Routinely marking payments NSF, and difficult to speak 2ith a human being
Routinely marking payments NSF, and difficult to speak 2ith a human being. Twice (2/28 & 4/15) I have made payments from my fully funded checking account, only to have them marked as NSF. I am not notified that the payments don't go through. I have tried calling to resolve the issue, and cannot get a person on the phone. Their online chat is also unhelpful. This "delinquency" is hurting my credit score.

I paid off my account in full Friday October 29th
I paid off my account in full Friday October 29th. My balance is suppose to be 0.00 but they still have on the account that I owe money. I've contacted customer service by phone and email and they told me I am correct my balance should say 0.00 but they won't fix it for me. Also this company lied. They said this doesn't go on your credit report but it does. I will never use this lying company again. close my account because it is paid off. I also see that you INCREASED my balance since I paid it off. That needs to be fixed too

They're insisting i owe them money but I have confirmation that its been paid I had a 200$ loan from them to get my cat seen by a vet and I paid
They're insisting i owe them money but I have confirmation that its been paid I had a 200$ loan from them to get my cat seen by a vet and I paid it all back but they're saying I didn't even though I sent them an email with confirmation from both my bank and their own website. They didn't even look at the email until I called them back a week later.. they're still saying that I owe them 140+ and insist its nsf fees, but we always have money in the account at the time of payment, on their website and my bank it shows that I paid 209$.

The company called Scratch Financial showed up on a credit report earlier this year
The company called Scratch Financial showed up on a credit report earlier this year. I had never heard of them and had never barrowed money from them. I contacted them in an attempt to understand what it was about and they couldn't give me any information as to how they got my information or even what exactly I was being charged for. Now they have turned it over to a collection agency. I have never opened an account with them and now they're trying to ruin my credit. I want them to stop either drop the collection and stop harassing me, or give me proof that I personally opened the account. Otherwise I'll be forced to report this to the police as online fraud or a scam.

When my dog had emergency surgery, we got scratch pay
When my dog had emergency surgery, we got scratch pay. Imade all the payments on time only to find out i couldnt refinance the car at the bank bc scratch pay was showing negative. When i called, i spoke to FOUR people and they told me i wasnt negative. I asked for neg marks on my credit to be removed and they said no. I also found out they were pulling money from TWO bank accounts which couldve landed me in trouble with court and divorce bc it was from an acct im not on anymore! After finally getting my ex's money refunded they pulled money from the correct card and said "itll be fine". Well, its not. I have NO WAY to contact them. There is NO corporate number and my credit is still not fixed!

On November 4th I was approved by Scratchpay for a loan in the amount of $675.93 and have been making monthly payments in the amount of $65.20. This was to cover my vet bill to ***, and I was informed by *** that they never received the money to cover the bill. When I spoke to Scratchpay they told me that *** never approved the amount to cover the bill and refuse to cancel my loan and give me a refund unless *** files a complaint. I have been paying this loan because they were supposed to cover the vet bill and they did not which means I have been paying them for no reason. When I requested that they give me documentation stating that the loan was never approved they at first told me they could not provide that and then said they would put in an internal request. I doubt I will ever get that documentation. They are thief's and I want my money back.

Back in Jan and February this yearwe had a couple dogs that needed emergency care
Back in Jan and February this yearwe had a couple dogs that needed emergency care. The first was toward the end of Jan. I had requested ,was approved but only needed $690.10 of which was paid in full. My account in scratchpay was moved in to a paid off status. For the last 8 months it has been in a paid off status. within the last month, in making a payment to another account in scratchpay, I noticed this account was suddenly active again and had a balance of over *** on it owed. When I called to inquire I could get no explanation for it and was told it looked like the clinic we used had posted a charge of *** back.in Feb.No reason was given as to why it didn't show up active then.i was told to contact the clinic. last week we were able to find that they used that *** for another of our dogs. We paid the ***, but wont pay the accrued nterest of 742.00 as this account has been in a paid status for the past 8 mos and the error is not ours. They refuse to remove the charge.

