En esta compañía son unos ladrones, estafadores, mentirosos e inmorales . Veo que a muchas personas le ha sucedido lo mismo que a mi, después de varios años de haberles entregado sus terminales me llaman para decir que no las han recibido y que devolver pagar una suma alrededor de $400 dólares. Es un robo porque tengo evidencia y recibos de que fueron enviadas las terminales. En resumidas cuentas se ve claramente que es una estafa .

Lease Finance Group [LFG] contract

I sold my business last november 2016 and I submitted buyout payments for all my machines and they're still taking monies from me. Then after several calls to them to stop I ended up closing my bank accounts. After that they called me threatening me and very nasty. After several years of service I couldn't believe how nasty the rep was from both LFG and Transtech.
If anyone knows of an Atty that is handling this please please contact me. This is awful.

Lease Finance Group [LFG] check machine terminal

My business is in the Consignment world. I decided to try a new company that would allow me to do 30, 60, 90 day payment for my customers. Well, I had to lease a check machine which would allow me to scan small credit check information on my customers to see if they would be approved. In six months I had 3 people use this company. It was costing me more to have the service then what I was making from it. I called LFG explained to them that this service was not working for me and I wanted to cancel the service. . They told me that I could not cancel because I used the equipment. Three times? Really? So, they where asking me to pay for this equipment for 3 and 1/2 more years at 172.61 a month and not be able to use but if I sent the equipment back it would save me $45.00 a month but I would still be charged the $172.61 a month for the remaining lease agreement. So I sent in the equipment with a letter stating that machine was not to be leased out to anyone else. So June or July of this year 2017 I called to see what the payoff was. She told me and then I asked where is the equipment. She told me it was destroyed. Really? So, I'm paying for a piece of equipment that you are telling me that was destroyed. She said yes. So I went to my bank and stopped them from taking anymore payments from my account. Now they are calling 1 to 2 times a day on my shop phone, 1 time a day on my cell phone and within 2 days received 3 letters at my shop and 1 at my home. I am writing down every time they call or I receive a letter. This should have been understood that it wasn't working for me and lease should have been voided along with receiving the equipment back as they did. But sure they put in the hands of someone else.

Lease Finance Group [LFG] anybody suing lease finance group?

I am in similar situation with many of you. This company have been taking money from our account for 5 years now! We had 5 terminals so 5 times 60months! I was wondering if anybody sued this company and succeeded? Please share information.
Any lawyer who already had case against this company? I would like have the lawyer's contact information Please! Please help~!

Lease Finance Group [LFG] credit card machine

I leased a machine from this company for years, they over charged as much as 20% or more, constant hits & charges on my bank account, the lease was up, i closed my business, returned the equipment & eventually had to shut down the bank account & was still being charged. This company is a rip off full of blood thirsty leeches trained to screw you over. So dishonest. Is there no help for the little guy?

I will never use them again & advise anyone else to do the same.

Lease Finance Group [LFG] leasing equipment

I also leased equipment 14 years ago. I returned the equipment and ended the lease over 10 years ago, and have still been charged. Now I have to pay $255 for the equipment that they say they never got. I hardly believe that to be fair market value for equipment that is 14 years old.

When I originally cancelled my lease, I had to pay another year because they said it had to be done by a certain date. I waited the year, and sent the letter. Still being charged.

The representative had the nerve to ask me today for documentation that a letter was sent 10 YEARS AGO!

Shame on you! This business is a scam!

Lease Finance Group [LFG] unethical behavior - complete lack of customer service

On Wednesday, June 28th, 2017, I received a letter in the mail from the above company for a "Settlement Agreement" for an equipment lease. The letter did not state what kind of equipment, Lease information, any thing. It just demanded a payment of $390.80 before July 5th 2017. On Thursday, June 29th, 2017, I called the number on the letter I received. The first time I called, I left a message on the voice mail of Julissa Feliz, EXT 8382, the person that signed the bottom of the letter. The second time I called, I went to customer service, I was connected with a Ms. Joseph in the legal department. I told her about the letter I received in the mail, stating that I didn't know what this was about because the business mentioned in the letter was sold in July 2005. She was defensive and belligerent from this minute she started talking to me. I requested all the documentation that had to do with this lease and she stated she would send me a copy of the lease document only. I said that I needed everything to review and again she stated that she would send me the lease document only, then she hung up on me. The third time I called, I got Ms Joseph in the legal department again. I said I believe that you just hung up on me, to which she stated the phone call was over and she ended it. I told her that the phone call was not over and I still had questions. She was even more defensive and belligerent on this phone call, interrupting as I was talking and not answering my questions. I told her that I needed to see all the documentation for this lease included the payment history. I wanted this because I wasn't going to take a random total from a random letter of what was owed on a 13 year old piece of equipment. She had said the last payment was received in 2013. Again, she was very belligerent, and I asked her to please calm down and not to hang up on me, as I was trying to figure out what was going on. She stated that I was very condescending and when I wanted to talk to her right to call back. She then proceeded to hang up on me again.

