KC Property Group is a really good company
KC Property Group is a really good company. They are professional, honest, and fair. They did a great job from the beginning to the end. They paid a lot of attention and were very thoughtful. It was perfect. I looked at a lot of companies that buy properties, and I thought KC Property Group was the best. I'm really glad I chose them. I wish I could give them more than five stars!

My experience with KC Property Group was really good. I worked with Stephanie A and Justin (I don't know his last name, sorry), and they were professional but also easy to talk to. They gave my family and me a fair and reasonable price for my mom's house. We got bids from other KC companies, but they didn't offer a fair price like KC Property did. We did have a higher offer from someone else, and I kinda wish KC Property could have come a bit closer to that offer. But we picked them because they were professional and nice!

They are professional, knowledgeable, kind, and have a high level of integrity. Our situation was selling a home owned by our family for over 48 years that was in dire need of updates like remodeling, new roof, A/C, and Furnace installation, but we didn't want to deal with Realtor fees and buyer's expectations. We also wanted the proper value considered that this wonderful home deserved. We called KC Property Group and they explained everything that would happen next if we chose to work with their company. Nick and Andy then came to our property to evaluate the condition. The same week, we had a written offer! They made us an offer, allowed it to be on our timeline, and delivered a cash closing very quickly! Needless to say, from start to finish, the process turned out to be stress-free and enjoyable.
