I purchased a unique wooden keyboard from this company, firstly not sure when it would arrive as there was no timeframe for postage and no option to pay extra for fast postage.
After two weeks I followed up on this and was told it had been dispatched, when asking for a tracking number I was told there was delays, after a further two weeks of back and forth with the same issues they would not provide an update until I advised I would look to write reviews on any site I could find about my experience, they then issued a full refund after 5 weeks since my original purchase, I am not very happy as I didn't want a refund I simply wanted the item I ordered and was mislead and diverted for weeks whenever I tried to query where my item was.

Upon researching more information about Katy Craft, I discovered that they are marketing themselves in a European (British) style on their website, yet they are based in Vietnam. This discovery felt like a kick in the pants since it added insult to injury- not only was the product misrepresented, but so was the company behind it. It seemed they were using false advertising to lure customers in and steal from them.
In my honest opinion, companies like Katy Craft have no place in honest business. It is difficult to trust companies when they are not transparent in terms of their location or practices.
