JW Financial is a very dishonest company. I cancelled my subscription and it took 20 days to close my account. Also, $120.00 dollars was stolen from my account. Be aware! Stay Clair! Take your business elsewhere...

I am using this company to help with my student loan debt and I specified I wanted to start in June but what do they do they start 2 days after I signed up with them now I am waiting for my refund. So frustrating. I do not know if this is even worth it.

I would urge you to not get involved with this company. The employees/callers are all very friendly and nice, however their plan is to wait up to six months to pay your bills until the credit companies are willing to cut their costs and then pay them. Your credit is meanwhile shredded. I quit them after paying in $809. I was told they would hold my money in an account and it was still my money. I got $123 back. I feel cheated. I dont t want anyone else to go through this. Check out Green *** a veritable debt relief company.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly during the sign-up process. After that, well... goodluck! I spent months in the drak not hearing from anyone just wanting to know the status of my account. During this time, I continued to receive countless letters and phone calls from creditors. I reached out numerous times to check-in and was always told, its "in process." *** claims to be "competetive" with others, but it wasnt until they finalized my first deal that I relaized this company actually wasnt saving me any money at all! They reduced my debt to 75% of the original cost, however, they tacked on a 25% fee which resulted in a net savings of ZERO. Now I am getting court documents delivered to my home and when I called JW, they cannot connect me with any of thier "credit experts." Funny, they had no issues when I was a potential client, but once you are a client, prepare to take the back seat. If I had to do it again, I would not have chosen to work with this company. While I cannot confirm with certainty that this is a scam, it is most certainly the worst deal I have ever made!

I'm extremely disappointed in this organization. I signed up well over 6 months ago with this process and I was really excited to believe that my credit card debt would be at least starting to settle at this point because I was told within 3 to 6 months I was starting to see my accounts fall off or we paid off or settled on and my credit score would take a dive but then go back up as accounts were closed. And it's super important to me right now because I am on limited income state disability and I'm in the process of a divorce and looking to refinance my home but my credit score is well below 500 right now and it used to be way above 700. So now I'm facing the fact that I'm going to lose everything and this company has a lot to do with that. Oh but they want their $700 a month for their program however when you're having issues or you need to talk to them they're not anywhere to be found but they'll call you when they want their money but if you need help from them it's hard to get a hold of anybody. So I logged on to the portal and lo and behold 7 months in the program they've got thousands of dollars from me but nothing's been applied to any of my creditors. I'm getting countless calls threatening letters voicemails everything and they're not doing anything. They want you to do all the foot traffic while they just collect your money. Very dishonest company I hope that a lawyer gets involved and goes after these people. I'm seeking some help from somewhere legally I'm more than happy to talk to an attorney if any lawyers read this.
