They call every month saying they haven't received my payment
They call every month saying they haven't received my payment. Payment is always made on time and they call the day after payment is due even though you have a grace period of 16 days..worst experience every had to take a loan out for funeral and it has been horrible..Never every will use them again I will just pay a higher interest rate with someone else first..not worth all the stress..Will tell everybody to stay far far away from them.. if I could give a 0 rating I would

LendingUSA seems really good so far
LendingUSA seems really good so far. Miguel was super helpful, professional, and answered my questions, calls, and emails in a timely manner. I even received my loan in 24 hours. I am only giving them a 4 star because I just received it less than a week ago so I don't know how their customer service is going forward. After a few months I will give an updated review of my oversell experience after making payments and if I run into any issues going forward. However, my current experience was perfect!

It was quick and easy to apply for the loan, and the pre approval just took seconds.
Safe, quick and easy application process...Transaction was quickly done, and approval and funding occurred in about 4 days..
It was good had to wait a week to sign the loan documents because they had technical issues but other than that thumbs up
Quick and Efficient and lived up to what they said. Very good experience.
Oh I have to say lending USA is the easiest painless lender to borrow money from
Oh I have to say lending USA is the easiest painless lender to borrow money from. They approve faster than a bank and they'll even pre-approve you on certain sites which is fantastic. I was approved for two loans close to 19,000 and I have to say that Nick my loan specialist was absolutely professional outstanding he did a great job and the underwriter did a fabulous job too. Ultimately approve me! My credit score 766 but nevertheless God is good and I needed this money right now to carry me over. Thank you for approving me today for my second loan lending USA you're the best

Easy to apply even though credit not best. Friendly lady and ease of acceptance. Thank you!
The person I spoke to was super helpful and nice. I got the funds I needed within a couple of days and I was pleased with the service I received.
Easy process and easy to work with . Haven't started making payments yet, will definitely take advantage of the 6 months no interest tho. Seems to be a very reputable company and I would encourage you to try them.
Very quick and easy process, to have my loan approved, processed and funded.
The lady I dealt with over the phone was very pleasant to deal with and the process was quickly done
The lady I dealt with over the phone was very pleasant to deal with and the process was quickly done. HOWEVER, the APR I was given is 28.6% and my credit score is 720+. Lending USA was the only finance option I was given by the funeral home to handle the expense of my brother's funeral. I feel I was bent over a barrel and taken advantage of at a time when my family and I are grieving over the loss of my brother. As far as I'm concerned this finance company is on the level of buzzards and ambulance chasers because they take advantage people when the death of a loved one occurs.
Lending process was so fast and straight forward. Although there were some tech problems, but they solved them quickly. I'll consider Lending USA in the future if they offer me lower interest :D
iy was difficult at first to complete and submit my application as i am not computer literate. with help i finally got it all done. once it was finished, it all fell into place and everything is fine now and it has started to pay out. i do recommend lending.com to others in need of help.
Very courteous, helpful and quick. Would absolutely recommend to anyone that could use a helping hand.
No problems in filling out paperwork online and loan process was easy and fast response!
Twice now my auto payment has fallen on the seekend/holiday and their autodial **** continuously call your number and hound you for payment
Twice now my auto payment has fallen on the seekend/holiday and their autodial *** continuously call your number and hound you for payment. I'm set up on autopayment! I have called them and spoken to their customer service reps which are not helpful in regards to the issue as the calls *** continue until the next business day the payment auto drafts. A very flawed system and apparently somebody there has a brain to look at the calender and see it's a weekend or holiday and turn off their auto dialers for their customers that have ACH drafts set up. Wake up Lending USA! You can do better!
I had to call in several times to make sure my loan was done
I had to call in several times to make sure my loan was done. It took two and a half weeks to get my loan when I was told it would take two days. Online, it said I would have everything done and someone would contact me with next steps but that never happened, I always had to call in and every time there was something else I had to do, even though my online portal said everything was done. My loan officer was great and very nice but I was only reached out to once on next steps of my loan, I always had to call in to try and get info. The loan process was too lengthy and stressful and if I hadn't already been this deep in the loan process I think I would have cancelled.

DO NOT FINANCE WITH THEM!
DO NOT FINANCE WITH THEM! Worst lending company ever! They use your vulnerability as a way to reel you in! We applied for a loan to pay off the funeral and the funeral home insisted that we would not pay any additional fees, besides the original loan amount. Also, that we wouldn't get charged any interest if paid within 6 months! We paid 75% of the loan upfront and got charged for an Overpaid Interest. When I called, the rep confirmed the same information the funeral home did, that we would only pay the original loan amount. Months later, we found out that the loan was higher than expected, even though we've been overpaying these past few months. I called again to go over this with a rep and this gentleman stated that they are understaffed. Not to mention that he was beyond rude every time I called! PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH!

