Keystone Basement Systems and Structural Repair charged too much for their bid
Keystone Basement Systems and Structural Repair charged too much for their bid. They took down some walls, but the problem is still there.

Keystone Basement Systems is good
Keystone Basement Systems is good. They know what they're doing and they're professional. They fixed our basement and I'd tell anyone to use them.
They were real good
They were real good. Did what they said they would and cleaned up after. Real nice and helpful. Price was fair. Told my friends and family about Keystone.
I needed 23 feet of interior French drain added to my garage's existing system
I needed 23 feet of interior French drain added to my garage's existing system. It was a small job, but Keystone Basement Systems and Structural Repair treated me like it was a big one. They were professional from start to finish, from the marketing materials to the estimate, installation, and cleanup. They gave me exactly what I needed, nothing more and nothing less, and at a fair price.
I'm really happy with this company!
I'm really happy with this company! When *** came to our house to check out our basement problem, he was really helpful and didn't pressure us. He made us feel good about our decision and we knew they would take care of the problem. And they did! When the crew came to start the project, they were on time, professional, and finished the job when they said they would. I would definitely recommend *** and Keystone Basement Systems!
I hired Keystone to fix a wet spot in my basement corner
I hired Keystone to fix a wet spot in my basement corner. They put in a sump pump and drainage system. I was impressed with how they kept me in the loop and explained everything. They were all professional and cared about doing it right. There was a little problem with the install, but they fixed it fast. The price was fair and I'd hire them again.
Keystone Basement Systems and Structural Repair came to my crib because I was having water issues in my basement
Keystone Basement Systems and Structural Repair came to my crib because I was having water issues in my basement. I had a bunch of companies come out, but Keystone was the best. The dude who came to check out my basement was super smart and knew his stuff way better than the other guys. Plus, lots of other homeowners gave them good reviews. When they did the work, it was super clean and high quality. They told me about all the fancy stuff they use, but I didn't believe it until I saw it. I waited like six months to write this review and I'm still happy with their work.
I waited a month before writing this review to make sure everything was working good
I waited a month before writing this review to make sure everything was working good. We had a lot of water coming into our basement and garage after it rained. I called a bunch of companies to give us prices and my neighbor said Keystone was good. Brian came to our house to check things out and he was really professional. He gave us a price that was a little cheaper than the other guys, but the product was better. Chris and his team did the install and they were fast and professional. They finished when they said they would. The system works great! It pumped over 1,000 gallons the first day! The PumpSpy app says it pumps over 300 gallons a day on average. I'm happy we got the system installed. Thanks to Brian, Chris, and the Keystone team!
Keystone Basement systems did work for us
Keystone Basement systems did work for us. Brian came and walked us through the whole process, took measurements, gave suggestions and options. He spent almost 4 hours explaining in detail thru videos and pictures how the system would work and what it would cost. When he finished there were no questions left unanswered. We decided to use Keystone. When the work was to be done we were given a list of what we were to expect and were contacted by the foreman providing a start date and arrival time. The crew headed by Tony (Chad, Garret, and Jake) arrived on the scheduled date and time. Tony surveyed our basement and made several key decisions as to access and the crew "hit the ground running". This is a dirty job-- but these guys did great by keeping the work area clean as possible and cleaned up every day when they left. This crew was hard working, efficient and courteous. As for the system, it appears to be working although we have had only 2 heavy rains since the installation. Basement has been dry.
Keystone Basement Systems is great!
Keystone Basement Systems is great! Everyone there was super nice and knew what they were doing. When *** came over, he told us everything we needed to know about fixing our house. He even found a problem we didn't know about and said we needed another beam. Then *** came and made a plan for the work. They both answered all our questions and made us feel good. *** led the crew who did the work. They were all friendly too. *** said there might be some problems, but luckily there weren't any. They finished in one day and *** gave us his cell number in case we had questions. I called him later and he answered my questions. We really liked working with Keystone Basement Systems and think you should too!
I called Keystone Basement Systems and Structural Repair because my basement was getting water during heavy rain
I called Keystone Basement Systems and Structural Repair because my basement was getting water during heavy rain. They came and gave an estimate in a week. The salesman told us good things about the company and their quality materials. They did the work in two days, but I didn't check it. The cement work was bad, and my basement door wouldn't close. The base of my stairs was not squared up. The pipe they used was not high quality. I called them, but they didn't answer. I went to their office, and they fixed most of the problems. They said I had to shave down my door. Last week, I called again because there was water pooling around the pipe. They said they would get back to me, but they didn't. Today, I called again, and the lady was not professional. The employees are not trained well, and the materials are basic. I am disappointed and want someone else to fix it.
I'm not happy to write this review, but I have to
I'm not happy to write this review, but I have to. We had foundation problems in our first home and Keystone helped us out. They were sensitive to our concerns and got the cost of the repairs down to where we could afford them. We were grateful and bought our first home. Fast forward to now, we bought our second home and found some water problems. We called Keystone and they recommended internal French drains for $15k. We agreed and waited for the install. The crew had no experience with our house and it took 3 days for them to finish half the job. A week later, the second crew finished the job. But now, we have more water problems than before. We called Keystone, but they just blow us off and say there's nothing they can do. We have routine water intrusion and the sump pump only gathered 27 gallons in a year. We've called at least 10 times to have the owner or senior engineer come out, but they're always too busy. Keystone doesn't care and just took our money. Don't do business with them until they take their customers seriously.