I did not try to call back a fourth time.

All I am trying to do is find out what is going on so I know that proper course of action to take. I was under the understanding that all of the Sale of the Business paperwork that was drawn up by the Lawyer and signed by all parties involved had taken care of everything and spelled out all of the take over of equipment leases in detail and in full. I can't do that without getting all the information pertaining to a issue that is 13 years old.

I am absolutely appalled at the lack of customer service received by this person. She was immediately on the attack and did not want to explain or help out in any way. Every word out of her mouth was completely defensive and berating in nature. On the third phone call, even after I asked her to calm down and not hang up on me, she tried to say I was the one with the problem and proceeded to hang up on me.

Very bad service and not at all conductive to getting this issue resolved in any way, shape or form.

Lease Finance Group [LFG] charging me every month for the last 15 years on equipment which I have already paid for

Lease Finance Group has been charging company for the last 15 years $125.00 + another $75.00 for equipment which we have already paid for
The equipment is too old and out of date not using it .

Please stop deducting from my account money which I don't owe you.
if not I will be forced to close bank account.

Lease Finance Group [LFG] service

I switched to this company on 1/26/16, due to a salesperson that walked in my store and promised me big savings. I didn't see a deposit into my account till 30 days later, 2/26/16, because the salesperson wrote down the wrong bank account number, he was off by one digit.
Till today 3/16/16, they owe me over $2500, as they haven't deposited all the money that was passed through their c.C. Machine, plus they hit me with a $547 fee for the wrong account number the salesperson gave them.
I talked to a Jolene hill that calls herself the merchant solution mgr, and told of the fee and my missing money, over a month ago. She doesn't return my calls, and emails, after she initially told me she would take care of this problem. That was a month ago. Her deplorable service is reflective of the company she works for. Stay away from this company they are crooks, liars, deceivers...etc. And can't wait till my 12 month lease is over.
Salesperson wanted me to sign a 5 yr lease. Thank God I talked him down to 1.

Lease Finance Group [LFG] leasing of a terminal

I am in Canada. I have had to deal with 3 companies I was not happy with - Versapay, Chase Paymentech and Lease Finance Group. Due to the FCAC regulations in Canada (Financial Consumer Agency of Canada) Code of Conduct for the Credit and Debit Industry of Canada, Element 3 which specifies:

3. Payment card network rules will ensure that following notification of a fee increase or the introduction of a new fee, or a reduction in applicable interchange rates not passed on to merchants, merchants will be allowed to cancel their contracts without penalty.

By signing a contract with an acquirer, a merchant will have the right to cost certainty over the course of their contract. As a result, in the event of a fee increase or the introduction of a new fee, merchants will be allowed to opt out of their contracts, without facing any form of penalty, within 90 days of receiving notice of the fee increase or the introduction of a new fee.

Merchants will also have the right to provide 90 days’ notice to exit their contracts without penalty in the event that acquirers do not pass-through the full savings from any reduction to payment card networks’ posted interchange rates that are applicable to that merchant, within 90 days of receiving notice of the interchange reduction.

This right includes relief from the application of any penalties on all related service contracts (e.g. terminal lessors, third party processors) brokered by the acquirer and/or its registered agents, processors or other agents.

Merchants may not cancel their contracts in relation to fee increases made in accordance with pre-determined fee schedules, such as those based on merchant sales volume, provided that the schedules are included in the merchant’s contract.

I have followed the requirement with registered letters in the due time and Versapay and Chase Paymentech has honoured the cancellation of their services. Lease Finance Group has not! They have harassed endlessly for almost a year.

Can anybody suggest what to do about this unscrupulous group?

Hi,

was your issue resolved? I have the same problem with LFG. They keep charging me $75/month for a machine o haven't used since 2012. I was told I would own the machine after my 48 month lease to own. Now they are saying they are still charging me because i haven't returned an old machine or I could pay for it $500 to keep it!

hese guys will try as much as possible to frustrate you when you end your lease and even go further to try and hold your security deposit from you.There is nothing unique about them, they operate the same as any other company but have more defaults.You can think every staff is trained differently with regards to company policies because you'll always get...

