Legion Global Motorsports Terrible company

This column does not have enough wording for my complaints. Basically, I ordered and finally received a go cart that is useless after 2 hours of operation. I cannot tell you how disappointed my three children of 8, 7, and 5 are about their present. Not only is this go cart impossible to start without a battery charger, but the pipe to the muffler cracked in half and the chain broke on the first day. I have been promised replacement parts for months without seeing the parts.

Customer service and warranty is not this company's strong pointts. Now I know why the company does not take credit cards and only accepts checks over the phone. Credit card companies have more rights to refunds that the average consumer.

Legion Global Motorsports Sad experience

I ordered my scooter back in April 2008. It arrived within a reasonable amount of time. There was no shipping charge. All of this sounds good, right. Well, when it arrived it needed some assembly. Which was understandable, except for the fact that there was no instruction manual. The only manual I received was the one telling me how to put the acid in the battery. Which for most is merely a common sense type of thing.

Anyways, my girlfriend and I took turns riding it the next day. We put only 10 miles on it riding it around the neighbourhood. When the front tire started going flat. It was too late to call Legion Global that night, so I waited till the next day. I called them and gave them my scooters vin number, figuring that since I purchased a 6 month warranty with my scooter that I would receive my new tire and rim at no cost to me, WRONG! It's been almost four months, and still nothing.

One time they gave me a tracking number, and when I looked up that tracking number, there was no record of it anywhere. So I spent the next three weeks going back and forth with these people, just trying to get a new tire.

Oh, on the side of my scooter it says that the oil needs to be changed after the first 300km, that's right kilometres. OK, so I tried going elsewhere for my oil filter. No luck, instead I found out that my scooter is a 'throw away'. Just like the ones sold at Pep Boys.

Some warranty, huh?

Legion Global Motorsports Scooter

I purchased a 50cc Scooter from Legion Global. Did not recieve a Certificate of Orgin. This is needed to register a Scooter, even a 50cc. PA requires all Scooters be licensed.

I have been emailing them for weeks and they ignore my request for the Certificate.

I cannot use it.

DON'T BUY A SCOTTER OR MOTORCYCLE FROM LEGION GLOBAL.

I ordered a 50cc scooter also it arrived with no keys. It has been sitting in my garage useless for two weeks. I call them constantly and they just do not want to help. This company is horrible, the people are just rude and useless... If i lived close by i would love to go there in person maybe one day i will be in illinios and pay them a little visit...

I purchased a scooter from this company. No communication from shipping company. Shippers refuse to deliver to home even though I paid additional money to have it shipped there. Sales Manager is very rude and uncooperative. Cystomer Service Manager is not helpfull at all

Legion Global Motorsports Terrible customer service!

I ordered a 50cc ATV From legion Global & did not receive the four wheeler I ordered I have a 2 1/2 year old son and a 50 cc is all he can handle. They sent me 110 cc instead They told me they upgraded the wheeler to a 110. A 110 is way to much wheeler for a 2 1? 2 year old They insisted it was the same size internet give the sizes and NO IT IS NOT! He cant ride it it, is too fast and too big. I called them back Renee & Steve was very rude! Too bad is the answer I got we have a no return policy. We talked to customer service who told us they don't even sell a 50 cc . The internet says the DO. I called another person to order another 50 cc today and Steve said "sure we have them in our Texas Warehouse! " Just give me a check by phone and I can save you some money! Yeah so they can get my money for the wrong product, they didn't want to take a debit or a credit card Because of the hassle, I now know its because we could have stopped payment. Steve and Renee are are CROOKS and LIARS! As I was ordering the other four wheeler I asked about the Internet blogs... Steve told me... No one ever gets the wrong bike and this wouldn't happen to anyone. He said if that happened it would have happened in the first year they were opened but NOT in THE LAST FOUR YEARS. Well STEVE IT HAPPENED AGAIN ON [protected] !

Steve & Renee I will be seeing you in court IF this matter is not resolved!

Legion Global Motorsports Ripped me off

I purchased 2 scooters They were damaged Told me to take pictures send them e-mail called to see if it was received I was suppose to wait for a decision I waited 2 weeks I called told me they didn't give refunds to get money back I would have to file a shipping claim I did I was told I waited to long by Fed-Ex They should have told me then I only had 21 days to file a shipping claim I had to wait till Jan 2nd after the holidays before I got to talk to someone They shuffled me around till I lost all means of receiving a refund.
