I purchased a scooter from this company. No communication from shipping company. Shippers refuse to deliver to home even though I paid additional money to have it shipped there. Sales Manager is very rude and uncooperative. Cystomer Service Manager is not helpfull at all

they said express delivery was not paid for, and the shipping address was commercial and they have it as residential.
the package should have been sent to Nakia Zenon, 226 wall st, lafayette la 70506 which is a commercial address. the shipping company is closed on Xmas eve and xmas day, therefore we cannot get package until 12/28/08 because they sais express shipping was not paid for. please contact me at [protected]

I got screwed by Legion Global. I bought a 250 cc scooter that runs like crap, the front end wobbles and it is unsafe to drive. I bought a 6 mth warranty parts and labour, and they won't honour it. Do NOT buy anything from these crooks. My scooter is unsafe to ride, and the damage in shipping and the replacement part promised never arrived after 5 calls to them. They will call you back and blow you off. No call, no product, they should burn in ***! I'm just screwed out of $2000. Any advice on what I can do?
