I received kidbox deliveries for my son *** mid-*** 2021. I cant find the exact date, but it would have been between ***. I received a box for Isla ***. I sent the entire packages back right away by *** I was charged $100 for each box, the price of a whole box. I wrote about 30 emails since then asking for a refund or call back. The phone number sends you to their email address. I have never received a response for help or the refund. I would like a refund of $200. This is unacceptable!

Charged $101.92 on 11/15. Have sent emails regarding item return and being charged. Have requested a full refund or an exchange in the right sizes for the clothes. No one will return emails and call to company go unanswered. Items show as returned on my account but I was charged for the box and have yet to receive a refund or the items back.

I reached out to the Kidbox.com about getting a return label to send back the items I purchased. They did and *** picked it up. According to the tracking information, they picked it up, but no other information is available about the tracking info. I have reached out to them on 4 separate occasions via email and they have not responded in nearly 2 months about the refund. Their phone number advises to email them, so I am without resolution. I disputed through my credit card company, but they responded through them and reversed the refund.

I purchased two boxes of clothes for my grandchildren on November 26th and was charged for both $104.86. I received one box, but have not received the other. I go onto the website, and the order has not been fulfilled. I tried to contact the company several times via email and via *** and have not received a response. I asked for a refund for the unfulfilled order and no one has responded. I looked at the reviews and found that this is common practice for this company. I wished Id seen the reviews first. The website collects your card information and stores it. When you try to delete your card information, there is no option to do so. I had to cancel my card to keep unauthorized money from leaving my account.

I have order from this company and has heard nothing. They say it takes a week to deliver but its still on preparing order. There is no where to cancel the order.I believe kidbox is a scam.

I recently ordered boxes from here. I ordered 2 fall boxes and got those. One was amazing but the second did not follow anything that I said in the request section. We kept it though. I ordered 2 more boxes for winter for both kids. One was never delivered. I have written 7 emails to the company regarding this to ask for a refund or a replacement box, or to see if someone possibly returned to sender. No one will respond. But I got an email saying they're glad I liked the box. Terrible customer service. And looks like they tried to charge me twice the amount for it

I ordered a package from them containing clothes for a 7 year old. The order was placed on December 3 at 6:27 pm under order #***. Ive reached out to them via email regarding this issue. Ive also requested that my subscription be canceled to no avail. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in retrieving the $50.96 that was paid and cancellation of the subscription.

I left multiple messages on their answering service and never got a return call. I wanted to cancel my order so I emailed them. Instead of cancelling my order they apologized that it was taking so long to complete and that it was about to shipped. I repeated my request to cancel and refund the money and they ignored it and then I got a notice it was shipped. I want my money back and I definitely want them to cancel any subscription I have with them. However, the only way they communicate is via email and obviously even then, they ignored me.

On 11/8 I was charged money for a box of clothes. I have yet to hear from this company.I have called, I have emailed with no response. I cannot log into website to delete my billing information.I believe this company to be a scam and I want my money back.

I cannot erase my card information from their account it says that I have to email them and I have. I just want my account canceled and my money back.

Kidbox LLC 4/21 date of transaction $114.68 (box of *** clothes for *** I only received ONE pair of swim trunks. None of the other boy *** Items. oBlakes *** Deluxe Box #k-1875515- Invoices*** // *** // #*** // Charged on 4/21. Tracking number ***, finally provided on 5/27. My initial inquiry was on 5/2 and I can provide emails to/from Kidbox LLC - (*** from 5/2 and then ***). Package was shipped from Kidbox and lost in ***, *** by *** Kidbox can/could have already just replaced the box of clothes. Not just allow me to lose $114.68 and receive nothing. This company is completely aware of how I havent received what was promised and PAID FOR 3 MONTHS AGO. *** is/was their choice of shipper, but my package has no info after arriving in *** and Kidbox could have just replaced the box, yet didnt. This is not OK. I want a refund.

I received a subscription delivery with extremely poor quality clothes that I wished to exchange. I have tried to contact the company for an exchange but never heard back. I have now tried to contact the company in every way possible - through website, phone, social media commenting and messaging and email for about a month and have received no response and no credit or replacement for the clothes I had to send back..

KidBox.com I ordered 2 kiboxes on October 25, one box had the correct size the other one did not

I ordered 2 kiboxes on October 25, one box had the correct size the other one did not. I returned the wrong sized box and requested a replacement. I sent the box via *** with the return shipping label that was included in the box. I have not received an exchange box nor have I even received an email regarding this order. I have attached the *** and *** information as well as one of several emails that I have tried to send for a response. My complaint is that I did not get the exchanged box.

I received kidbox deliveries for my son in mid-2021. I can't find the exact date, but it was around that time. I received a box for Isla as well. The phone number redirects to their email address. I have never received a response for assistance or the refund. I would like a refund of $200. This is unacceptable!

Contacted Kidbox on 5/2, can show emails. Package lost in transit, Kidbox hasn't replaced it. I want a refund for the unfulfilled order.
