numbers like xyz enterprises Faridabad and further that they claim they also serve west delhi. When its difficult to cover 10 km distance within delhi in one hour sometime how can you be assure of service which you want the same day. My pity on them and if any superiors are getting this complaint lease get feed back as I was asking for TV repair services for last four days and they were sitting like eunuchs. There must be some regulatory authorities to check them too so that such forged companies don’t flourish and loot the customers wasting their time as well as the customers. For this complaint I did have conversation with Mr. Ravinder and Ms. Parul but though they did try their best but could not provide the TV repair services. I strongly recommend Information and Broadcasting ministry to seal their offices if they fail to provide necessary services. They are blot to the society and I don’t know who has allowed them to loot the customers. The officials should be employed after stringent criteria and not like those who are good for nothing except for saying few words like, we are sorry, sorry for inconvenience, we apologise. Hope they will include negative feedbacks too in their portal, page, information logs.

Doing fraud with coustmers

When signing up an advertiser for the Platinum category, JustDial promises that ALL the leads received will be directed towards the advertiser. This is not even remotely true. Don't fall for this trap!
JustDial is planning to venture into US, they won't even last a day without malpractices lawsuite against them, if they continue these practices.
Get everything in writing in plain English. They make you sign some very, very complicated forms, so that they can continue to hide under these terms and continue their fraudulent practices. Go to the web, lodge a complaint if you feel victimized and violated (like I do) . They are the kind of company that will drain your bank account, without providing you a single useful lead.
Don't ever sign up for an annual account without trying them out for 3 months first at least.

Abuse by executive Ms Rudrani
It is to inform you that Ms. Rudrani Bhattacharya, took an appointment from me to discuss about registering my business as a paid member than a free listing member. Mr. Sushan Sarkar, visited my premises for the same but to my amazement I could not even find my free listed data on the site of just dial.
Moreover, Mr. Shushan Sarkar stated that not to expect any business from justdial as free lister. Then I asked Mr. shushan to contact me once the free listed information comes to site. But Ms. Rudrani misbehaved for the same over the telephone and started abusing me by calling names.
This is all because she want me to pay the money and I just want to get assure my money is not misused.
This clearly shows the free registering of business on justdial is just a fraud and you are not supposed to get any result unless you pay a big buck.

I have taken a service of just dial 1year back ( Aug 2008) according to which the company committed to give me leads every day one lead . They charged me 5000 for 100 lead for contact lenses in kandivali (E & W ) as well free 30sec video online. But till date I have rec. only 4-5 lead only & now they say that they have given me 30leads.well as they were not able to provide me service for kandivali that why I had upgrade my area from borivali to bandra. But even that did’t workout
In this one yr I have call just dail helpline for more then 1000 times to Mr. Rajesh b & Ajay Peshawar for my problem but when ever I used to call then always I used to get same ans then he is busy right in meet will get back to u in some time.
i am absolutely dissatisfied with Just dial services .Top of that today i.e12/08/2009 after one year Preeyal Kachalia from just dail she is calling & saying that “sir we can understand your prob. & to slove ihave called u, saying that u need to upgrade to service with us & pay Rs11, 500/- then then see u will start giving leads” gr8! After making me full for 1yr, top of that she is demandingmore money . inshort she had call me for more money rather then solving my problem .
So I think know they should refund my money

I am also not satisfied with Just dial services. I had done 2 years contact with Just dial amounting Rs. 60000, and rs. 100000/- per year. But they had taken Rs. 45000 excess then mine contarct. After that i had talked to Puja Roy from Just dial for 2-3 days regular, but i had not got any positive reply from her. After that i had called customer service, i had mailed to 4-5 people from just dial, but unfortunately i had not got any possitive response from them. After that i had visited Just Dial's mumbai office and i meet to Rachana Sagar and told her mine problem, again she told me that we will be solving your problem in 3 days. But at after 7 days There was same result. Now i am going to send one demand notice Of Rs. 45000+ intrest from court and going to file a case against Just Dial.
I think that just dial people are cheating with customers. and making them fool. They are doing jon only for their salaries.

On 15.04.2011., your Campaign Head Mr. Akhil Bakshi visited our office and got the above said contract signed with the understanding that the initial commitment of the contract is for a period of 3 months and thereafter looking at the response the undersigned shall be at liberty to continue the contract for further period.
But during the process of getting the papers signed he got some documents signed out of good faith which were not a part of discussion i.e.
1. ECS form.
2. Letter of Acknowledgment.
I came to know about the signing of these papers only after getting the mail and SMS from your office to which I reverted back to him and requested him to return both the papers mentioned above and continue the contract as discussed for 3 months only subject to further renewal if the undersigned is satisfied from the response for which Mr. Bakshi is now giving one reason or the other.
In view of above I had requested you to either make the contract valid for 3 months only as had been discussed and done earlier or return my payment as I was not at all interested for ECS Transaction from my account.
Now after looking at the response of your customer care services I have decided not to avail the services of this type of Company, so you are requested to refund the entire amount of Rs. 4964/- paid to you vide Ch. No. 964179, Dated: 15.04.2011., and discontinue the services with immediate effect.
Kindly treat is most urgent, and revert back your response to me.

I was also cheated by just dial. I am registered with their company since last 2 years. One of their employee Nimit arora cheated me of 16000 rupees.He made me sign a paper saying its a contract paper for starting a new contract(my earlier conract was expired). He took 3 months money in advance and said that your contact will be terminated automatically after 3 months if you dont like the service.I got Zero responce from the new contract and never bothered to renew my contract after 3 months.On The pretext of signing new contract he made me sign a ECS Paper. I never knew i am signing a ECS paper underwhich money will be deducted automatically every month from my bank account.It was too late when i found upon recieving my bank Statement.He has cheated me and Now he has stopped recieving my calls, obviously he knows what he has done..

The Local Searh Engine JUST DIAL, India represented that its next addition of yellow pages will come out in March 2009 and the booking is about to close in November, 2008. We booked 3 ads in it and till date there is no news of yellow pages. it apppeas that the company has gobbled up the money and is not having enough advertisers to publish the yellow pages. It is also pertinent to note that yellow pages being annual in nature, if a yellow page is published later, it gives advertiser lesser time to reap benefit of advertisements by considerably lowering the duration of advertisement.

JustDial is a not a servie oriented company I have reigister my company for travel bussiness They assured me I will get the lead daily service for good when i have taken the 3 month plan, When i register for 1 year plan for ra 10, 000Rs then the service was poor I complaint many times that i am not getting the leads from just dial then they said my package is low package so i need to upgrade it to bigger package of 30, 000 or 50, 000. In actual justdial get 90% calls for infomation related to Pizza and Dominoz, Then 10 % is divided in to all the catogery like Hotel Travel, Health, food, All there commiment is fake and They ate just increasing the revenue.This company is single Properite Bussiness And they have very unprofessinal to behave with the customer.There agent no polite to talk to customer and there manager big "chor" They have taken money without my confirm me from my credit card. I am going to log a case in consumer court then I request all the user who have been not received proper service from Justdial also log a case in consumer court.