I'm VERY surprised this company has an A + rating with the ComplaintsBoard.com
I'm VERY surprised this company has an A + rating with the complaintsboard.com. The employees are not able to help ...NOR IS THE SUPERVISOR! I made my payment on the due date (and paid an extra $5 through their automated phone system to make sure it was on time) but it still has not posted! Called many times and getting different reasons for it not showing. I have a confirmation number and the funds are already out of my account which I explain to each rep I speak with and I'm in total disbelief this is not getting resolved. When I asked for a supervisor,, he was just as unhelpful as his reps were and also tried to over talk me a number of times. I'm in the right and they seriously won't help? Im tired of their inconsistent stories and lies. Best of luck to whoever may decide to use their services. After I get this payment issue resolved I will be making one final payment to pay them off. I NEVER want to deal with these people again.
Best decision i've ever made!
Best decision i've ever made! Especially if Alex is the one helping you! He's like an *** sent from above, made everything easier for me and i've asked him some advice, he definitely gave me advices that's very honest. How did i know if it's honest or not? I've dealt with a lot of people in this kind of industry but none of them tell me how i should handle some stuff (which I cant really state here cuz, idk, maybe it's not allowed...) just ask Alex im sure he knows what i'm talking about. He'll help you all through out the process, will give you bonus tips so you can get out of your debts and stuff faster and to truly start fresh.
His way of customer service is more than 5 out of 5. This company is really blessed to have this guy. I will recommend LendingUSA and especially, most especially Alex to my friends and family who needs help with their loan or debts!
Need a loan? Go to Lending USA and ask for Alex! You'll have a lesser stress in no time!
Thank you Alex for all the help! You did an awesome service! I will send your direct line to my friend 'cuz i told her im beyond satisfied with the service!
LendingUSA, give this guy a credit for the great job! Promotion? Bonus? Increase? I can tell you he deserve it!
I did not realize when I was getting a loan through LendingUSA, that I would be bombarded with a huge hidden fee
I did not realize when I was getting a loan through LendingUSA, that I would be bombarded with a huge hidden fee. When I signed the contract for my loan, the merchant had not told me about this fee. They claim the fee is an "origination fee" but usually orgination fees are typically .5% to 1%. My "origination fee" was 8% increase. When I asked customer service about this fee and if there was anything that could have been done because it was hidden and I had no idea it was what I signed up for, they repeatedly told me that I had to go harass the merchant to be reimbursed. Why would I go harass the merchant when I am pretty sure they had no idea about it either? Not only that but their customer service was also incredibly incompetent. There were times where I would try to communicate with them and they would tell me they did not understand what I meant or that they did not know the word that I said. There was also a time where I told them "So this is a hidden fee and you guys just pocket the cash?" and the representative says "yes ma'am". Like what? I genuinely wish I had the recording of the phone calls to share. They need to hire customer service representatives that are competent and also LendingUSA should not have hidden fees. LendingUSA claims to be hassle free and support their clients but that was NOT my experience with them. If you want to avoid hidden fees, do NOT use LendingUSA.

This company seems like a scam or fraud to get money out of you, I will NEVER go through with them again
This company seems like a scam or fraud to get money out of you, I will NEVER go through with them again . Back in February I received a text saying my grace period was ending that they never received my payment for February. I called in and explained to the guy I did in fact make my payment and wanted to know why it was saying I didn't on their end . The guy looked up my account and and apologized saw that I did make the payment and said he was going to have it fixed on their end . I go to make my March payment and same thing getting a text saying I'm past due on my payment and my grace period is ending. I call in and the guy is saying that I missed a payment in February so my March payment was going towards that missed payment in February. I explain to him I never missed the said payment and this was already supposed to be resolved. The guy gives me an email to send my bank statement of the payment I made in February which I did a week ago . I got an email back from them 2 days ago stating they can't pull up my account information to call the number of customer service . They again call me today saying I need to pay them or it's going to hit my credit . And that they haven't received the email of my bank statement containing that I did in fact make the payment . And all I keep getting told is call back tomorrow maybe it hasn't gone through . I will be calling back AGAIN tomorrow to speak with someone higher up that can help resolve this or will take legal action to get this issue resolved .

The worst servicing that I ever had with a lender
The worst servicing that I ever had with a lender. Even when I pay on time, they send messages stating that I haven't paid. Even to a point to where my credit was affected. I should've reported them earlier, but it's gotten too bad to put off anymore. Lost my job due Covid-19. Called into service immediately after finding out about my job to ask if they'd have any options for me. Was told that I could defer my payments for 3 month (April, May, and June) after I sign an affidavit (which I was fine with). Month later and After 7 phone calls into the center to check when they were going to send the document, I was told each time that a different department sends those out and it may take a while. Not certain and concerned, I asked to speak with the supervisor. I was told that the supervisor wasn't in and I'd have to wait 2 more days until they return. Sigh. This whole time, I am still receiving messages that my payment is late while awaiting this document. I wait 2 days and called into the service center again, only for them to tell me that I'm late and have to first pay my payment in before I get the affidavit. This time I owe for 2 months. When I ask the supervisor to review the notes in my account since April, he put me on hold to read them. When he came back, he apologized and stated I was correct and that he will forwarded this information to the correct department. 3 months later... I look at my credit report and see that my credit score has been knocked down 45 points due to nonpayment to Lending USA for the months of April and June. Sigh. You should know by now, I'm on fire! After all of the calls and speaking so many supervisor to get this corrected, NOTHING was corrected. Called in last week to see what happened. The Rep stated that they made ANOTHER mistake and only deferred 1 month of the 3 month payment deferment and that they will need to apply and correct the other months but that will take time. Good gawd! I have never in MY LIFE experienced such reckless handling of financial info. There's definitely a disconnect in the departments and centers. And their clients are paying for it. In these crazy times of financial uncertainty, please treat the customers that want to do right RIGHT.

