Bought a new camper trailer and had some issues with it. Mike, from KZ, worked with me to use my local shop rather than drive it out somewhere. Great communication and execution of warranty repair. Very impressed with the ease of customer service!

In the spring of 2020 I stupidly tried taking my 10 year old Sportsmen RV under a tree branch. The branch hit the RV squarely and ended up putting a hole in the RV frame. At first it looked like the parts had changed with time and I could no longer get the proper replacement parts. However, when I called Sharrita at KZ RV she checked and assured me that even though the color had changed they could still supply my local RV dealer (All RV in East Hampton, CT) with the parts to fix my problem. The work was done by All RV over the winter and I am pleased with the results. The RV is now 11 years old, but I still plan to get many more years of use and enjoyment out of it...and I will be a lot more careful in the future when I drive it anywhere near tree branches.
I consulted a representative at a renowned Industries firm regarding specifications for the 3453P-3 High Vision 2004 Fifth Wheel model. I received excellent service and all my questions were answered promptly.

I have contacted KZ a couple of times with minor issues. They responded in a timely manner with all the information I needed. This last time I wanted to know if my trailer was ready for an outside ladder installation. They not only informed me it was but included a print of the location where the ladder should be installed.
We had a frame issue just over two years after our purchase date of our KZ Venom Toyhauler 5th wheel. We started seeing "frame flex" after experiencing pretty rough roads in Canada and Alaska. This resulted in our front driver side wall separating from the steel trailer frame when hitched up. KZ worked with us while on the road to safely return home as well as schedule time at the factory to have reinforcements added to both the steel chassis frame as well as the aluminum wall frame around the bedroom slide on our Venom 3911TK. While COVID made this process a little impersonal, KZ's service department did a great job keeping us informed throughout the entire process, receiving almost daily photos of the repairs. KZ was also very considerate of our schedule being self-employed and needing to be back by a certain date. KZ committed to a date that suited our needs but were also able to pull in those dates knowing we were going to be in a rush to hit the road.
I wanted to hold off on this review until after our trip back from the factory. I wanted time to observe the repair to ensure it held up over the nearly 2,000 miles we drove which included a number of mountain passes. Back home for a few weeks now, we have had time to inspect the repairs with the RV on and off the truck. Normally, a silicon seal had no chance of staying intact. Since the repair, the silicon seals along the wall that was separating from the frame haven't shown even slight signs of stress. Perfect. The fiberglass work that was done as part of the repair was also excellent. We can't thank the KZ Service team enough. We are full-timers. This is our home. The stress of having a potential structural issue with your home is pretty great. We honestly lost confidence in the RV. After seeing the upgrades to the frame as well as experiencing it on the journey back, I can confidently say our issue has been mitigated. Thank you KZ! Kirk, Jennifer, & Boo

I couldn't find the same part online, and contacting the factory resulted in me getting the right parts well before my next trip with the RV. I love the RV - love the team's support.

We've owned our Durango 283RLT for a year now and love it. Over the years we've gone through the gamut of RVs - Class C, Class A gas and diesel, smaller travel trailer and this 5th wheel is perfect. Tows well and fit/finish is great. Very happy customer!
Our 2020 Durango Half ton Fifth Wheel started blowing fuses while camping in Shipshewana, Indiana the night before we were to head back home to Tenn. We called KZ that morning and received immediate help. A faulty converter was replaced and we were on our way. Due to their quick response and correctly diagnosing our problem we were able to continue our trip with peace of mind knowing our unit was safe to stay in. A big thank you to the KZ team for standing by your units and a willingness to come to the campground to assist us in our time of need. Clayton P.

We bought our KZ in 2020 and drove all the way from *** to Illinois to pick it up. We saved a great deal and purchased what we wanted. Toward the end of our warranty we had a couple of issues and our local dealer would not help. We reached out to Amy at KZ and she sent us the parts needed and to had me use a mobile repair service then KZ reinbursed me. I must say the customer service was outstanding! Keith C

issues started the very first trip
issues started the very first trip.. the screws for the outside grill propane connection snapped but were promptly fixed by the dealer. next trip hundreds of miles away, the underbelly/ insulation blanket was dragging on the highway; not sure for how long and only found it during a gas stop. had to cut it away to keep driving and also found the heads for the bolts to secure this were also snapped.. next issue was the slide out made a grinding noise.. shower basin floor support missing or failed. shower surround not secure to wall.. multiple dimples in the very front of the trailer apparently from improper installation at the factory. dimples in the ceiling of slide out from fasteners and seems popping. kitchen faucet leaked but that has been replaced. multiple emails and phone calls with mfg; asked for a replacement or buy back.. was told not at that point yet but when asked what it would take to get to that point, I was told I dunno.. dealer not at fault and at mercy of KZ.. some issues resolved but every time we take it out something else s added to the list..

Recently purchased a five year old KZ Connect Spree that was in immaculate condition, but had a few electrical issues. After worrying about the possibility of an expensive repair bill, I contacted KZ Customer Service. I was expecting to get lost in a voicemail system or speak to someone in a call center. Instead the phone was answered by a real live person, Matalyn, who listened patiently as I explained what I was experiencing. She offered to check with a technician and call me back. Not only did she call me back, she called back in minutes and provided me with some advice about how to possibly fix my problem. After checking my trucks fuses as suggested, I discovered two burned out fuses that I replaced for less than $5. Matalyn and her prompt response saved me an expensive and needless repair bill. I have since phoned back a second time and received similar personal service and helpful advice from Matalyn. In today's impersonal world of commerce it is refreshing to have a company that you can actually contact and delivers excellent personal customer service like that provided by Matalyn.

Roof material is bubbling in eight different places. Contacted manufacturer and dealer what's told it normal for the roof to bubble but they said they would fix the sides but not the middle

We bought a camper one year ago and it has leaked since we bought it. We brought it back to the dealership five times to fix the leak it was finally fixed today. Now that dealership says they cannot fix the damage inside. We called the manufacturer and they have refused to help us in fact they were not hostile on the phone.

We purchased a 2017 travel trailer from KZ
We purchased a 2017 travel trailer from KZ. The warranty for the trailer was 2 years, which ended in December . Just 6 months out of warranty our travel trailer started to delaminate on an exterior wall. So I contacted the Vice President of KZ, Delbert M and explained the situation he was willing to fix one area of the delamination, but not all since they say it was due to neglect. We took the trailer into our RV dealer to have everything looked at. They concluded that all delaminated areas are manufacturing defects. They took pictures and sent them to Delbert. Originally, a customer service agent with KZ contacted me to say they would send us a check a $1,000. We have never received the check. KZ admitted to manufacturing defect. This is our second KZ travel trailer in 4 years. Both have delaminated. KZ builds a faulty product and should be held accountable. No trailer should have this problem, especially 6 months out of warranty. They should stand behind their promise to pay for the defect. They had us sign a form, noting they would send the money when we returned the form. That was done August 20th. We paid $34,000 for that trailer. You can imagine how upset one could become with such a big defect.

Later, a window fell off the RV, and all staff, including senior management, told us to tape it and wait for the manufacturer's response. I had to call the manufacturer, but got no callback. My wife contacted service, sent pictures and details, but we got no response. I had to involve a store manager, who said the warranty wouldn't cover it.
