I ordered 3 of these watches and 2 chargers. I have been emailing back and forth with this company for over a week now, to send me a return address label. In stead they gave me money back for one watch and said keep it. I again wrote and said, the people I wanted them for don't want them. They keep responding with, can you explain why? I again returned email for a return address stating the same thing.

Then I get an email saying there was an app that, I was being billed for $39.99 every month. My paper work says $0 for app. So I again wrote them, to Cancel that subscription, they again asked why, and I wrote again. I still have not gotten a return address as they keep, sending stupid emails with more questions.

I got an email saying I was billed the $39.99 but they would cancel the subscription. I checked this morning and they never credited my account for the $39.99. I again told them I wanted it credited right away, I had contacted my CC company, and I wanted a return address, with no more emails, about how good their watch is. I can't cancel the card, because they can't put the money back in then. So I have to check it every day.

I have all the dumb emails back and forth.

My complaint, they keep ignoring what I am asking, and I am getting no where, with them. This mornings email I told them I was contacting the BBB, to see if that got them to send me what I needed. My fear is, they get the items back and don't refund my money.

Desired outcome: I want all my money back , including this subscription thing. The return address without any more questions.