We are actually stunned at the level of poor customer service we have received from Lending USA
We are actually stunned at the level of poor customer service we have received from Lending USA.
On April 29th, my husband was furloughed from his job due to the COVID-19 global health crisis. Immediately, we set about alerting any creditors we had that we would need a deferment until we were able to sort out unemployment benefits and the like.
Every single creditor, from our mortgage lender to our vehicle lease, provided us with a deferment. On April 30th, my husband contacted Lending USA and was informed by a customer service representative that an application for deferment of our small loan payment would arrive in our email inbox within "24-48 business hours". Four business days went by, and the email never arrived. My husband called again and was given the same information. Four business days went by - no email. My husband has called every fourth business day for one month- a total of seven times. On Thursday, May 19th, he was informed that an email was sent on 5/12. After combing our spam and deleted emails (even requesting yahoo to restore any previously deleted emails - which they did) did not turn up an email from Lending USA, my husband called again. On May 20th, my husband called again and asked for a supervisor who stated that an email was in fact NOT sent to us on 5/12 - and that he did not know where the last customer service representative obtained their information. The supervisor informed my husband that he needed to be patient. My husband explained that it has been a month and his current credit score of 820 will not remain as such without Lending USA's follow through. The supervisor, Luis, told my husband, in no uncertain terms, 'too bad' and that if he wanted to protect his good credit, he should pay the bill.
This is simply egregious abuse of consumers' good faith and time. My husband and I have literally been forced to make a decision on whether to move forward with a life saving medical procedure that I need, or pay the only outstanding debt we have - which is our Lending USA bill. It is incredible that as consumers who have never been late with a payment, with above average credit have been cast aside and ignored by this major lending corporation who clearly does not stand by their word and has zero interest in protecting anything but their bottom line.

*** Poor customer service, when ask to speak with a supervisor, they are either busy on another or one is not available
Poor customer service, when ask to speak with a supervisor, they are either busy on another or one is not available. And the few times I have been able to speak to a supervisor, most were rude except supervisor Dezzy. On one occasion spoke with supervisor Luis Cruze, Luis was very rude and hostile towards me when I was explaining the incident i had with bank to pay loan off. He stated to me, "You need to be speaking to your bank as to why the payment did not go through." So I tried to explain that i had spoken to Michael 5/18. Explained what happened and he stated to me the amount I would be paying. But when I called on 5/20 and got Luis he was rude and hostile as i stated above and stated the amount had gone up due to interest. It was the way he came at me that peed me off. After hanging up on him and calling back to speak with Dezzy I was able to make my payment in full and requested an expedited paid in full letter. At which was stated to me that an order had been placed to send to my email and nothing to date. Have checked spam junk etc...NOTHING! After speaking to numerous reps stating that i would receive letter in 24-48 business hours I should have received at least one by now. It is truly sad tht you pay a substantial amount of money to a company and get the run around of getting a paid in full letter. I just don't get it. All I am asking for is a paid in full letter for my lender. You tell me it will take 15-30 bus days to get a letter but you took my money within less than 24 hours and was quick to report me to transUnion credit bureau late February when i was not. I have never done business with someone so unprofessional as Lending USA. Sad to say i called 5/20, 5/27 spoke to Diana and Dezzy, 5/29 Alex, 6/1 Rodrigo, called back 6/1 cause Rodrigo seemed to not now what he was doing and spoke to Arturo, 6/5 Alex, and again 6/10 Gabriel and requested a supervisor and spoke to Jose which he was quiet rude and hostile. I am inclined to believe each and everyone that i have spoken to have lied about me receiving paid in full letter because I have not receive 1 email and should have at least received 1 or 2 at best. SMH...It is sad that I am going to have to seek legal counsel to resolve a simple matter of providing me with a paid in full letter. I have been asking since May 20 and still nothing and we are in the middle of June almost a month of me requesting a paid in full letter. But again when you late, it is reported immediately to screw up your credit no doubt but you have to go through lots of stress and havoc just to get a paid in full letter. Never will use Lending USA again, worst experience EVER. Took loan out for cosmetic dental, however grateful. But never again. It has been very stressful, from day one of trying to handle anything with Lending USA. I am going to tell people that I mentioned your company to please stay clear if they want to keep their sanity and stay stress free. I had to give a 1 star and i do not know why... cause you all are the WORST of THE WORST, professionally and poor customer service. Need to really train your employees because they are clueless as to what to do and say. ALL I WANT IS A LETTER SENT TO ME BY EMAIL AND MAIL CORRESPONDENCE. THAT IS ALL I HAVE ASKED FOR AND CAN NOT EVEN SEEM TO GET THAT.

