This is regarding a matter
In wich i’ve been trying to resolve with one kismia.com. Some time ago since march of this year this site had been taking money from my bank account wich there wos an online subscription made with my card detailes. I contacted kismia threw emails. My email address is [protected]@icloud.com. I exsplained to kismia that I wos not aware of making this subscription myself in wich I also had to cancel my bank card becose it wos recognised as fraudulent act.In wich I also asked kismia to kindly place all the money wich had been taken from my bank account back in to my bank account and cancel any subscriptions that appear. Becose this subscription had been done not on my iphone and not myself icould not cancel this threw apple subscriptions?.In wich I had received further emails regarding this from kismia wich they had confirmed that this subscription had been done three some on line way and tryed to put money back into my bank. But due to myself having to order a new card the transactions were sent back to kismia. I wos told by kismia that there had been an error in my bank details. Wich I exsplained that becose of the new card detailes taking into account that the account number were the same so the sort code and that the long card number had obviously chainged. Wich I sent them the correct card detailes wich I wos told icould not do nothing abought the money now and would have to take this up with my bank.In wich I have and have been told by my bank there is nothing the bank can do. Now this subscription wos not made by self and there is a large amount of money taken from me and would kindly like it back this matter has been going on for weeks but yet still money has not been given back to me
And now i’ve to have reached out again to ask for this money back. I’ve sent evidence to kismia of bank staitments showing all that has been taken. I’ve sent email after. Email to kismia regarding this and i’ve been compleatly eggnord I urge this matter to be rectified as ime now looking to take legal actions against

Demand immediate action from Kismia via email one last time, making it clear you will pursue legal action if the issue isn't resolved. Contact your bank again, insist on speaking to a higher authority, and push for a chargeback on all unauthorized transactions. Keep all records and be ready to consult a lawyer if they continue to ignore you. Don't let them keep your money.
I’ve sent them lots of emails regarding this I’ve even had ai bot write me a staitement threatening them with legal action .I’ve sent them the correct bank detailes regarding obviously the card wich had been cancelled due to findings wich I wos not aware of also reported the fraud to the police wich tracing wre found and a minor had got a hold of my detailes threw an old mobile phone I had sold wich again this person could not be prosecuted being a child .wich I’ve had nothing but stress due to the money they won’t replace and feel like this I’ve lost and ime a poorly man and carnt loose that money ime just now confused the bank will not help wich ime now changing my banks soon as everything that is connected to the bank has been chainged ime not able to do this until kismia has given me my money