Can anyone shut this company down and help small business owners retrieve what was lost from them monetarily? I've learned what a huge mistake we made when we signed with this company. NPC or Retriever Processing allows reps to come in and offer better credit card processing rates, but you must lease "THEIR" machine. Then you find out it isn't their machine at all and they are peddling for LFG. You can buy the same machine for $289.95 or less but you must lease this in order to get their rates. After being in business for approximately 15 years and leasing a credit card terminal from this company, they would not accept their equipment back and tried to charge hefty fees for terminating with the firm. Do not use this firm!!! Employees and managers are very curt. They are fine when you are paying the high monthly fees, however, when you try to cancel... Beware!!!

Lease Finance Group [LFG] fraudulent contract

A representative from Retriever Processing Co., Tony Viola, came into the store to sell us his company service. We told him we were not interested in changing out program, but he continued to offer better rates, promised we would receive better service, etc. We told him we were not interested, but as a final tactic, he told us he would give us a two month all inclusive free trial. My sister and I were working with customers, phone calls, etc. as our business was open. When he told us that our old machine would be out of compliance and must be replaced, we figured a free trial would be beneficial. We thought we had nothing to lose as we could cancel if we were not satisfied. Turns out, he had my sister sign a 4 year contract! We had no idea we had entered this contract. It was not made clear, and she nor I understood he was giving us two months free to try, but had subjected us to a four year contract. We decided, after not being satisfied with customer service, that we did not want to remain with Retriever. We got a letter about the contract, and I contacted Tony Viola, on May 14, 2015. He told me he would call me back after talking to his manager Daniel Gill. He called me back shortly, and told he to fax a cancellation notice to the number he provided. He said he would send me a box and a return label for the equipment to be returned. We did as he told us, and the notice was faxed, the equipment returned on 5/18/15. The Lease Finance Company deducted $50 and some change, from our bank account. My sister and I called many times today to discuss this and to tell them that we had been instructed and assured by Tony Viola that the matter would be cleared. After many attempts to reach an associate...even the 24 hour voicemail box was full... I finally got to leave a message. Late in the afternoon, I received a call back. I was told that Tony Viola was not a rep, of their company even though he was the one who signed us up with Lease Finance...unbeknownst to us. They said that my sister had signed and they had her Social Security number and if we did not pay they would turn us over to the collectors. We do not have the equipment, and we cancelled before the two month trial period. We think they also have been deducting $82.30 for over 10 years from our account for something the previous owner now deceased signed before we bought the store. We have not been able to get contact information as to who is deducting from our account for so long. We think Lease Finance is deducting two amounts from our account now for services and machines we do not have and did not understand we would be responsible for. We need help. I had a very contentious conversation with Tanya from LFG today. I called Tony Viola after that conversation, and he told me again, that he would be taking care of it, and indeed thought that he had done so. He assured me that he had offered us the two month free trial. He did not deny that and it's written on our contract- thus my sister signed, thinking it was a free trial of the equipment and Retriever. We did not know that there were TWO companies involved as only one rep was talking to us. LFG denies that he represented their company. Terrible.

Lease Finance Group [LFG] poor product and service. misleading contract

Our cousin approached us 4 months before we opened and asked us to sign up with his company(Eliot Management Group) to process our credit cards and lease us the POS equipment. Anxious to help him and make our business as up to date as possible, we agreed, but asked him to start the processing and the lease when we opened.
The equipment showed up immediately and so did the drafting of our account. We asked him to credit back the 3 months we didn't use it, he agreed, but the money never came. Since then the equipment didn't work properly and our cousin spent 2 months with us trying to work the bugs out. He never did. Then one evening we discovered 3 counterfit bills in our register that he had been using. Now we are stuck with the equipment, changed our bank account and processing, so the company says it is going to sue us, because we had a non-cancellable contract accepting an "as is" product. We never expected the "as is" meant "didn't work a crap" They won't stand behind it and insist on collecting the remainder of the lease. We were told we signed a 24 month lease, but when the paperwork came back to us it was mysteriously changed to 48 months. That means we would pay $12, 000 for the use of this equipment. No way.

Lease Finance Group [LFG] trying to take money

I completed my 60 month term with this company and they took the money for the last month. I then receive a bill saying that I owe for last month and for then next month of the one I returned the equipment in because I mailed it 4 days in then month. This is a bigsc am not happy
