Very rude!!
What a terrible site! Lands' End has the worst customer service and they are absolutely ridiculous!
I wasn't able to make my order online, because every time when I tried to place it something went wrong and page crashed. I called Lands' End support service and lady on the phone helped me to make my order. When I was about to pay I noticed there was a price difference and then I realized that order was made incorrectly! I called again and spoke with the same lady and she was rude and said that it was my fault! She was acting like I was the only one to blame. She refused to cancel my order and then simply hung up on me.
These people should be out of business. They do not respects their customers and their service is a total disaster! Don't buy from Lands' End!
No confirmation info and bogus charge
I had the horrible experience with the company www.landsend.com. I ordered a pair of jeans, paid for the order and waited for confirmation email or the tracking number. The seller never sent it to me, so I sent several emails and asked about the status of my order. Later I found out that he charged my card twice. I sent more emails, but no answer from them. I fed up with their silence. So I wanted to open a case against this seller, please leave comments if you haven't received your purchase.