I have always tried my best to pay my bills on time
I have always tried my best to pay my bills on time. I am now retired so I pay my bills prior to actual due date b/c it works best for me. I receive my monies basically around the first of the month(except for SS). I paid my Lending USA and was later told that it wasn't applied as usual so I had to make ANOTHER payment. I explained that on a fixed income I didn't have more money to give them and asked for some consideration with the matter. After repeatedly and rudely admonishing me the agent agreed to make the corrections. He even placed me on hold while he made the correction and told me this when he came back on the call. However, every month since this incident they have overcharged me, I continue to call and they continue to say,"I'll take care of it, put me on hold, come back on line and say,"its been resolved". Next month it is the same thing all over(like I'm in the Groundhog Day Movie)In the past I've spoken to ***, Fesu,Cashmier,*** again and others yet no results. Considering all that has happened, it appears I am being deliberately targeted, discriminated against b/c I spoke up which is obviously not allowed by a *** woman. This is an example of systematic racism(as in the news, now). I am pleading with you to help with this matter b/c they have totally dismissed, disrespected and tried to dehumanize me. I have had this loan with *** for 3 years and none of my payments were late. In December my father fell ill due to COVID and I had to assist my mother with household bills. I am in the process of making sure my credit is heathy I called the lender to let them know of the situation and I was offered a 2 month deferment for Dec and Jan and that my auto payment would resume in February. I started receiving text and calls about a late payment. I assumed that I was just getting these message in error until they started coming more frequent. Finally I spoke with someone at the end Jan and they told me my account was past due and that I was not in deferment and that I owed over $***.
On August 18th I got a personal loan from Lending USA, as I'm on full social security disability, trying to make ends meet. This so called "bank" pulled a predatory lending practice and scheme on me that imposes unfair and abusive loan terms, a jaw dropping interest rate at the tune of nearly 25%, stripping me of any money I have to live on. This bank's deception to get me to take out a loan I couldn't afford when they approved me and can't afford now with the high living costs is a pure predatory lending scheme they baited me into. I made attempts with this bank, by phone, to lower my interest rate or allow me to skip a month or two (putting loan missed on back end) but they instill fear in me by telling me that a) they won't lower the interest rate to allow me to survive and make ends meet and b) they allow any extensions and c) if I don't make payments as promised they will destroy my credit by contacting the credit bureaus as a fear tactic to force me to pay their 25% interest that they knew in advance I couldn't pay for BEFORE granting me the loan. If I don't get a resolution here I will contact the NY Attorney General's Office, the Banking Commission in hopes of protecting other innocent victims from the predatory practice by Lending USA.
I filled out an application and was approved.i waited a few to go over if I could budget the loan payment.called lending back and tgey did not have true acct on file even though I had two emails showing I had been approved.i was then told I'd be transferred to someone to talk then it rang and hung up.i tried to go back online to see and it had fill it out again and tge same amount for tge loan came up again and another email came says to call and again the they said no record and a few minutes of explaining my situation she said no wait I see it and your not approved.i told her I wanted to talk to some and she said call back.this is no way to go about it very unprofessional.
Lending USA seeks collection calls & letters for a balance that is not owed
Lending USA seeks collection calls & letters for a balance that is not owed. We have documentation from them full payment was received with $0.due. Lending USA company has constantly harassed myself and spouse for a debt that is not owed. We have received a letter showing payment was made in full and that there is no currently monthly due, no past due, nor total amount due. (they all say $0 after we made a *** payment to your company several months ago, to which yall lost the first check and we resent it via certified mail requiring signature the 2nd time around. ) I suggest that your company get this matter to the person that can resolve it or our steps will be to contact your partners ceo at Petland of this matter, then seek legal representation for harassment, emotional destress, and loss of wages for all the time I have taken in attempt to explain this to your call center agents. The agents I speak with have been unable to assist in anyway and they say they can not stop the call that it is an automatic dialer and continually just demand the payment. The last conversation I told them I don't care who they need to advise higher to them, but they need to escalate the matter for a resolve. We do not owe you $209.57 or any amount. We owe you nothing and you owe us the courtesy to look into this matter and resolve it if you ever want our business again or for us to recommend your service to others.

I took a *** loan from Lending USA to graduate from my Consolidation program with ***. I was told that I was gonna be in a 6month interest free promotion so no interest will be charged to me. Last time I check in January (January being my 6th month) I owed $*** and confirmed it with one of their representatives. After the 6th month my balance went up to $*** I called them and I was told to write an email to *** so they can investigate what happened. They told me that since I did not pay my loan within 6months they added the interest back. I'm not happy about this and I want them to drop my balance and honor the 6 month interest free I had. I'm starting to build my credit again after being scammed by a previous consolidation company and I'm not happy about *** taking advantage by not honoring the six month interest free offer I agreed on before doing business with them
I paid the balance of my loan in full in October/November and Lending USA is still billing me and has not closed the account
I paid the balance of my loan in full in October/November and Lending USA is still billing me and has not closed the account. I obtained a loan on July 20. I was informed that there would be no interest charged if the loan was paid in full on or before the 6th month payment. I requested and received a Payoff Letter on October 24. I send payment in full on October 30th via Priority (2 day) mail. Unfortunately the mail took longer than 2 days, which is out of my control. I then received an invoice for a payment due December 22. I sent payment and requested confirmation that this account is now closed. I did not and have not received any such confirmation; however, I have been receiving invoices. I have called and have sent correspondence and emails to Lending USA for the past 5 months regarding my payment in full and request for confirmation of closed account. On February 6, I received an email from *** (***) indicating that he understood that this was resolved and he would contact the Billing Department. On February 17, I received another email from *** stating that the account has been take care of, under review and he's trying to get it resolved. As of today's date (March 20), I am still receiving invoices by email and telephone calls that this account is open. Nobody is assisting me regarding my dispute and closing of this account.