I opened a Scratch account to access a loan for veterinary services
I opened a Scratch account to access a loan for veterinary services. I paid the loan off in January . I closed my Scratch account after paying off the loan. Scratch began calling me to ask for a final payment on the loan. When I explained that I had paid off my entire loan, the caller could not help me. I asked to speak to a manager, and I was placed on hold. The original caller came back on the line to explain that a manager would call me back. I never received the call back from a manager. I called back several times to attempt to reach a manager to sort out the issue, but I never reached a manager and never got a call back from a manager. The people I spoke to threatened to send the small amount of money they claimed that I still owed to a collection agency. I tried several times to give these people payment confirmation numbers to prove I had paid the loan off in full. They only repeated their script that I still owed them money. I decided to forget the situation, but today I received a notice from a collection agency for the small amount Scratch claimed I owed them. I attempted to resolve this matter within Scratch's system, but they seemed uninterested in fixing the situation or listening to me or researching the payments I claimed I made. I feel I do not have to pay the money I already paid to Scratch or the collection agency to which they sent my account.

My dog had to have emergency surgery at the hospital I was given a brochure for scratchpay to assist with the payment of the surgery
My dog had to have emergency surgery at the hospital I was given a brochure for scratchpay to assist with the payment of the surgery. The brochure walked you through the loan approval process through text messages. I was approved for a loan and then took the conformation code to the desk and used that to submit my payment. After I accepted the loan I was emailed a welcome packet. No where in the brochure did it say I was restricted with how to make payments. I went to make my first payment with a credit card I opened specifically to pay off this loan and the form of payment was denied. I called and was told that I could only make payments to the account with a bank account or my debit card. I told them no where in the brochure did it state that as I have copies of them. It took an hour to get a supervisor on the phone who said the same thing. She said in the welcome email in fine print it stated the forms of payment accepted. I told her that it was sent to me after I already received and accepted the loan and that this needed to be disclosed before hand as the process never stated that. The process is that once you text the number from your phone it asks you questions and then says you are approved with a conformation code. Never did it give you the information of re payment as I would not have accepted it and waited to open a card that I could combine all the medical expenses onto so that I only had one form of payment which was my plan. She told me there was nothing she could do as those were their only forms of payment. Product_Or_Service: Loan Account_Number:

This company is engaging in fraudulent and dishonest practices in attempt to collect a debts and charge excessive fees in violation of fed/state
This company is engaging in fraudulent and dishonest practices in attempt to collect a debts and charge excessive fees in violation of fed/state laws. My issues with this company began in 2018. I am providing basic information concerning my complain as I may need to take further legal actions if these issues are not resolved. 1. The company will not provide a copy of the contract I allegedly signed, containing the terms of agreement, history of account payments, charges, balance due, ect. 2. On several occasions this company prevented payments using their online service by removing account access from their online portal. Not allowing access to their payment system, intentionally causes late payments, therefore enabling the company to charge additional charges, interest and late fees. This practice is deceptive and fraudulent attempt to collect more fees than owed and a clear violation of contract and federal law. 3. This company continues to harass and threaten clients in attempt to collect a debt. Also, a clear violation of state and federal laws. 4. This company does not provide accurate billing statements showing the payments made and remaining balance. This company practice is another violation of consumer finance laws. 5. When contacting customer service, this company provided inaccurate information on several occasions stating my alleged debt had been sent to collections. Upon contacting the collections agent on two different occasions, no account was found in collections. The company representatives used deceptive practices on two separate occasions. The debt was not sent to collections, as the collections company had no such records of an account. This was done in order for said company to continue to charge interest and fees on a debt that was close to being paid or close to being paid off. 6. This company is reporting inaccurate information to the credit bureaus and has failed to verify the debt as requested. Also, a clear violation of state and federal consumer protection and debt collection laws. 7. This company has failed to validate this alleged debt as required by law.
