Lazarus Ford service

The sale :
I bought a Ford Everest 2.2 manual 4x4 2017 model. I was looking for the 3.2 but the sales agent told me there was only discount on the 2.2 and not the 3.2, only to find out afterwards the 3.2 was also on special. My wife bought the Ford Fieste 1.0 ecoboost. The sales agent told us that she will be giving us : window tinting, floor mats and a full tank of fuel as part of the deal. Later we discovered they charged us for it included in the "on the road" fee. When we asked about why that fee is there the sales agent said that all new cars have that fee payable. According to the consumers act they are not allowed to charge this to the buyer. The agent informed me, I qualify for the R72 900 discount on the Everest. I requested they pay the discount out to me, to which the agent said is no problem. One day before receiving the vehicle the agent phoned me and said I don't qualify any more and only qualify for R55 000 discount. I told her that it was not the agreement we had. She called me back 5 minute later and said she arranged that they will give me the first discount as agreed upon.
The refferal:
After we received the vehicles I referred the dealer to my father who bought a Wildtrack. Our sales agent phoned me and said she will pay me R1500 spotters fee if my father buys the vehicle from her, which he did. When they made the spotters payment, they only paid R750 for the spotters fee . When I enquired why the amount is less the what they innicially said they exclaimed that they did not make alot of profit on my father's deal. The reason for the less profit is that he took them on about the "on the road" fee that he said he was not going to pay, they are not allowed to charge it (according to the consumer act with reference to the BMW case finalised that instructed BMW to pay all its clients the on the road fees charged, back)
I took it up with the manager of the branch, when he claims that they are allowed to charge the "on the road" fee and the agents deal with alot of people - they can't always remember what they promise to which clients.
The aftersales service:
My vehicle "spanner" icon came on. I took it to the dealer and they just blew my airfilter out. After a few days it came on again. When I phoned the dealers workshop, they told me to drive the vehicle to them. I work between Alldays and Mussina, for me to drive to Pretoria are not possible. The nearest dealer to me is +-200km away. I asked the workshop what I must do to which he answered what do want them to do (sarcasticly). The workshop said that should something happen while I drive on with the light on and something happens to the vehicle, I will be liable for all the damages.
I have never received such bad service from a spisific vehicle brand, and has lost all confidence in Ford

Lazarus Ford Bad service delivery

Worse service in the world at Lazarus FORD Centurion.
I phoned them 4 ties to book my car for a service and I explained to them that my car is F'ed as it uses water like a toilet. Each time the operator tell me she will get the lady in lane 1 to call me as my car need to be booked sooner to prevent it from breaking. Still no phone call. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to get another booking for my service explained to then the issue. (We will give you a call as this is a serious matter and we need to see if we can get the car sooner). The Car was booked for today as when i called to find out what’s happening the lady said the car was booked for today but no one thinks of advising the client that hey sir you broken car need to come in today as we decided not to call you and talk to you. I had to refill my car at least once a week with water. The previous time i took my car for a service they did not even fill it with oil. i had to take it back the following day to get them to fill the car with oil. Please advice. I am fed up with FORD in centurion. the car makes a noise and they say its standard and ill show them another focus that does not make that noise so they need to step up or take the car and give me my money back so that i can go and buy a TATTA maybe they will be of better use !