I got a loan with Lending USA in 2018. I have made all payments on time, yet they have something called a maturity date. Which mine was 12/5. What they neglected to state was that this is not when your account is paid in full. It basically is when the ACH is expired and any balance after that is the total amount due. So after paying on time for 36 months which is what my contract was for, they are stating I still owe. Furthermore, this amount is collecting interest on a daily basis. I spoke with 2 reps in Sept and October to verify that this date 12/5 is when I am done with this loan and neither one explained that I would still have a balance due.
Company sent pre-APPROVAL letter for a specified amount, then when I called in to sign documents for the pre-APPROVAL, I was told it was denied. I had two instances saying APPROVAL. Once from the letter I received and once during application. To see the word APPROVAL then have them turn around and deny and try to come up with excuses is unacceptable and wastes the time of people who see the word APPROVAL and expect follow through. Unacceptable business practice. Had the letter said pre-QUALIFIED it would have been a completely separate issue, but the word APPROVAL means it will happen
I received an email from LendingUSA in the early hours of 12/30 regarding an Adverse Action Notice. It appears someone is attempting to apply for loans in my name through a bank in another state. I called and spoke with *** at LendingUSA who took my name, number, and the loan number. He then said he would transfer me to security. After 18 minutes on hold, I was hung up on. I then called back and dialed ext *** for fraud reports (per LendingUSA website) and was sent to a voicemail. I then attempted to use the chat function of the website. After *** took my name and phone number, she stopped replying for over an hour. I need to close this fraudulent account and receive confirmation of this issue per the FTC recommendation.

Nothing was done to help my situation and both representatives were rude, had attitude and refused to put a supervisor so they hung up on me
Nothing was done to help my situation and both representatives were rude, had attitude and refused to put a supervisor so they hung up on me. So I called Lending USA explaining to them two different situations. The first one was how I felt that I was scammed by the seller and they said they can't help. The girl was rude, yelling and talking over me not to mention she hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor. The other situation was me explaining how I am unemployed now and would like to lower my payments. I have made a payment of $223 every month on time or ahead and because of Covid I am struggling. I did not ask them for anything besides a lower payment for the time being and the representative just like the first one began being rude, said she spoke to her supervisor and all they can do is have me file for a deferment. I said ok but if I did a deferment how long would it be. She said she couldn't say that it depends on another departments approval. I also said if I am agreeing to a deferment than I expect no interest because obviously during Covid I am having a hard time as it is and she said that's not possible that no matter what it's going to catch interest and that I can do a deferment up to 3 times but won't know how many months until after I file for it. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she than hung up on me as well. They even made it clear if I can't pay it it would go into collections and here I am trying to prevent hat and they do no budge to help the customer.

I recently switched banks from PNC to Capital One. I went into Lending USA's archaic online portal and promptly updated my checking account information. There was nowhere to "delete an account" - only a section titled "Billing details" that allowed you to newly enter a checking account. I assumed that when I entered my new checking account, since there is nowhere else to delete billing information in their portal, that my old account would naturally be replaced by my new account. I shouldn't have expected such richly advanced functionality from their dog[censored] site. Rather than replacing my old PNC account, my new account was added and the PNC account was retained, and BOTH were debited the same charge of $152.34, overdrafting my PNC account. I have called LendingUSA 4 times now, and support has "escalated my issue to their Billing team" who apparently "doesn't take calls". It's been 4 days and I have yet to hear further. I've had to resort to disputing the charge with PNC.
This company pulled my credit without my consent for a loan that I do not NEED OR WANT I do not know how they acquired all of my personal information but I am going to add fraud alerts on all bureaus as a result
8/15 I used keybank bill pay to submit my payment to Lending USA. After many calls, emails they said didn't have my check for payment in full for my loan. On 9/11 I issued stop payment on my check and sent another check for August, September payment only to have Lending USA deposit both of my checks 9/13 even after I told them I was issuing stop payment. I called to get pay off for loan they state I do not qualify for interest free. They lost my first check and tried to deposit it 3 weeks later. I have an email stating I do not qualify for interest free financing today. I understand my check was 4 days late for payment in full of my loan in beginning however, I don't understand LendingUSA holding my check for 3 weeks then take away interest free financing.
I am complaining about the legitimacy of this company
I am complaining about the legitimacy of this company. The is the second month that I have tried to make a payment, and it has been a horrible experience for me. Someone calls yesterday to remind me of a payment that's not due until the 21st of February. I reminded her of my payment date, and told her that I will be making the payment the next day, which is today. Then when I call, not only did the payment system say that my phone number wasn't connected to the billing, which is not true. Then the gentleman on the phone said that the account number I gave him, that is on my payment contract did not show in the system. Each time I deal with this company, I feel like I am being scammed. When I tried to use my debit card to make a payment on LendingUSA's website, I was told that the debit card wouldn't work, because it was a credit card. I then called my bank *** The employee on the phone said that it seemed weird to them that my debit card didn't work on their system, and to be careful. She also told me not to give out my banking information because it seemed like a scam. I didn't want my payment to be late, so I ended up giving my checking account information to LendingUSA's employee. I am not sure if I made the right choice for my financing. This company is supposed to resolve my *** account by speaking on my behalf, and lowering my *** payment. I am still receiving statements from the ***, so I am confused on how LendingUSA is helping me. It feels fraudulent to me. I am making almost $600.00 a month to those finance company.

Lending USA claimed I missed my payment by one day and canceled my loan settlement modification I spoke with Supervisor *** and he informed
Lending USA claimed I missed my payment by one day and canceled my loan settlement modification I spoke with Supervisor *** and he informed me that in the system, my loan modification is still in good standing. I submitted payment March 11 however in their system it shows as one day late March 12th. I went from 13k to paying 4K with this settlement. My previous two payments were on time but this one is a day late? They wouldn't even work with me. ONE day late (even if I were to have) they couldn't keep me in the loan settlement medication, they canceled it which means I have to go back to paying 13k? Unacceptable. There's also an entire corona virus situation, I was showed no compassion, no sympathy. Calls are recorded. You can clearly hear how I was treated, nonchalant and uncared for. They just want their money. I was never not paying, it had to be a system issue. I took a screenshot of my mobile payments because my statements are given on the 24th of each month and it's not the 24th. I was told that "maybe" it would help and "to be honest it won't mean anything". No one tried to work with me or work on behalf of me. It was the worst customer service ever. I need something to be rectified. I need my loan modification to be active, I've worked too hard to be nearly done (I have TWO MONTHS LEFT) to have this cancel. I also have screenshots of my calendar reminder to pay on the 11th which is set a couple days before the 11th each month until May 11th. All I was told is basically "no" and that "I'm sorry but nothing can be so so". I don't believe that. I am devastated.

