Lenmark in Euless Customer Service Agent very rude called my son w/o permission
Today, I received a text from my son, stating that Lendmark Financial called and left a message asking me to call them, I called them right a way. The Agent I spoke with was very rude and Billegerent. Started Arguing with me, I was angry because I was 2 weeks behind on my payment, which I believed I paid, Lendmark did not call me, even though she said she did, but I had not received a call or a text or even an email. I was upset, but the Agent Violated my rights and contacted my family member without calling me. Then she was rude and eventually hung up on me, calling me names.
Desired outcome: I would like discipline action for this Agent, and I would like to resolve any issues.
Emails attempting to collect old debt
I was robbed years ago . The police handled my car and apartment .
Along with my car being stolen at my job .
My purse was in the car . I had wallet
protection and insurance. I have no debt at
this point. My criminals pay . They stole any
amount of my identity. I am sick of the emails . I got one from True Accord too .
I can't get my job and life back entirely after
it was stolen . Leave me alone .Thank you .
Desired outcome: No more calls. Mail. Emails from debt collectors.
At this point , there is no personal debt . I inherited a mound of responsibility too . I have survived tough times . Keep praying . Thank you.
I like to update my complaints , give reviews and inform others . I was really harassed all of my life over the remaining debt of my loved ones . Please don't leave that to your family if possible.
I appreciate a response from Lendmark and an immediate refund if these two payments clear my bank on 11/4/2022.
I am a custermer of Lendmark Financial. I called in my monthly payment on 11/1/2022 to be paid from my debit card connected to my checking account. I was quoted the amount that would be deducted from my account by your Lendmark rep. I happened to check my checking account transactions on 11/3/2022 and saw two payments scheduled to deduct from my checking account on 11/4/2022. Currently, the bank is holding two payments to deduct instead of one. When I spoke with a rep. from the local branch I pay my payments, they show only putting through one payment. I called my bank and they send me a complete copy of the transaction that clearly shows Lendmark put through three requests for payment adding up to two payments; I only owed one payment; my account has always been current. I am very upset this happened and the fact that I was told that nothing could be done about this until after the transactions have gone through. This is completely unexceptable. My bank cannot release the hold on my account for the extra payment because Lendmark put this transaction through. I was further told by a Lendmark rep. That this was the first time something like this happened and I would just have to wait until the transactions cleared my bank.
I do hope I will get some clarity on this mistake made by Lendmark at your earliest convenience.

Lendmark Financial has sent something to Tallahassee so I can't get my sticker for my truck
Lendmark Financial has sent something to Tallahassee so I can't get my sticker for my truck. I have a job that I will lose.I haven't even got paid but once since April. I signed a loan for my son and he ran out on me.So now I lose my job and my truck amd have a daughter with Cerebral Palsy that sometimes has to be rushed to the hospital.I have nothing to give these people. They even called my landlord right after I moved in here and told him they needed to get in touch with me about the 4 wheeler payment. He was not down as one of my references. They have harassed me, put cards on my truck and even called my 77year old mother and really upset her.I called a lawyer.
Same situation with payments
Spoke with this person last week regarding the balance on my account and to my surprise, found out over $200 in late fees are due. Asked how this could be when I've asked each time I've made a payment how much was due and when told assumed that was what was owed and account would be up to date. Was told late fees are $15/month. Made a payment last week with $45, I'm assuming late charges, being subtracted and the rest applied to the principal. Spoke with this person today and was told late charges still the same at over $200 but could not explain the missing $45. Next step, write executives... When I was told I had late fees, I've paid them. This amounts to over 10 months in late fees and she's just now telling me it's due. I smell a scam! When this loan is paid off, I will not being doing business with this company again.
I realized that all the payments I've made did reflect on the account at all. Deciding to consolidate this horrendous account with my bank was the best decision I've made so far with account.
I have had similar issues with Lendmark and late fees. In my case they failed to process my check in time, it was mailed 7 days before due date, they did not process it until 6 days after due date. They then charged me the late fees and said it was not their fault. I immediately transferred my loan to another bank with half the interest rate. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this bank.
Breach of confidentiality
I am recently unemployed, so we've fallen behind on our loan pmt with Lendmark. I contacted them to see what options were available, and even discussed a voluntary reposession with them. The guy talked me out of doing the repo because he said that they'd lose out if we did that. He agreed to give me until the 30th to either make a half payment to keep our account in good standing, or to come in and sign a voluntary repo form.
This morning (11/28) BRYCE from the North Charleston, SC location called my sister-in law, disclosed information about how much behind we are, when the payment is due, and was threatening to HER on the phone, while she is not even listed on the account, or even in the same household! I called him to remind him of the aggreement I'd made with them regarding the 30th, he kept interrupting me, would not let me explain and kept saying over and over again "well if you don't pay for it, you can't drive it." Every time I tried to talk he'd say it again. I asked "can you let me talk?" And he said "not until you've paid." So, I hung up, called back and talked to Jeff (a little nicer at least), and reminded HIM of the agreement that he and I had made personally about the 30th.
So, this is the kind of treatment you get from people with Lendmark. Up until two months ago, every payment for the past two years has been on time. We've had an excellent track record with them and this is how they treat people when they're in a bad situation? They are bullies. They are harassing. And most importantly they are breaking the law by disclosing confidential information to people who are not allowed that information.
