Hello this is to complain abought 1 kismia whom has taken nearly £500 in transactions from my bank wich wos not aurtherised by myself .upon finding this out from looking at the transactions wich apparent a subscription had been made wich wos not done with my Apple Pay but my bank card wich has been now cancelled and have had to have a new bank card replaced this I have tryed to contact the company threw emails and have had no correct response from who is to be from the company my bank have told me to report this to the police .wich I have also the police have contacted me upon this and have found that fraud has been committed and wos a minor .I’ve sent all the relative information to this site wich have told me due to information I.e my bank detailes wich I have sent them my new bank card detailes in order for money wich this site have been taking since march of this year up to June .have still not put the transactions they have taken back into my account .I’ve sent several emails regarding this .also screen shots of my bank account and all transactions wich they have taken also they had confirmed to me that the subscription had not been done three the apple App Store wich would make that seeable to them and my self that this wos unlawfully done but yet have not given money back to me and I’ve all so updated the bank details as they had instructed me becose I had to report this as stolen and a new card has been issued wich the long number on my new card is different to the one wich has been now cancelled due to fraud use and still I’ve not received any of the money wich is a lot of money taken