Extra digits on an otherwise correct bank account number cause me to be billed $10 NSF fee
Extra digits on an otherwise correct bank account number cause me to be billed $10 NSF fee. When making an online payment for April I entered my bank info to the website. Routing + Account Number. This month I accidentally added 4 digits to the end of the otherwise correct account number. An account number which I have used previously. Since these four extra digits were added I was billed $10 NSF fee + my regular payment. I asked the CS rep if there is any validation on the website to alert the user that they may have entered a faulty account number or notice that this account number is not valid. He said no there is not. So then, I asked him if I could enter any series of random numbers for an account number and the website will accept that, then try and process a payment (which it won't be able to) and Lending USA will bill me another $10 NSF fee? He confirmed and said yes that's the way the site works. I think this is crazy that there is no validation on the site for online payments. I am also irritated that when asked if Lending USA could forgive the mistake, seeing as I entered the exact same Routing + Bank Account info as previous months, but had a mistake and added the 4 digits shown on my checkbook, they could not honor the request. I am also frustrated that there is no alert system from the site until the payment goes NSF. I received an email on April 6th telling me that my payment was successful. I had no idea that the account number was mistakenly entered until I received a call almost a week later and the Lending USA rep telling me I am delinquent with payment. This could lead to an unnecessary demerit on a credit store, simply because they have a very loose/faulty system.

In June, my payment was made on time, I received a late notice and I again called to speak to a representative
In June, my payment was made on time, I received a late notice and I again called to speak to a representative. The same process was followed, and my payment was manually corrected. Then, it happened in July. This time I spoke to a supervisor by the name of *** (the supervisors *** the customer service manager, would provide a direct call back number nor would they provide their last name nor an employee number). *** confirmed the issue. *** advised me that when I deferred my payment, that the interest that was accumulating while on deferment continued to bill. Although I was making my contractual minimum payment, the accrued interest amount was being deducted from my payment; the minimum payment was not being satisfied because of the accrual method of Lending USA's System. To rectify this, *** advised me that I would need to call every month to request that my payments be applied correctly; I escalated to her manager*** After avoiding my phone calls for several weeks, I insisted on speaking to him and was transferred. After explaining the matter, *** advised that he follow up with me August 22nd to ensure that my account was corrected. He did not call by August 22nd. On August 23rd, I received a message from *** advising me to call him back via the Customer Service Line XXX-XXX-XXXX. I did - multiple times. I have never received another message from ***. My payments continue to be mis posted, interest is accumulating due to their error and upon receiving an amortization that I requested, the amount of interest that I am told I will pay is in excess of $19, 175 which includes a balloon payment in April 2024 of more than $4,700 - which was not disclosed in my deferment agreements.

Neglected to email paperwork for 90 day deferment, charged fees for that pd
Neglected to email paperwork for 90 day deferment, charged fees for that pd. Now I try to pay early stated did not go through charged more fees. In Sep I called in asked for 90 day deferment (Sep, Oct, Nov) was approved. I kept getting texts and calls for collections. Called in several times before it was explained I never signed the paperwork so it was never processed. I NEVER received that email. It took several calls in till I finally got the email to Esign and the deferment to be official. Once approved I found out I was charged late fees for the periods within the deferment months. I came into money early and on 27NOV called in to make Dec payment early. The rep on that call removed the late fees and processed payment. Now today Dec 3rd I received a text to call regarding recent payment. I call in and am told there is another fee because the payment could not be processed. (I had *** in my bank account at that time). I ask if fee can be waived because I am paying a month early and there must have been an error. I am told no. I then ask how I can have a fee assed on a payment that is a month early (I was not supposed to pay them again until Dec 27th cuz of the deferment). Again I was told the fee will stay, I inform them that there is still money in bank account, they said the next payment that is due is in DEC and that the fee stays. It is very frustrating and there have been a history of mistakes on their end and I should not have to pay additional fees because of it. I ran into some hard times because of COVID and have other lenders and creditors that I am working with. With them everything is running smoothly with no issues. With Lending USA it has been one headache after another with additional money thrown into the problem as well. Please help.

I am a customer, re:Covid -modification on loan
I am a customer, re:Covid -modification on loan. they did not honor new agreement that was in writing took money from my acct anyway would not refund I contacted company April 3, to request temp deferment because I was on furlow. THey didn't send new modification until April 17th via email and took out payment for May same day. They I sent to them Monday April 20th, requested date chnge on new agreement. Followed up April 29th gentleman on phone was rude believe it was a ***, not helpful. I sent esign back on April April and on signature line wrote May payment made so new disater relief modification agreeement should be 6/15 and mu signature. However May 19th came and they took out the money AGAIN despite the fact that they had signed new contract. I called on May 19th and female rep was nice and I requested funds be redeposit. She put me on hold an came back after speaking with manager saying a request could be put in but no guarantees because I owe them the money. I explained to her I now have a new contract with New dates and they went against our NEW agreement and would like to speak with manager. She came back and said *** would bea few minutes and she would stay on the line with me however 25 minutes later no one came on line and the lady who said she would stay on with me never was there, I was put on hold. This company is NOT TO be trusted and the SERVICE is terrible. BTW I had never been late with my payemnts and since the world is in an economic pandemic you would think a comapny would hold true to a binding contarct with new payment dates that they sent. Instead the rep said the auto payment was never turned off in their system so they took part of my rent money and I'm a single parent with no child support so they not only stole money from me but my CHILD as well. I have documentation however it has all of my personal information on it.

