Kennedy Blue is the real deal! I've been in a ton of bridal parties and let me tell you, I've never felt as comfy as I did in my Kennedy Blue dress. I wore it for over 15 hours and not once did I have any problems. It was like a dream come true! If I ever get married, I'm definitely using Kennedy Blue for my party. Their dresses are just that good.

So, I recently ordered a few dresses from Kennedy Blue for an upcoming wedding. I was pretty excited to try them on, but when they arrived, I was pretty disappointed. The dresses were cheap, shiny, and looked like costumes. I couldn't believe I had to spend $150 on them. But, as a bridesmaid, I didn't really have a choice in the brand selection.

After trying on the dresses, I realized that some of them didn't work for me. So, I tried to return them. Unfortunately, I didn't read the fine print of their return policy, which was a big mistake. If you return a dress, you only get a 75% refund, even if the tags are still attached. This is ridiculous because the dresses aren't made to order, so they could easily resell them. But, instead, they just keep the money.

To make matters worse, the company doesn't provide a return label, which means you have to pay for the full shipping cost out of pocket. I spent an entire evening going to multiple shipping spots because the first estimate to return my dresses was $85. That's insane! So, this whole return process left me out $100 just to give them back their ugly dresses.

When I reached out to customer service for help, they basically gave me a big shrug. They didn't seem to care that I had misunderstood their return policy and felt that it wasn't adequately disclosed before I ordered. The most they offered me was a reduction in my restocking fees, but they wouldn't eliminate them, and they wouldn't provide a return label. It was frustrating to deal with them.

Overall, my total costs from this experience came to $271 for returns and all the shipping costs they don't pay. If you're a bride, I would recommend going with literally any other company. Even big ones like Birdy Grey and Azazie treated me better than Kennedy Blue did.

It's clear that this company only cares about profiting off of their poorly made dresses, which are manufactured in China and Indonesia. If they treat their paying customers this poorly, I can only imagine how they treat their overseas factory workers. It's a shame that I have to wear one of their dresses to the wedding, but I guess I don't have a choice. I just hope I don't look too unfortunate in it.