Keystone Basement Systems did not fix my water problem
Keystone Basement Systems did not fix my water problem. They said the water came from the ground, but it was really a broken pipe. They put in a drain and pump, but the water still leaked. They say the drain and pump was needed, but it wasn't. They only put in 9 out of 11 straps for the basement wall.
Got carbon straps put in 2 months ago
Got carbon straps put in 2 months ago. Called a bunch of times 'bout one strap (no epoxy over strap). Took like 5-6 phone calls and a month before they came to check it out. When they looked, they saw 2 other straps needed fixin' and said they'd call to schedule. Been a month since then and no word from them. Called a couple times and left VMs but no call back. TWO months now and still no fix.
I hired Keystone Basement Systems to put in a french drain in my basement 'round 2012
I hired Keystone Basement Systems to put in a french drain in my basement 'round 2012. I was happy with their work so I hired them again in spring 2019 to extend the drain to another part of the house that was having water problems. After the second job was done, there was a strong sewer smell in the basement that I never smelled before. The workers said it was because they had to remove the plumbing fixtures and the smell would go away in a few days. But it didn't go away and after a few months, I called Keystone back. They couldn't find the problem and told me to flush the traps. But that didn't work either. After a few more months of the smell, I gave up and called some plumbers. They found out that my terra-cotta sewer pipes were broken during the french drain installation. We were smelling an open sewer line the whole time. I don't believe that the Keystone workers didn't see the broken pipe when they were putting in the drain. Even though the contract I signed with Keystone says they're not responsible for any damage they cause, they should have told me about the break instead of covering it up and leaving me to breathe in the methane gas for six months before I found out. Fixing the basement and the pipe cost me more than what I paid Keystone in the first place. When I complained to Keystone, they ignored me. I sent a second complaint in writing and they only asked for proof. When I sent them pictures and a statement from the plumbers, Keystone stopped responding to me. I picked Keystone over the smaller (and cheaper) companies to avoid problems like this and I'm really disappointed, especially since I was a repeat customer who gave them a good review on the ComplaintsBoard.com site.

I wanted to wait until the system was up and running for a month before submitting a review. We had an annoying amount of water coming into our basement and garage after every rain event. I called multiple companies to provide quotes, and Keystone was recommended by a neighbor. Brian came to our house to an in-person inspection, was extremely professional, and quickly provided us with an estimate that was slightly less than the other companies, but for a much higher quality product. The install team lead by Chris was also quick and professional, completing the work within the estimated schedule. The system works perfectly, pumping over 1,000 gallons the first day! Daily average on the PumpSpy app is 300+gallons/day since installation. Glad to have a system installed. Thanks again to Brian, Chris, and the Keystone team.