My personal and banking information have been compromised by an online loan company, LendingUSA
My personal and banking information have been compromised by an online loan company, LendingUSA. I have been scammed by this company and/or their employee or employees. I was approved for the loan, signed off on the loan documents after submitting my personal and banking information to employees of this company, and never hearing from them again once I notified them the banking information on the loan documents was totally incorrect, not my bank, not my routing number, not my account. Where is my loan. I haven't heard anything from this company except calls and emails telling me that soon payment will be due on this money I never received. Briefly the following events occurred. 3/23 I received an email from LoanUSA -I had been Pre-Approved for a maximum loan amount of up to $***; 3/23 I received an email introducing my Loan Coordinator, ***, to help with my application. Application #***; 3/23 LendingUSA, email congratulation me on selecting a $*** loan offer; and requesting information regarding my income, proof of identity and account number as to where funds will be dispersed .3/24 I received a call from the loan coordinator, ***, requested that I must send him copy of a voided check, although I had entered my checking account information online as part of the application process. *** claimed he needed the voided check. I then emailed copy of my check, with void written across it. 3/24 Email stating My loan was approved; loan documents were sent to me and I signed off of them. 3/25 Email stating my loan has been funded. " Your application *** for $*** will be deposited directly into your account." You can expect to receive your funds within a few business days. I printed out the loan documents. The account on the documents to be funded was not my account, not my routing number, not my bank I called the bank listed, on the loan documents as the Lender

I lost my income, requested deferment, and was penalize with 3 late payments on my credit in return
I lost my income, requested deferment, and was penalize with 3 late payments on my credit in return. I lost my income, and due to financial hardship caused by COVID-19, I called *** and advised them of my situation so I can defer my payments, not be accessed late fees, and not have my credit compromise for something that is out of my control. Instead of taking care of the customer who is in good standing, they reported me as being late with. I called them several times bc I did not receive docs to sign. They advised don't worry; your account is still in good standing and will get the paperwork soon. It took several calls and months to get the docs to sign. As lenders were supposed to offer struggling borrowers payment accommodations because Congress passed *** I repeatedly asked to lower payments. They don't care if you lose your income; they will NOT change the interest rate or lower your payments. Now, I am being penalized with a late, credit score was impacted, and my score decreases tremendously because of their negative reporting. I have been disputing this for months. I called in October and was advised to send correspondence in writing, and they would remove late payments and put my credit back in good standing. I mailed my letter dated October 27. They confirmed they received the letter and they updated my report with AFFECTED BY NATURAL DISASTER and didn't remove the 3 lates. Duh, that is the reason I deferred the payment therefore I should not have the late reporting for something that is out of my control You don't do this to ppl accounts who are in good standing. Where is the moral compass? They are NOT helpful when you call, the reps are clueless, and the supervisor was unprofessional and arrogant. Now, they are asking me to send a letter again because they don't have it. Meanwhile, my credit is suffering from their incompetence. This has been the worst experience of my life. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL, AND VERY COLD TO THE CUSTOMERS THAT PAYS THEIR BILLS. I regret ever doing business with

I received a contract with a fraudulent signature for a pet purchase with an altered price.
I received a contract with a fraudulent signature for a pet purchase where the price was altered. I purchased my puppy on 10/31 from Puppy Space, but the store's contact details are now unavailable as it was shut down by the state for being part of a 'puppy mill'. I was initially told the purchase would be manageable in payments without interest. I have paid over $800, making my first payment in December . However, upon attempting to settle the balance to avoid additional fees, I discovered the store closure and my puppy's illness due to kennel cough. Now, dealing with the lending group, I'm presented with an unfamiliar agreement bearing a signature not my own. I am confused by their explanation of my payments. I am filing this claim because I find the situation fraudulent and the agreement invalid. My signature was added without my consent, and I have already paid $800. Given the illegal operation of the store, I refuse to pay more and have submitted a complaint to Solutions.com as advised by Pet Lending, who informed me they do not handle complaints for this company.

Lending USA claimed my payment on 3/27 was NSFand canceled my loan settlement modification I requested to speak with a supervisor
Lending USA claimed my payment on 3/27 was NSFand canceled my loan settlement modification I requested to speak with a supervisor. After speaking with the Customer Service Representative regarding this and informing him that the auto payment was not submitted for $357.21 and that my account has had more than enough funds in it to cover this payment and that I've been checking it daily waiting for Lending USA to submit the auto payment for the settlement agreement of the $357.21 after explaining this I requested to speak with a Supervisor and was placed on hold for over an hour when finally a recording came on and said that this extension is not available and to leave a message. I left a message. Prior today and even before the payment due date I was constantly receiving text messages from Lending USA stating that my payment is past due. This so unsettling and I have been constantly trying to resolve/settle this account with Lending USA and this entire process has been very poor customer service and at times seems very skeptical/shady. Even when trying to get the settlement agreement in place they would not honor the original letter that I received from them a few days prior me calling them for the 25% of the amount owed at that time $***. I kept getting the run around and then finally I just wanted to be done with this and just accept their settlement amount of 35% which they said was $*** and to pay in 3 monthly installments of $357.21 to auto withdrawal from my b Account on the 27th of February, March and April. The 1st payment came out on 2/27 as agreed. MARCH 27TH would've been the 2nd payment then only one more payment to pay this off. I just feel like this some kind of never ending debt trap and scam to cheat people out of their hard earned money. Prior to all of this I was making the required monthly payments on time but then my mother was diagnosed with dementia and I had to care for her which included alot of her personal health expenses and I fell a few months behind and I reached out to them regarding the settlement letter offer that I had received. I just need this debt to be resolved.

