Lakewoode Park Homes review: Intimtation

For fifteen plus years the maintenance team here has been harassing my elderly mom and sister. My mom is gone, but the harassment continues to be directed at my sister and at me every time I'm come to over to help her at her condo. Any repairs or lawn/snow removal is done in a sloppy, unfinished, incomplete manner and done with an attitude. When they would leave the condo all of a sudden they would see the maintenance truck drive by real slow looking at them to see if they noticed what they didn't do, waiting for a reaction. Every time after the snow removal just as my sister is leaving for work or one of us is walking the dog, out of now where comes the maintenance truck, driving real snow looking at us. This happened today. Any time we question the association about the why in front of my sisters condo she still has snow left on the side walk and the side walk where she walks up, she has these guys driving by in a threatening manner to try to intimate her from talking to the association. Some one dropped salt on the side walk in front, where the streaked snow pile is, they just walked around the pile and dropped more salt on the other side of it, the pile is still there. Two other people besides my sister use this walk way to put their garbage at the end of the walk. So they are retaliating against my sister and affecting two other house holds in the process. MY sister and I were both outside leaving and I turn the corner to walk the dog and here comes the old maintenance man with grey hair and mustache turning into her street directly at me. He was not doing snow removal rounds, we did not hear any trucks removing snow, because there is no snow to be removed. He drove by real slow. looked at the snow mess directly left for days in front of my car and sisters condo and starting laughing. There are two men that have been working here for a long time and they are the ones that have been doing these tactics. The one is the old man with gray hair and mustache, and the other is in his 30's/40's brown hair short and stocky. I don't know why they go after my sister and me or why they went after my mom. They did nothing. They are quiet people just trying to survive every day life. The manager is an old man who is buddies with these guys and certain condo owners hear and plays favoritism. The manager denies any wrong doing and will not address these matters. We have heard from many of other owners here who are experiencing some of the same problems. They are people over the age of fifty.
Many owners here have been very upset with the way things have been handled for years. Especially the snow/lawn removal and repairs. They have been through numerous associations boards with no success of getting any of these problems resolved. Then the association keeps demanding more money for "maintenance repairs" that are on the books and never seem to get done. Considering the animal complaints, police outside your door arresting people and maintenance harassment, I would look at other condo's in the area to move into or rent, there are so many around here and don't forget to check them out! Many of these homes were on the auction block, so you know what that means. To drive through here and look at these homes, one would not think this to be a problem place, guess again. Hint: look at the cars that park here.
