i purchase a plan few month ago. your employee said to " sir one time purchase a plan ( plan validation only 3 month) than you closed plan but currently time 10 month deduct my account ( monthly 1474)

and your executive said send me 1474 rupees in my personal account i will request to closed your account . i have proof send him amount

please take action than will go consumer court under section act.
so kindly request to resolved my quire