LendingUSA has breached its contract with me, charges usurious and predatory interest rates, and has harassed me in violation of the FDCRA
LendingUSA has breached its contract with me, charges usurious and predatory interest rates, and has harassed me in violation of the FDCRA. On or about the month of March , I received a loan in the amount of *** from Lending USA with the stated (as per multiple contact representatives with that company) stipulation that I would receive a 30 day grace period and zero percent interest for the first six months of the term of the loan. Since that time, LendingUSA refused to give me a 30 day grace period (requiring payments within the first two weeks after the loan had been disbursed). Moreover, interest was charged immediately, with the first payment being *** Whereas this company is located in California, it is bound by that state's usury laws, which state EXPLICITLY that no lending company may exceed a ten percent annual interest rate. Mathematically, that *** loan, spread out over the course of the agreed upon four years, would work out (in accordance with California's maximum 10% interest rate) would work out to *** a year, for a total of *** As it stands, this company has seen fit to charge 60% interest on my *** loan which works out to a grand total of *** which is well above the contractual agreement. Moreover, it is SIX TIMES HIGHER than the state statute regarding personal loans. The only exception to this law is that which involves home improvement, home buying and business expenses-which I clearly stated verbally and in writing were not the circumstances regarding this loan. LendingUSA has clearly disregarded state regulation AND the agreed upon contract. Thus, they are in violation (breach) of that contract, rendering null and void. In addition, LendingUSA's contact representatives have contacted me on no fewer than five occasions outside of normal business hours, three of which were after six in the evening. For the first three months of the contract, that same company began harassing me when the loan was as little as twelve hours late. Not twelve days, not twelve weeks, and certainly not twelve months- twelve. hours, and have bluntly demanded why I have not paid them "their" money in that time. Since this nightmare has begun, LendingUSA has done irreparable harm to my credit rating and to my personal well being through exerting undue financial and psychological stress upon my person while continuing to violate state usury laws.

During a Nationwide Pandemic I requested my deferment paperwork, they sent it a month late, they still haven't processed it & they've ruin my credit *** This is the most unprofessional, unorganized company I have ever dealt with. I lost my job because of COVID 19 in March and I requested the deferment in March 3 months making my first payment 06.22.2020 They never sent my paperwork until Early May. They said this was due to the overwhelming amount of calls for COVID-19 Now why did I receive a "late payment strike" on my credit? They said because I was late on my payment. And I said "YES BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE A JOB" they said "we understand ma'am just give us some time to catch up with the paperwork and then your account will reflect the deferment" I asked "will you remove the late payment strike" they said "no, because I am late with my payments" I said "I KNOW THAT IS WHY I ASKED FOR THE DEFERMENT PAPERWORK THAT YOUR OFFICE HAS YET TO PROCESS BECAUSE I LOST MY JOB DUE TO COVID19 BUT YOUR OFFICE STILL REPORTED TO MY CREDIT BREAU" I spoke to the supervisor that repeatedly refused to understand. He said that they could not do anything about the report to my credit for late payment AT ALL. But in the same sentence tell me that they are EXTREMELY backed up with their paperwork and they will process it as soon as they can. HE EVEN SAID "IF I WOULD HAVE PAID MY PAYMENT ON TIME THIS WOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED" I have paid on time. I have paid more than the amount due. I have never missed a month. The blatantly disrespect is unfathomable. I never thought or have been put in a situation where there is a NATION-WIDE PANDEMIC and this corporation refuse to have simple commonsense. How can they ask me to "be patient" with them and their unorganized system but then they wash their hands with my problem that THEY CREATED. In summary: I requested a 3 month deferred payment paperwork in March. I lost my job in March due to COVID 19. Never received any paperwork until early May. The reason that was explained to me was because of the overwhelming amount of people requesting deferred payments since COVID 19 and a lot of people losing their jobs. Then I received a notification on my Credit Karma app that Lending USA has reported on my account that I have missed my first payment. During this crazy pandemic and losing my job and calling Lending USA and letting them know the situation and then them telling me that they are behind on their paperwork. And they have already received my paperwork it is just pending to be processed. THEY WERE ABLE TO STILL REPORT TO MY CREDIT A MISSED PAYMENT. And then when I call to dispute it, they tell me that they ARE STILL BEHIND ON THEIR PAPERWORK AND THEY ARE NOT SURE WHEN MY PAPERWORK IS GOING TO BE PROCESSED AND THEN TELL ME THAT THERE IS NOTHING ELSE THEY CAN DO. Since this is a Nationwide Pandemic I thought there would be some type of assistance or understanding. But it seems like they only want for me to understand that they are backed up and not that they have just lowered my credit over 50 points. TERRIBLE & UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE
